studio close to beach

Because of travel I asked for the entry keys placement or retrieval and address to the facility to be given 3 days in advance, which was ignored so at the time of arrival I needed to get internet to get the instructions. they were not clear, but a neigbor told me the "Air B & B keys" were in a box totally on the other side of the property. The studio is noted with free Internet, it took 2 days and many messages to get this going, since the caretaker simply switched off her phone so my messages did not go through. I found the internet box with a code that I tried several times it did not work. Finaly the owner messages how the internet worked and then suddenly the code then did work. There are no clear instructions how the heating works, a small note on the wall in the Bathroom, but the signs it shows, the heating does not show. At arrival there are 2 x A 4 about the apartment but nothing really usefiull, about internet, heating or TV, and well publicized Jacuszzi, or bikes is mentioned. The old bikes are mentioned on a piece of paper stuck to a cupboard at the entry. Besides a strange odor in the bathroom, which is tiny and the remote control of the so called Jacuzzi does not work and the explanation booklet for that too, in teh bathroom, is not very clear, besides there are 3 different remote controls, for teh TV, so getting the TV going is not simple so I finished by not using it. Also that is not in the 2 xA 4 lying in the apartment and then next to the door there was another A 4 with some instruction. It is a nice apartment, close to the beach, but very unprofessional instructions, and a non responsive caretaker, makes it that I will not use it again. It is better placed in Air B & B , as it definitely not professional enough set up to be listed on Booking.com.

La vue sur la mer, avec ses balades sur la digue. L'appartement conforme à la description, très sympa et calme.

Une belle découverte pour ce gite.

Logement très propre et agréable avec une belle vue. Le ménage fait en fin de séjour. Internet et les applications. Le balcon qui nous permet de profiter de la belle vue. Les conseils de la propriétaire.

Very good place and perfect location, some small irritants that could have been avoided

Brilliant view over the dunes to the sea. Very good price-quality balance. Very quiet and nice area.

We probably were the first visitors for that year, so things were not completely perfect. For example, water main was still turned of (located in the cellar) and some other small things, like bath tub overflow was loose and shifted sideways etc. If they would have spent a few hours with some tools and checked if everything worked I would have rated the place a point higher.

Great location near sea

The communication with the host went smoothly. The place is only a few mins walking from the sea.

The sofa bed isn't really handy to use. The bed linen don't look really clean. The placed could be cleaned a bit better.

The location and view is excellent. The area is very quiet and good for families.

Very good

great location,very quiet.good parking out side main doors. good wifi and added extras a bonus. veryyy clean,and tidy. food communication with the owner and quick at replying to emails and messages.and welcome drink a lovely touch. the use of 2 bikes is ideal(but we didnt need to use them). would stay here again if in the area,thank you for a lovley stay vincent

as we booked for 3 adults and 1 child we would have expected all linen and towels for all,but linen and towels are only free for 2 people(1 bed),8euros for others so we took our own. nothing to eat in apartment as others have mentioned,so dont think it is a guarantee.staples like salt/sugar etc was available though. toiletries were just shower gel,no shampoo or conditioner.

Good value for money clean and quiet

Good location opposite the beach very clean and quiet and had a bath and easy to collect the keys

No real bed just a sofa bed and no light switch near the bed had to walk to the other side of the room and tripped over during the night
