This well designed home is nested in a fantastic location with easy access to theme parks, great shopping, dining, and entertainments. Within a 2 miles radius, you can have access to the Angel Stadium, Honda Center (Home of the Ducks and many concerts/events), Discovery Science Center, Bower Children’s Museum, Outlet shopping mall, City of Orange Plaza Historic District, Chapman University, Christ (Crystal) Cathedral and many different selections of foods/restaurants. Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center is only a quick 10 min drive away. A visit to California would not be complete without a visit to our local beaches (Huntington, Newport, Balboa) which is only 30 min drive away. Or if you are into high end shopping, the famous South Coast Plaza shopping center is a short 15-minute drive.

Liz was a wonderful host, with quick communication pre trip and during our stay. We have rented many places over the years and this place stood out. The huge clean pool and spa, along with a very well stocked house. There was lots of extra towels, linen and blankets as needed. There were toys and floaties for the kids at the pool and even a stroller to use for our trip to Universal.
If you are looking for a wonderful place to vacation with your family, we highly recommend this place. There are many options out there, but can promise you won't be disappointed with this one! Thanks Liz for the wonderful 5 days and we look forward to coming back one day soon!

We loved staying here while we all got our kids settled at Chapman. The pool and the weather were absolutely beautiful. We were able to walk to great restaurants and easily get to the places we needed to shop for college supplies. The house was super cute and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We appreciated the welcoming bottled water and cookies!

We selected this property after reviewing many properties in the are and it won out because of it's location, price, and amenities. We were extremely happy to find out upon our arrival that we had made the right decision. The house had ample room for our party of eight and had everything we needed!! It was easy to find and the location made it easy to navigate in and out for our various activities. A grocery store was close as were many other stores for us to venture out to and get the supplies we needed for our stay. The pool and spa were a big hit for everyone as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to spend time in the LA area.

Great place to stay with large group, close to Disney. Accommodations were exactly how listed, pool was warm and perfect for the kiddos. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I can't say enough about this property. We stayed for 10 nights and have zero complaints. It was perfect for my family and everything we had planned for our stay. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and in a great location. There was plenty of space to meet everybody's "mood" needs... whether it was quiet time or playtime. We never had a lack of things to do. Between the variety of board games, ping pong table, air hockey table, and pool, the adults and teenagers stayed entertained. I'm so glad I scheduled 3 down days during our stay to really enjoy the comfort of the house. I honestly wouldn't have hated a couple more days hanging out there. As a person who unpacks on vacation, I appreciated all the closet/storage spaces and hangars. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need with nice updated appliances. The house was adequately stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, laundry supplies and then some. Liz, the host, is fantastic. She responded quickly to my questions and didn't hesitate to accommodate a request I had. The water and treats that were left for us at check-in totally saved us after a long day of delayed travel. It was a lovely touch and much appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it. You could comfortably fit up to 10 people and not feel crowded. Book now. You won't regret it.

Very beautiful home. It was nice and roomy for our family of 10 who stayed here. The only downfall was some of the rooms upstairs didn’t cool but over all was great. I would stay again and also recommend for other big families. 😊

Everything was absolutely beautiful and clean and very welcoming. There was even a cute little personalized welcome sign when we entered. The home has everything you need to just bring your clothes and personal items. Very nice. They were extrmely prompt with responses when we needed to communicate and impressively quick to arrive to help us figure out the heat on the jacuzzi. The only reason for the 4 stars on pricing and not 5 is the fact that to heat the jacuzzi it is an additional $85/day which is a lot and is a must if the whole reason you look for a house with a jacuzzi is to use it. Nobody wants a cold jacuzzi. Other than that everything was perfect for the large group we had. Very accomodating.

Seven adults, one child and one infant stayed in this lovely home. The listing was very accurate, and the host responded immediately to all my communications with her. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and ping pong table! The bedrooms are surprisingly large; the beds and pillows comfortable. It was a quick and easy drive to Disneyland. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this home.

Clean, convenient, decorated for the holidays, and had all we needed for large family gathering, including a park to walk to, convenient grocery, complimentary soaps, TP, etc in the house was great!!
We had a leak under the sink and the owner was very responsive. Owner took care of hauling trash to the curb, and check out was a breeze.
On the downside, disappointed we couldn’t use the pool, neighbors dog barking early am and late pm, leaky coffee pot.
In the end we’d stay again. Worth it for the location, cleanliness, ability to accommodate all ages, comfortably sleeps a bunch!

Our group enjoyed the house. Perfect size for the 8 of us with room to spread out if needed. Centrally located for our different activities which were all within 20-30 minutes of the house.

Our family with 3 grown sons, spouses and grandchildren all stayed here. We had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were a hit. I would Definitely stay here again.

This house is very close to CHOC which was great for us as we had a grandchild still there, and could easily go back and forth to the hospital. Loved the location to the The Orange Circle, Disneyland and other nearby attractions! I’m sorry we missed baseball regular season, we could have walked to Angel Stadium.

This house was exactly as listed and perfect for our trip. The neighborhood was nice and the house was kept up nicely both inside and out. The home was close to Angels Stadium, but not so close that it caused any problems at all. When we arrived at the house we found a welcome gift of water and cookies, which was greatly appreciated. The house was well stocked with towels and the basic needs throughout the house. The host was great to deal with and we cannot wait to stay here again.

Property owner Liz was awesome! this was a last minute get away with my family, ages range from 6 to 52. We called the day before and even though it was short notice she made it happen. Liz was awesome with our requests, making sure we had what we needed and she answered questions promptly. The houses location was also excellent and close to what we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend her house for you visit and I would be most definitely booking here again for my next visit!

The house is spacious and worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. It was close to Disneyland and an area of dining choices, small shops, and a grocery store. Our only difficulty was having the jacuzzi heated. Liz and her husband were very quick to help. When unknown to them mid week, the pool cleaning co turned off the heat, they got it going again and didn't charge us for those 2 days. We would definitely stay there again!

This home was clean, comfortable and spacious! The Host was always so quick to answer any questions asked. When we weren’t at Disneyland our group of 11 enjoyed the games, pool and spa very much. The booking experience and home exceeded our expectations :)

This property hit it all! Perfect location for all our family planned activities! Super close to Disneyland/California Adventure (you don’t have to get on the freeway!),10 minutes to the airport.Took us 30 minutes to get to the property, but we were also hitting the freeway right at rush hour so it really wasn’t that bad, 20 minutes to Westminister where you can experience some amazing Vietnamese food & drink/shopping. Beautiful neighborhood & the house fit all our needs. We visited in December and had a lot of activities going on so we didn’t swim in the pool/jacuzzi & didn’t want to pay the additional nightly fee to have it heated if we weren’t going to be using it much. It would have been nice to have a hot tub or heated jacuzzi that wasn’t an up charge. It is stated in the description but we didn’t realize the pool & jacuzzi were connected to the same system, so if you don’t choose to heat the pool, the jacuzzi isn’t heated either. Not the owner’s fault & we should of read it more clearly. We were welcomed with a box of cookies, a case of water and a welcome sign, which was a very generous and thoughtful touch for the owner to take the extra step to welcome our arrival. It was so nice to have something to drink and a little snack after a long travel day with kids. That extra step was so appreciated as we still needed to go to the store. Check in and check out was seamless, owner is very responsive & helpful & the area & neighborhood is so beautiful & we all felt safe. The ping pong table was a hit & our families had many fun nights playing ping pong, basketball, while some watched the TV. Only downside is that there’s not a lot of seating but is understandable with all of the fun games being set up. Plus we had a large group. There is a couch in there so if you’re a smaller group you would be fine. There is another living room with a couch & chairs but we couldn’t all fit to lounge together. The house was decorated with Christmas cheer & the Christmas tree was beautiful! The bedrooms are great, especially the master! Very spacious & cozy! Big master bathroom with a nice size closet, a room with beds & bunks which was perfect for the kid cousins to sleep & the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Lots of pots & pans to be able to cook some good meals! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If you’re looking for a place to stay to go to Disneyland/S. California,look no further! This place is it, perfect!Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Liz’s home. This time we brought along our family to celebrate my moms 60th birthday and nieces 12th birthday. Liz is an incredible host even surprised my mom and niece with a birthday treat. This house is very clean, close to everything and minutes away from Disneyland. Very safe as well, the pool has a gate which helps when traveling with little ones. Overall extremely satisfied. We were so sad to leave this house and end our vacation!

My family of 10 had a wonderful time in this house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook big meals. There were plenty of towels and pillows and blankets. There were separate towels just for the pool. Was great to have a bathroom near the pool for people running back and forth. Was super fun to have a ping pong table and basketball shooting hoop. We used the grill on the patio and there were places for wet kids to sit outside and eat their meals. This house was very close to Disney (10 min) and a short drive to Huntington beach (30 min).

Liz’s property was wonderful for our family! It was spacious and clean. My 1 and 3 year olds loved the pool and kids playroom! One of our favorite parts was how close the house was to Disney. It made the drive so easy! Liz was always easily reachable and she was a great host!

Perfect For Families
Absolutely beautiful home in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Stayed here for a week in July with my family (Ages: 2 adults, 12 yr, 3yr & 1yr). My 12 yr old loved the ping pong table and all the kids loved spending the week in the pool & jacuzzi. Pool & Jacuzzi are big, beautiful & clean! Liz even had pool toys available for the kids! House has tons of amenities and is large enough for family/friends to hang out inside or outside. Bedrooms are large and extremely nice with plenty of space and closet space! Beds are super super comfortable and the house comes with literally everything you need. Liz responded literally within minutes with any questions I had and was even willing to come show me around in person if I needed/wanted. I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future with my family! 10 out of 10 from every family member!

The Perfect Vacation Home!
Our vacation to CA was fabulous and Liz helped make it so!
Liz was wonderful...early on in our planning process she even helped initiate a change of date to the week of our trip.
Her home is lovely, clean and set up perfectly for families. The personalized welcome sign, bottled water and cookies were a special touch. Our 6 year old granddaughter declared that oatmeal raisin were her new favorite kind of cookie and she was delighted to pick a few lemons right from a tree in the yard!
I was very worried about safety near the pool so our search was limited to homes with a gated pool area which helped ease my mind. I inquired about pool toys for the kids and Liz made sure there were plenty of them...even some that were brand new in the packaging! There were 6 pool towels provided but I would suggest that renters bring or purchase a few longer beach towels for use in the pool or if they go to the beach.
I also worried that since the home was close to Disneyland it might be sort of "worn out" but I was pleasantly surprised. The furniture etc. is in wonderful shape. There were some indoor toys/books for little ones as well as table tennis and an indoor basketball game for bigger "kids". We were able to log into our own Disney+ account and watch evening movies on their large televisions which made it feel like home!
We locked ourselves out one time (too many attempts at the code) and didn't have a cleaning brush for the grill...but someone was at our door within minutes to assist and even provided us with a brand new grill brush!
I can't say enough good things about this home and our host...both exceeded our expectations!
