Alles geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Alles sauber.

Olbia a mezz’ora quindi piuttosto strategica come posizione.

The location is lovely and well cared by the owners. Flexible and adaptable to your needs. Surrounded by green area and old olives plants it makes you feel good. Great service overall

Free parking near the hotel and the gates which close at night.
Breakfast which is included in the price of the room could be provided only from 8:00 till 10:00. If you leave the hotel earlier (to airport or port), nobody will prepare it to you to take away. This is first. Moreover, the air conditioners in the rooms and in the common areas do not work properly. This is second. And thirdly, the hotel staff is absolutely not friendly to guests. It is very difficult for an employee who comes to work early in the morning and opens the gate to wish "good morning" to the guests of the house who are leaving. This is an indicator of the attitude towards guests and the level of hospitality.

We needed to Pay too much for the dog in compare to persons. We think that 50 eur is too much for the dog. He only surface to sleep.

For us this property was perfect, as it was exactly what we were looking for: a modern, very clean, fresh and quiet place, where we could come home to relax after a hot sunny beach day.
The rooms are brand new, very big and modern with very comfortable bed.
The garden is huge, giving you a sense of calm and endless space. From the terrace you have a beautiful view to the mountains and the big garden.
This property is run by a lovely family who are there to welcome you with a smile every day.
The breakfast was very good, the capuccino is excellent, great way to start your day!
Very good location to reach the wonderful beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La Cinta (just 20-30 min drive) and Golfo Orosei.
Nothing, everything was great for us!

Very nice location and room. The staff is very friendly. They have the best Cappuccino. Very good breakfast. Nice garden.
EV charger is not functional. It charges only with 1kw. They should invest some time checking it.

Rooms, staff, bed - all superb.
I would love to see typical local food (cheese, ham, etc) at the breakfast buffet.

There is a delicious restaurant nearby which offers discount for guests!
All in all a lovely hotel which is great value for money!

What i enjoyed the most was the peace and quiet away from the busy areas. The accommodation was nice and clean and fully equipped with everything that you need. Really nice and spacious bathroom too.
Also our hosts were extremely nice and helpful with everything that we needed, including making sure my partner had gluten free options for the breakfast, which was much appreciated.

We stayed for 8 nights which was rather too long.
It's family run and they are very nice and helpful, trying hard to please.
The buildings are new and impressive.
Our first room had a kitchen, and our second room for 4 nights had a big balcony.
I asked for extra shampoo since there were only 2 tiny plastic bottles for 3 days, and they gave us big liter bottles of shampoo and body wash.
I asked if they have any tomatoes and pepper at breakfast (to go with the ham and cheese) and they brought those the next day.
We had no car at first, because reviews said 'close to beach', but when we started to walk there, the manager Paola appeared in his car to drive us! They even arranged a taxi (driven by Pino) to pick us up from the beach at 21:30, and Pino didn't charge me!
Then they helped me book a rental car.
Very kind people.
The coffee is decent, and the juices at breakfast.
You really need a car - Torpe is a dull little town and the beach is several kilometers away.
The hotel seems to be very new so there are a few things that could be improved.
Tissues and hand soap are not supplied. There's a bidet so I guess shampoo is expected to be used.
The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. So rubbish piles up, and the 2 tiny bottles of shampoo are quickly gone.
There is a gardener who constantly roars around on his little tractor which sounds like a Harley Davidson with no muffler. He seems to focus on the breakfast area most mornings. I suggest they buy him an electric tractor.
The bathrooms have no rails or hooks to hang towels or clothes.
The walk to Torpe has a stretch of about 200 meters with no footpath, which is scary given that most Italians drive like maniacs.
Breakfast is OK but there's no milk available if you have cereal. They use yogurt instead it seems.
There are some biscuits, pastries, bread, ham and cheese, and now tomatoes which I requested.
No olives but a little fruit. Different real juices which are nice.
No omelet or fried eggs or bacon possible, just 2 hard boiled eggs that sat on a plate untouched.
The internet is very weak in the rooms with kitchen in the back building.

Everything was perfect!! I have nothing to complain about. Beautiful, clean and new accomodation, perfect and tasty breakfast, smiling staff. I would love to come back again!
My favorite were the citrus and olive gardens, beautifully landscaped and very calming.❤️

Amazing room, super kind staff, wonderful view, quiet and spacious outside area. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place, to come either with family, couple or alone. I don't know how I could recommend more staying in this place.
Nothing. A pool would be nice, but Paolo told me they're already working on building one, so I really don't have much to add here. We were even joking that we could not find bad things about the place, and my wife is super strict with cleanliness, privacy and courtesy.

It’s a little bit too far from north beaches
