Clean facility and friendly staff!

I liked the kitchen set up and supplies to use the kitchen, the layout flowed well, the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast in the morning was good, similar to the other Marriott locations with lots of seating. My family enjoyed the use of pool and hot tub. I was appreciative of the laundry facilities but this was about $1 more per washer and dryer than any other. Lots of hotels offer free laundry services. I really liked the decor in the check in area with information about the state on one wall and a giant map with things to do and see. That really gets my attention!
The room did not feel like it was as clean as it could be. The pillows on the couch were stained and turned upside down. The stain looked still clumped and dirty. Trash cans were difficult to find, eventually were found in the back of the closet.
4.5
Very new property, very clean. Good location and the staff were very nice.

Very nice facilities, room was nice and clean, great breakfast.
2.5
The room was clean. That's about all.
The young girl was nice when we arrived, however they seemed very unorganized. The older woman was quite rude and I would not come back to that location again. To be honest I think it will be a long time before I come to another Marriott aging.
Marriott is not what you used to be.
Just spent 4 days at the Hilton in Salem OR, they have you beaten left, right, and center!
I would give you a 3 star rating.

The staff was great. Check in was fast and efficient. The entry was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and I liked having a full size refrigerator. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept everything full and clean.
Our stay was very nice with the exception of the shower. I love a good hot shower in the morning to wake me up for the day and unfortunately our room had absolutely zero water pressure 😭. The water was warm but it took a while to get there. And I'm not a huge fan of the half wall type of shower, I like to be able to completely close my shower door.

Breakfast was excellent!
The room was pretty small for a king suite. When the couch was opened out to make into a bed it blocked the bed in on one side.

Comfortable bed
Every room is pet friendly. I had no idea til we arrived. My husband is highly allergic to cats. There’s no refund available. I will never stay in this hotel again because they ought to have a floor that has no pets.

Super clean and roomy. The property is new and they thought of everything that you might need and had it already in the room.
I couldn’t find the ice machine and there landscaping was gravel so it was hard to take my dog out.

Beds and rooms were exceptional. We had dogs with us, and the room and staff were very accommodating. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, too. The check-in clerk was very good at her job and pleasant. We visited Shoshone Falls, which was gorgeous, and ate at Fiesta Mexican for dinner, which was so good! All in all, it was a wonderful little trip.
The shower could have used more water pressure. There were kids left alone in the pool that took over the pool and hot tub and were doing cannon balls directly on top of us to make us leave the pool. That wasn't fun but not necessarily the fault of the hotel.

beds were great as was the breakfast. room was super nice and large with large refrigerator and dishwasher. shower was great too.
didn’t empty garbage in breakfast room.

This place was like an apartment, not a hotel. We had a dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, dishes, silverware, cookware, toaster... everything imaginable. The shower was huge, just not a lot of water pressure.
Only thing is the shower didn't have a lot of water pressure.

Location was good. Easy parking.
Our sheets had black dog hair all over them and the comforter on one of the beds and two big stains..it’s was gross. The pool was dirty. You could literally see the piles of what looked like dust settled at the bottom and stuff in the filters at the bottom. . Hair all over. It was just dirty. Very disappointed. Also the breakfast had no milk for the cereal just chocolate milk. No eggs or bacon or sausage. No matter what time you go down everything should be there and available for you. I’ve stayed at the Hilton so many times and ran down with 5mins left and they had a full brake fast out still. There was still 30mins left to grab breakfast. I have young children and they didn’t get any food until we left.

Booking .com billed my full reservation and did not reserve my requested king bed reservatoin. When I arrived I had to pay a new room fee. I would hope that someone from booking.com will find the extra payment for the service not reserved under my m=name at Twin Falls Idaho.

It was a convenient location & easy to get to our family reunion.
I loved everything about it.

Breakfast was very good! Lots of options.
I didn't care for the shower. There was no way to control the nozzle and the shower only had a sheet of glass, so there was no way to keep the water contained to just the shower... there was a nice big puddle on the floor.
