About this villa rental
We welcome you in an elegant three-story independent villa located in the center of Sant'Agnello, just one km from the center of Sorrento. The villa is spacious, about 200 square meters, and has four (4) bedrooms all with private bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and WI-FI. Features include private terraces, patio and private garden, and above-ground pool.
The villa is located in the center, in an exclusive and central area at the same time.
The location is really strategic given that at 100 meters there is the train and bus station that connects Sant'Agnello to Sorrento in a few minutes, and above all the town on the Amalfi coast. In front of the main entrance of the villa there are characteristic shops, both food and souvenirs, in short, everything at hand!

The villa was better than expected, it was modern and clean and the lemon trees in the garden were beautiful!
Communication was perfect and they were so helpful in helping us arrange taxis to and from a wedding we were attending.
I would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay again in the future.

The place was exactly as described. We have 7 adults. Each room had its own bathroom and the shower was excellent. We had two cars. Patty meet us and help with the parking of the cars. The one thing that was not clear was that parking was 18 Euro per night per car. Patty wanted it in cash and we had to find an ATM to take out more money. It came out to a total of 150 Euro which we did not expect. I believe the 2 Euro per guest and per day was shared on the website.

We were a multi-generational group of 6 people from the United States; an 80 year old, two 50 year olds, two 16 year olds and a 14 year old. Before our stay Roberta was AMAZINGLY communicative with us and helped us arrange parking and tours to Capri and Pompeii. She responded VERY quickly consistently before we arrived.
My Villa is adorable! It is located on a busy road, but once you close the gates and enter the property, the street noises really weren't terribly noticeable. The pool was a much needed bonus for us, not only having teenagers, but jumping in after our daily excursions to cool down before getting ready for dinner. AC was a must - it was very hot in August.
Roberta continued to be at our beck and call throughout our stay using WhatsApp. She constantly was giving us recommendations, answering our questions, giving us directions on how to get places, etc. I believe that she manages other properties, but we never would have known it - she made us feel like we were the only ones! Patty was another gentleman who also helped us that worked for her and he was very kind and helpful. And the tours she booked for us were PERFECT!!
Sorrento is an easy train ride (or taxi) and we did end up driving to Amalfi but in hindsight we didn't really need a car - a bus stop right down the street from the villa goes to Positano and Amalfi. Driving in Italy is DICEY - I do not recommend it!
One slight negative would be the restaurant selections within walking distance. It's easy enough to get to Sorrento, but a few nights we didn't feel like venturing out too far, and there was only one that we found to have what we needed. But also keep in mind we had teenagers with us too - they do not have very adventurous palettes!
Overall we enjoyed our stay in My Villa and recommend it highly!

Excellent getaway
This is a great villa, very clean and modern. The owners were very good with communication , sending instructions and voicemails on WhatsApp and replying quickly to any questions. We loved that it is just outside Sorrento, so away from the touristy parts. We walked to Sorrento in 30 minutes. There’s a great supermarket and restaurants in Sant Agnello and the garage provided for parking our rental car ( at extra cost), was so useful. The little pool was fantastic to come back to to cool off. Be aware that the villa is set above a busy road, so you can hear traffic in the day, but when you are inside at night you can’t hear a sound. The air con was also a godsend. All in all a fantastic place to stay on the Amalfi Coast.
