Beautiful modern design set w/ a beach house flair. Vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows & oversized luxurious furnishings make this home feel like a high end retreat .This home boasts 5 BR - a downstairs and upstairs master, and has 9 beds in all. Stunning views of the lake and boats , and a huge chef's kitchen with everything you need.

Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of checkin) present an ID to the greeter at time of check in along with the credit card used for booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to enter the property that are not represented in the booking, have a different name than what appears on the booking, or refuses to present proof of identification. Guests of the booking person cannot enter home before the booking guest without authorization from us. We will check ID of every guest wishing to enter home, especially if the person that did the reservation is not at the property yet.
On a quiet high end street close to south lake in Hollywood. Lots of beautiful historical homes are rowed along this Palm tree lined street. Friendly neighbors, quiet and lovely.
Quiet hours between 10pm - 8am must be observed outside.We are 5 minutes from the famous Hollywood broad-walk, featuring lots of restaurants, shops, live music and more!

We offer additional services such as pool heating (if applicable) that can be purchased from our store, early check-ins and much more through our online tourist portal.
Garage will not be accessible. Also note than any last minute bookings will not be released check in information until they are met personally by our property manager. ID and Credit card must match booking name.
*Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to home/pool area. We reserve the right to enter to make such repairs. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

We have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in our Airbnb rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the items mentioned in this document.
We ask that you treat the property as if it was your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules. We want to mention that first so you are aware.
Children are welcome here! however - please keep your children safe. Home is not childproofed.
1. Check-in /Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24-hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 11:00 am checkout time.
All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.
2. Guest Interaction: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, in the event that this is not possible we also offer self-check-in with a door code. We have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present ID. Person traveling with guest will not be permitted on property before booking guest has arrived and is confirmed with ID.
3. Guest Access - All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.
4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
5. Unauthorized Guests - Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, please do not have extra unauthorized guests stay the night or for extended periods of time. We do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking and any guests over 10 people limit incur a 50$ per night charge.
6. Parties or Events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. Only authorized guests are to be in the house and around the pool area. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level. NO BIG EVENTS OR PARTIES! Please be sure that extra guests leave by 12am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit and immediate vacation of the property.
7. Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! We do not allow pets of any sort. Any evidence of pets will be an automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit ($250 fine).
8. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass) or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit and an additional smoke remediation fee of $750 will be charged.
9. Trash: All trash are to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the trash bins. Please make sure all small trash cans have a bag liner before putting trash inside.
10. Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
11. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to reserve the house. You will be required to submit payment using the payment link provided within 48 hrs before check-in. The deposit is in addition to the nightly rate and will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*All debris, rubbish, and trash are placed in trash cans and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. If the house is left excessively dirty and there is excessive trash left in the house, there will be an additional cleaning fee deducted from the deposit for the extra cleaning time. The guests will be notified immediately.
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and items 4,5,6,7,8 and 9 are adhered to and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.
12. Check-out: Check-out time is at 11:00am unless a late check-out is purchased via the Tourist Portal (upon availability). Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the place

Lovely, very large home that can accommodate a large group. Great location, walk to the beach and the home was very clean.
Some of the furnishing, bar stools at the kitchen counter and the dining room chairs were pretty gross and in need of replacement. The kitchen stove had blown a fuse, and did not work when we arrived so we were without a stove for 2 days. The kitchen is in desperate need of utensils. The pans were warped on the bottom and were not condusive to use on an electric stove. The a/c was at 62 when we arrived and we couldnt find a heat setting as the weather was chilly. Come to find out the house does not have heat. Something that would have been nice to know since we spent way too much time trying to figure it out. The house is large enough to accomodate a large group yet there were only 4 coffee cups. We did appreciate that the refrigerator was spotless as was the rest of the house. So outside of the furnishings needing some TLC and much needed utensils the house is very nice and in a lovely neighborhood. I woud definitely recommend this home.

Beautifully decorated house with plenty of space
Our group of 10 middle aged adults enjoyed our stay at this property. Having private bathrooms for each bedroom was a big plus. The large open kitchen/ TV area is roomy & perfect for gathering. Nice to have a large formal dining table as well as we cooked a few dinners. The neighborhood is nice, great for walks. Beach area is fairly close, but need to drive if you're taking beach stuff for the day. We spent a lot of time around the pool which was lovely & well maintained. The property managers were responsive & easy to contact. Only concern was that while all 10 of us were playing cards inside the house with all the doors closed at 9:23 PM one night, I received a text that a neighbor complained about noise & then a security guard showed up at the front door to check that we weren't having a big party. The guard said there were noise sensors going off inside the house but did give the "all clear" to the property manager. We felt confused & uncomfortable with that.

Beautiful home.
Very nice home on a quiet street.
Stayed here while on a business trip with five of us. Plenty of room and privacy for each of us. The house is big and well maintained. Beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Back patio overlooking the pool was very relaxing in the evenings. Wonderful host who emailed or texted us each day to be sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Experience
What a gorgeous home. Incredibly spacious and comfortable. Just loved it. The kitchen is huge. The pool is warm. If you have a large group each bedroom had it’s own bathroom and TV. If you have multiple families this house is perfect. The TVs are Roku so make sure you have streaming accounts like Netflix etc. Lastly, check-in and out was as simple as walking in and texting when you leave. We’ll certainly be back. Thanks for a great stay !
