La Paz is a one bedroom apartment located upstairs in a three unit building that is right on the beach. Available for one or two adults only. Maximum two overnight guests (includes children over 1 year old).

Fully furnished with full kitchen, private deck with gas BBQ. Free WiFi, Flat panel SMART TV with Satellite. Cozy queen bed in bedroom. Living room has a pull out bed.
Off-street parking. Backyard fire pit on comfortable patio shared with guests staying at La Sirena.

Enjoy walks on the beach, relaxing on the sofa, and feel like you've really gotten away from it all. 1 dog welcome with a fee of $75/per stay. No cats.

Love this little spot on Stinson Beach. Works perfect for my daughter & I to stay here with our dog. Love the view & the long stretch of beach just out the door. Great communication by owners. It’s always clean & feels safe. Neighbors are friendly. Cute little beach town.

This property was as described. Very comfortable and felt safe and secure as a solo traveler. Loved how well equipped the unit is, the prompt responses to questions, and the special little things to make my well behaved pup's stay comfortable. I plan to return soon!

Another fun and relaxing getaway at La Paz. Great location with amazing ocean sights and sounds. We come packed with all the supplies we need for cooking in and hanging out. La Paz does the rest - with an outdoor grill, ample kitchen supplies, a great deck and waves crashing at your feet - this has become a regular relaxing trip for us. Jeff is a great communicator, providing all the details you need for an easy stay. We will keep coming back as long as we can and appreciate that we found this little gem.

We came in for a very short stay, but everything was what we’re looking for in a place. We were very happy with our stay. Jeff was super responsive to any questions we had. If the opportunity arose, we would stay there again for sure.

The La Paz unit was exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped. The unit has a view of the beach, and the property is literally at the beach. 30 yards from the door and you are on the sand. You have your own private parking spot right behind the unit. The bed was comfortable and the walk in big shower was nice. Perfect spot for a couple to enjoy Stinson Beach. Would definitely stay again.

I was concerned about the "back" entrance from the photos, but it was a fantastic place with an excellent ocean view. So close to the trails up into the hills, along an expansive dog-friendly beach and in a quaint town of surfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Clean and dog friendly, with a hose to wash off downstairs. 5-star place (with a less-than-5-star price). We will be back.

Beautiful, right on the beach. So comfortable. Best stocked kitchen (pots,pans,appliances) so easy to cook and enjoy the views. Jeff and Shelly were kind and attentive, quickly fixed a toilet issue without even interrupting our peaceful vacation! We will definitely return!

A little slice of Heaven just a few short steps from a dog-friendly beach (to the right). We were vacationing with our doggie and everything about this cottage worked out perfectly for us. The private parking made it easy to load and unload. The large upper deck was perfect for relaxing after a long hike or day on the beach and for an evening BBQ. A hose with sprayer was conveniently located in the yard and made it easy to remove sand before heading upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to keep clean. Several restaurants and a market are within a short walking distance. The weather was glorious -- sunny and warm. We arrived on a Monday and checked out on Friday, so we were able to avoid what was expected to be a crowded weekend. Very pleased with Marin County's responsible environmental policies. Will definitely return.

La Paz is the perfect location for a visit to Stinson Beach! Jeff is a great communicator, and the house rules were clear and comprehensive. The unit is clean and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the folding chairs and secure parking spot! Plus it's an easy walk to Parkside for breakfast, pizza, and ice cream :)

We loved this home, perfect location to town (.2 miles to the store and .3 to the nearest restaurant), steps from the beach and a wonderful patio! We never used our car during our 2 night/3 day stay. We are already planning when to return!

Lovely vacation place. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Cozy bed. Beautiful tile work, wooden floors, large picture windows in front with good partial views of the ocean.. Nicely decorated. Had all the essentials including ziplock bags! Plenty of cookware, etc. We hope to return here.

This place is just awesome. Absolutely super clean - very well appointed, everything you need on top quality and working order. Super easy check in and check out and super prompt and friendly communication with owners. The location fabulous directly on the beach and in super easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Such sparkling clean accommodations, it was a pleasure to relax after a day at the beach and a meal at the Parkside Cafe. The kitchen had every possible tool and cooking appliance we could ask for. Highly recommend to all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property is amazing because the location, view and sound of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with every tool you could need to prepare your meal. Did I mentioned it is on the beach? Walk out your door and you are at the beach. They have chairs for you to take for your day at the beach. I was here in the off season and it was like having the beach to myself. I was in heaven

We have stayed the main house several times, but this was our first foray into the apartments above - and it was fabulous! A perfect way to celebrate TWO special birthdays! The ocean was steps away and there was on-site parking (so easy!). The apartments were cozy and comfortable - great beds, warm bedding. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen as well. The hosts - whom we had met previously - were there and welcomed us warmly! A million thanks for another wonderful Stinson weekend! 🦋
