Once you enter the front door, you will find the living room, kitchen, family room and dining area. The laundry room and second master suite are located off of the family room. The first master suite, queen guest bedroom and guest bedroom are located down the hall from the living room. The french doors in the living room lead to a large stone patio that overlooks the backyard & golf course.

We had the best experience at Haven on Heritage. Everything was exactly as the pictures showed and the description. Two spacious masters on the main. Private baths for each room. Large kitchen that was fully stocked with all utensils and equipment!
Check in was so simple too!

Just a wonderful property. Situated a super short and enjoyable bike ride to Harbortown shops and restaurants, public beach access, tennis and pickleball courts, golf/driving range, the marina, etc. Great layout with two masters each on opposite sides of the home. Extremely clean and well equipped. Tranquil neighborhood with nice privacy and a great backyard space looking onto Harbortown's 8th green. This owner did this property right! Super informative (clever writing); didn't miss a beat being an exceptional host! My new favorite in Sea Pines...thank you Steve!!!

My family and I stayed at this home while visiting HHI this Summer. We loved the location and the spacious living areas. Great space for a larger family group. Check in process was extremely easy, and specific instructions were readily available when needed. Home was clean and inviting. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

27 Heritage Road was a perfect base for my golf group's recent outing at Sea Pines Resort. The location - just off the 8th tee box - was very convenient for the activities we had planned. The Harbour Town clubhouse was close enough to walk to but was only a 5-minute car ride away. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The home was very clean and we found it to be exactly as described. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would have no hesitation to rent this property again.
I'll also add that the folks at iTrip were very quick to respond when we misplaced the key code and locked ourselves out of the home. Thanks for that.

27 Heritage was amazing! Beautifully renovated and space to really relax and enjoy Hilton Head. The location was central if you are biking Hilton Head. We loved all of the dinner table space (two large dinner tables) plus the seating at the island. We had several people come over for dinner and there was more than enough room. Zero complaints across the board. Would love to stay here again!

The home on 27 Heritage Rd Sea Pines community was awesome! Our children and grandchildren enjoy the community amities and the home was able to meet our needs with spacious accommodation! The home was extremely clean, well designed for sleeping privacy! The home was comfortable, spacious and provided fully updated kitchen and bathrooms! We enjoyed and loved out stay at this home! Our family vacation was wonderful! Would definitely stay At this home again! Quiet the gem for both location and comfort!

Beautiful home situated on the golf course. The pictures do not do it justice. Even nicer then they show. Kitchen was well stocked With everything we could have asked for and more appliance and utensil wise. The layout of the home was very nice, bathrooms large in size and the space was just overall amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay for a larger group.

We went with friends and their children who are the same ages as ours and everyone had a good time. House is great and host was helpful. Only hiccup was with the AC system that stopped working for a brief time, but they had a repair person come quickly to correct the issue.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with a golf course behind it. Sitting outside at the picnic table with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night was perfect and private.
The inside of the house is open and airy with windows everywhere to let in the sun and the house was situated in a way that provided privacy from neighbors on both sides. It was decorated beautifully with nautical pictures on the walls and comfortable furniture in all rooms. My daughter worked remotely during the week and used the desk in the sitting area which was also a second smaller living room for anyone wanting more quiet time. The two main bedrooms were lovely and open with lots of floor space so they never felt crowded. The smaller two bedrooms were also nicely decorated and shared a bathroom situated room off the rooms. There are two matching rectangular wood tables that each sit 8 people very comfortably. Again there is ample room for both tables and no feeling of being crowded. The great room has a fireplace and places to sit and watch tv if desired or just sit and talk. The kitchen is adjacent to the great room and has a beautiful and large island with bar stools. Perfect for unloading groceries, setting out food, etc. Finally, the front entrance is bright and airy with a window in the ceiling to let light in and on the large front porch there are two rocking chairs for anyone wanting to sit outside and watch the coming and goings of their group or people in general. A washer and dryer are also available. I would highly recommend this home if cleanliness, having an open concept with lots of sunlight, large rooms, and tasteful coastal decorating appeals to you.

My tennis team stayed in this home during the recent State Tournament held in Hilton Head. There were 10 of us and this house was perfect. Clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. One of our team members plans to rent it for a family vacation this summer!

We stayed here in late-April 2022 for a getaway with some friends. Property is very clean and updated and comfortable. Decorated very nicely and convenient to all of Sea Pines activities. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had the best time on Spring Break. This house was exceptional. This is the 4th time that we have rented a house on HHI and all of us thought this house was the best by far. Centrally located to everything in Sea Pines. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you would need. The beds were very comfortable. All in all a fantastic home to rent.

Gracious Low Country Living in Sea Pines
I spend hours scouring reviews when booking a vacation home. Number One on my list is cleanliness followed by updated modern decor. This house exceeded my cleanliness expectations - and the decor/furnishings were inviting, fresh and lovely! So save yourself the hours I spent researching and book it now. >>We love Sea Pines, so we were already fans of the resort's lush foliage. That vacay vibe extends to the street the house is on and then the elegant circular drive bursting with lush green plantings. The layout of the house is superb - my mother stayed on the "right" side of the home (one bedroom) while my family stayed on the "left" side (three bedrooms). This gave Mom privacy and a break from the kid noise. Our three girls hung out in the second living room where a puzzle fit perfectly on the low table. Great wifi - no complaints from our Minecraft experts. The kitchen is a knockout - we had everything we needed to cook and the large island made prep work easy. Gorgeous updated bathrooms. Many sunlights. We rented bikes and biked to the beach each day (just a mile from the front door). And the view from the kitchen/family room? Live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss and resurrection ferns on the edge of the golf course. Relaxing and beautiful. We rent a few houses each year and this was one of the best we've ever stayed in.

Beautiful home; excellent location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and well appointed with all the necessary kitchen items. Our group consisted of two families and a total of five children ranging in age from 6-11 years old. The location on the golf course was fantastic and it was an easy bike ride to the Beach Club and Harbour Town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the golf course. Our group of five was in HHI to attend wedding festivities at the Sea Pines Resort / Harbour Town, and this was the perfect home base for us. We couldn't recommend it more and hope to be back soon!
