Superb place to take a holiday, the house is lovely and the location is stunning. Bruno made us very welcome

We were two families with 18 year old kids. We have rented houses in many areas of France and this was both families' best experience. We loved the spacious CLEAN house which was beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped with kitchen gear, dishes.and bath and beach towels. We took advantage of hiiring Nina to provide 4.meals during our week and they were much better than restaurants and .much more reasonable. Appetizers to dessert from a former chef. She also had no problem with special diets.
We.loved the easy access to the village bakery and small grocery. And a short walk to the lovely public beach with diving board and slide and rafts. We would play at the beach and pop over to the bar with the outdoor big screen tv to watch the tour and Eurocup. We biked and hiked and paraglided! Bruno the host was helpful and insightful when we had any questions. We hope to return soon.

We have spent a wonderful week in this beautiful, spacious property.
The views to the lakes and mountains are stunning.
There is easy access to the lake from the house. the perfect place for swimming and water sports.
It was our absolute pleasure to meet Bruno, the friendly owner of the property and spend time chatting to him and learning more about the local area.
A perfect week, we would return in a heartbeat.

The views and location are amazing, the thick walls of the old house keep you cool in summer. The owner, Bruno was very responsive. He recommended a cook, Nina, who prepared great meals for the 12 of us and each night we dined looking out over the gorgeous lake.

We had a wonderful holiday in Talloires! We were a group of eleven wanting a holiday with a wide range of possibilities for our stay, and Talloires offered it all! Mountain trips, bathing, biking, easy access for a great variety of activities. A visit in Annecy´s old town with markets, churches and castles was also a nice experience.
The spaceous house and garden was just lovely! Just a couple of minutes walking distance to the lake, the local bakery, stores and restaurants. Everything we needed was just there. Even though we had rental cars we found the local buses to be a very convenient way to get around, being there in July, they were even for free!

Our large family enjoyed a very special week in Talloires. The beautiful home is charming and filled with unique art. We enjoyed walks to the lake, stores, bakery and various nature paths.
We thoroughly enjoyed the lake view from the back deck while sampling local cheeses, wines, breads and pastries.
We spent day trips exploring Annecy, Mont Blanc, Geneva, cheese shops and restaurants.
Bruno was a wonderful host. He provided us with lots of recommendations for places to enjoy. He was responsive to any of our requests.
We will sure miss this special place.

Perfect Situation for Multiple Generations
Three generations from 20 months to 65 years stayed at this Talloires home for a week. Location was incredibly convenient to everything we needed and desired in town with beautiful mountain and lake views. It was a five to ten minute walk wherever we wanted to go: grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, restaurants and even the park and gravel beach at the lake. Private parking was very convenient.
It’s an older home that was clearly loved by its family and is on a big lot with a lovely lawn and garden, including a play set for the children. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms all in good working condition. Lovely outdoor spaces and outdoor grill. Host came over when we arrived and gave a thorough tour of the home and also came as we were leaving to say goodbye.
The location allowed us quick access to hiking, boating, swimming and there are lots of places to eat and drink. Annecey is a quick drive if more stimulation is desired but if one just wants to relax, Talloires is the spot.
From the host, we were able to hire a chef for our first evening meal and it couldn’t have been more French or more delicious. Good selection of wine and cheese was also provided. Babysitter was secured from a regional service and Rose was wonderful with the toddler.
I do want say there are at least three levels to this home and we are all healthy so stairs were not an issue for us. We highly recommend this home and will surely return to the region.

Magical location enhanced by great accommodations
My flock of paraglider flying friends thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The ample space within the home allowed for our varied group to enjoy both group time, as well as some quite time. The village is rich in character and easy to navigate. The quite location provided a wonderful venue for our frequent outside meals. The host was gracious and very informative and our catered meals from Nina were deemed the surprise highlight of the trip.

Fabulous Villa!!!
This house, nay villa, was beyond what we expected. Beautiful architecture, beautiful grounds with a play set for kids, great for both kids and dogs, beyond amazing views, plus a very short walk to the beach! Bruno was very welcoming, letting us know the ins and outs of the house and the grounds. The house has every thing you need for a summer sojourn by the lake. Wish we could have stayed longer.

For the third time in the last decade, we spent a casual, relaxing, joyous summer days in Bruno's wonderful house in Talloires.
We'll be back!

Is there such a thing as "perfect"?
This charming, warm and spacious home was the "perfect" base for our Talloires vacation. Bruno's prompt replies to my pre-trip questions helped smooth my jitters while planning our trip. Then, what a joy to meet him when he came to introduce the house to us. The house is situated high enough up the hill to give lovely views but only minutes away from the lake, restaurants and a grocery store. Just about as perfect as possible.

Talloires in summer -Bastille Day and World Cup 2018
We have stayed at Talloires in previous years during early summer and enjoyed it very much. This property offered another beautiful glimpse of life in an elegant French village in July .The home was tastefully decorated , wonderfully positioned within the village, very quiet except after the French won the WORLD CUP -a very exciting event and greta fun!, excellent parking for four or more cars and great storage for our bicycles.
Bruno ,our host, provided an excellent tour of his property . Bruno was most attentive , very helpful with advice or queries and charming in our discussions with him. He is understandably quite proud of his property which offered everything our party of four couples and two singles could want. We have fond memories of our stay and hope to visit again. Thankyou Bruno

Huge property in a great location.
We had a great time in Annecy, the house is located in a perfect location to enjoy all the activities available in the area. It has a huge amount of space with large garden and ample off road parking. The owner Bruno is a very nice guy happy to help advise on what to do in the region or you are not familiar of what's on offer. We will make this area an annual holiday from now on.

Beautiful home in the center of Talloires
We just recently stayed in this beautiful home in Talloires. We loved the charm, character, and history of the home. It was very large with many bedrooms, and plenty of space for larger families to enjoy. The view was gorgeous, and only a few steps to town and the water. We LOVE Talloires and will definitely return to this house in the future. I have nothing negative to say! The house was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well organized.

fantastic house , fantastic location, fantastic holiday.
We have just returned from a week's holiday in the family house 'De Charme' and it certainly didn't disappoint !
The house oozes charm and comfort and is an excellent location to the beautiful Lac Annecy, just a few minutes walk away.
The house very easily soaked up our large party of 6 adults and 4 children and we still had a spare double bedroom unoccupied.
The out door terrace is a great place for alfresco dining.
The garden is large, pretty and well maintained.
Talloires is a beautiful village and the local amenities are all within a few minutes walk from the house.
Bruno is very approachable and very easy to contact. He has excellent knowledge on the local area for activities, restaurants etc. Nina is a top chief ! She catered for our daughters 12th birthday party , it was a delightful feast !
We'll be back, We just loved it ! Thank you Bruno.

Gorgeous property!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! The house and location are so beautifully situated near Lac Annecy, just a few minutes walk to the water. The small town of Talloires is enchanting. Bruno was extremely pleasant and most accommodating, assuring our stay was perfect. The house is comfortably furnished and spacious, easily sleeping our party of 7, with room to spare. The garden is beautiful and private, allowing for family meals outside or leisurely swinging in the hammock. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and a small market is located within a few minutes walk. The views from the house are breathtaking and I found myself enjoying them for hours, wanting to soak them in and take them home with me! If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend allowing Nina to cook for you. Her food is outstanding and she couldn't be more lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the house. Thank you Bruno and Nina for your hospitality. We hope to visit again someday!

Loved it!
Bruno's house is amazing!
I visited the house in mid May with 7 friends to celebrate a 30th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we knew that we would have a great stay. The house is warm and welcoming and outfitted with whatever we needed. Despite some rain during our stay, we were comfortable spending time inside. Talloirs is small but offers a grocery store, bakery, cafe, and numerous outdoor activities.
Would absolutely come back to spend time here again!!

Just what we were looking for in a family holiday
Just finished a wonderful stay here. Plenty of space, charming house, well located for the lake. We were four couples, each with a toddler. They loved running in the garden and going down to the lake. Bruno was a great host and arranged extra high chairs and cots, as well as making good local recommendations. Lovely holiday.

Wonderful!
We rented Bruno's lovely home in August as a base for our extended family to have not just a holiday but also to attend our daughter's wedding ceremony on the middle Saturday.
Our daughter has lived in the Haute Savoie region for a few years now and we have visited her many times and enjoyed the stunning mountain scenery. However, nothing prepared us for the spectacular views from the house in Talloires. It was mesmerising to be able to see not only the mountains but also the lake.
As for Bruno's beautiful home, what can I say. Fabulous does not do it justice and doesn't convey the homely, comfortable, welcoming atmosphere of this wonderful house. It accommodated us all with ease but Bruno also enabled our daughter and her bridesmaids to spend the night before the wedding with us by providing extra mattresses. His kindness was much appreciated. The photographs of the wedding morning preparations at the house are stunning, particularly our daughter, in her wedding dress, descending the staircase to her assembled family!
An unforgettable holiday with memories that we will all treasure forever.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location
It was our first time to Talloires and Lake Annecy, but safe to say we were blown away with it all. The property is fantastic and compliments the beautiful location, with huge amounts of space which was more than adequate for our large family. The large terrace and balcony provide stunning views of both lake and surrounding mountains and provide a great space for meals or just relaxing. The location is also ideal, with just a 2 minute walk to local shops, or down to the lake front where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the lake. Bruno was also a fantastic host, ensuring that everything was as good as could be and all our needs were met. Overall our trip was fantastic and I cannot fault it in any way, we certainly hope to be back soon!

Wet but fun week in a beautiful house
We had the extended family (6 adults and 3 children) for a week and the house was ideal - lots of space, beautiful views and a very helpful owner. Bruno bent over backwards to be helpful (e.g finding extra high chairs and cots) and the house has spectacular views and is in a beautiful village with a local boulangerie and excellent restaurants. Unfortunately the weather was very wet, but we had fun regardless and hope to return at some point and see a bit more sunshine!
I would recommend without hesitation.

A beautiful, convenient and comfortable home
We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located family home in Talloires.
Bruno was a very friendly and helpful host who made sure to attend to our every need.
The house was very comfortable for a large group of people. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend this house to others!

Charming house with great views
Our family of eight people stayed at Les Rioutes for two weeks. The house is rustic and very charming with great views towards the lake. It is in a fantastic position just a short walk to shops, restaurants and most importantly the lake itself. The house is large, with plenty of bathrooms and bedroom space. The garden and terrace are ideal for eating and sitting to enjoy the view. The house is well equipped and sheets and towels are changed part way through the stay. Bruno the owner is great; he communicated well through the booking process and during our stay. We even had to call him when we got lost and he was very helpful. We also had Nina to cook one night, it was a delicious meal and reasonably priced. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and will remember the house and holiday with great fondness.

Stunning views and a wonderful family stay
11 of us and a baby stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of July. The house is fabulous, really rustic with lovely gardens and views. The wonderful terrace overlooked the lake and we spent every evening sat at the large dinning table barbecuing and eating wonderful French food. The house is a 5 minute walk from the lake where we moored our boat and spent many hours water skiing and lake dipping. Talloires shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk awayalong with local boulangerie for bread and croissants. Bruno was very helpful during our stay and was available whenever we needed him. We also had Nina cook many meals for us which were delicious and very reasonably priced. Overall a fab holiday and would recommend. We will be returning!

Villa mit Traumblick / Villa with stunning view
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and big villa with a stunning view. We stayed there with 4 couples and 2 kids and had plenty of space – when dining either inside or outside at the big tables or on the big terrace and very big garden. The villa is in very good shape and well equipped and furnished with taste. Talloires we felt was the most beautiful town at Lac Annecy and the harbor was reachable by foot within 4 minutes walk. We would love to be back soon.

A perfect family home in stunning surroundings.
An incredibly spacious family home, located in a truly stunning French village overlooking Lake Annecy. We had one of our best family holidays ever. Great entertaining space, which can easily accommodate a large party and a wonderful terrace where we had many barbecues and drinks, and numerous games of Boules in the garden. An extremely helpful and friendly owner who was always available when needed and an excellent cook who provided us with several delicious meals. The house contained lots of information about local amenities and activities such as mountain walks, cycling, museums, water sports, tennis and local restaurants. A perfect holiday destination for all ages. We will definitely return!

Wonderful house, lovely village, great location
My family and I stayed at this house for almost 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house and grounds are lovely, the garden is large and the view is stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. The lake and swimming, restaurants, bakery, small grocery store, post office are all within a few minutes walk. Sometimes it was hard to leave the property and to go do all the the things visitors do because it was so pleasant to just sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. We would recommend this property without reservation and hope to return soon!

Perfect House in Perfect Setting
We had a great stay at 201 Noblemaire. The house was as described, giving us plenty of room and comfort. The beds were very comfortable and the house furnishings were great. Ample closet and bath space.Good water pressure and even hairdryers were provided! Kitchen, laundry, grill, etc made the stay very easy. Outdoor terrace seating and large table allows for easy access for reading , eating and taking in the views.
The location of the house could not be better. With wonderful views and a min walk to the boulanger (went every morning), the market and cafes. A 3 min walk to the gorgeous Lac'Annecy . A 5 min walk to tennis and mini golf ! A great blend of privacy but convenience. A short drive to Annecy, Thones, Montmin-wonderful area restaurants-what more could we want.
The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. He suggested what became our favorite restaurant! We feel we made a friend. We would all return to Talloires without question and the 201 Noblemaire!
