Nice layout to the property. Good facilities for washing/drying clothes, bike hire, shop on site to buy household items.
Staff weren't the friendliest, only 2 pools were warm enough for kids to go in, and 1 of those pools had obstructions in the middle of it permanently!, restaurant very poor catering for gluten intolerance, ran out of non alcohol beer, 1 restaurant was closed and the lunch menu of the other restaurant was the same as the dinner one. We got tired of eating the same food every day. Restaurant was v expensive for what you got. Be prepared to be eaten by mosquitoes, no basic meds on site like paracetamol or ibuprofen. Had to travel on a sat to a town 30 mins away to get some.

Nice location, between the pine trees. Nice swimming pool, very clean, modern ameneties. Nice private beach, good restaurant and bar. Food and staff markets on site, bike rental. Well, 5 stars camping.
At the arrival, surprise-surprise, you need to deposit your ID because you made reservation "via booking.com". No explanation other than that. That is, you are a foreign tourist and you are made to stay in Italy without your ID. Very unpleasant, "this is a general rule" explanation, but if you check the information on booking. com or General Conditions of Reservations of the camping, this is not mentioned anywhere. Final rationale is that because they want to know when you left the camping and you paid the tourists tax before leaving. Not sure how legal it is to get hold and appropriate someone's ID. At least for the 5 stars, I would say this is too much.

Location;
1. We made a reservation for 4, but since our oldest daughter got sick and could not go with us w asked for price adjustment, but were denied :(
2. Very long check in process.

the facilities were brilliant especially the new sports complex the staff at the tennis centre were lovely. so clean everywhere, great restaurants and pools loved the beach too. staff everywhere were always friendly and helpful.
the beds and the pillows in the lodges were very uncomfortably and the mosquitos stopped us from sitting outside our lodge.

There was MUCH to do and everything was quite nice, especially the staff! We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. There is much to do for the whole family (great pools, private beach, restaurant, Venise...), for the kids (animations, games, outdoor areas...) and even for the parents if you leave the kids at the kindergarten (spa, solarium,...). The mobile home was very comfortable and clean. The camping is not too big and it never felt crowded, including on the beach, which is quite a luxury in summer! There is a shop and a supermarket with everything you need.
The location of our mobile home was not the best, right in front of the stage with loud music until 11pm. It was ok but I can imagine that it can be quite uncomfortable when your kids cant sleep because of the noise.

Nice cabin
Nice swimming pool
Venice is nice to visit. Park your car for 5 euro and buy a boat ticket for 15 two way.
Camping is beautiful, a lot of flowers and green grass. If you don not want to leave the camping it is fine.
Nice football field. You have to pay for the kids playground.
Staff at swimming pool is unfriendly. Kids should not have fun. Continu the wistle of the staff. Also paying for beds at swimming pool, with 5 people 24 euro a day. Also paying for the adult swimming pool 1O euro a person. For one pool bathing cap is required. Pool is closed between 1 and 2.
You have to leave one passport at the reception which we ofcourse did not do. Almost no Dutch kids. For our Boyd there was only beach volleyball but no entertainment at night. Maybe because of corona.
So much mosquitoes.
Nothing to do in the environment
