1st floor garden-view unit, King in the master bedroom, A double and a single in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has high speed wireless and will accommodate up to 6 people. Just a short walk to the pool and Jacuzzi. For the Sports enthusiast there are 3 lighted Tennis courts once of which is the only clay court on the island. Located 1.5 miles from the Historic District. 1 assigned parking space with the Property.

Our unit was as shown on website. Excellent property for the price! This unit is vey spacious and was clean-could use a little updating but again, for the price it was good. Pool is gorgeous-we couldnt enjoy all the outdoor amenities due to weather, but our girls loved the hot tub. Transportation was super easy-Uber always there in 1 or 2 minutes. Check-in and out also very easy. I would definitely stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo and the whole condo was great for families. The pool and common areas are well maintained, and just a short walk to Smathers Beach. The condo itself is well equipped with an updated kitchen. The location was an easy Uber ride to all the action on Duval street, but much quieter. Would definitely return another time.

Property was very clean and well-stocked. Loved the pool and hot tub. Rocky shoreline on property and no access to Smather’s Beach due to construction. Limited wi-fi at times. Great area to see the sunrise.

Clean and well-kept. No real water access from the beach, as the shoreline is rocky. As a crew in our mid to late 30s, we were the youngest by decades, though we did see a few peers walking about the property. Would recommend for a quiet getaway, but if you're planning on spending your evenings on Duval street, look elsewhere!

The 2-bedroom condo had plenty of room and a nice long deck that ran the length of the condo. We loved having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The view from the beach was beautiful although the beach itself was not very well maintained (not the condo owner's fault). It was super hot the week we stayed so the large pool was perfect to hang out in. The only recommendation I would like to make to the owner is to invest in getting new pillows and mattress pads because I washed the sheets and pillow cases before we left and found how stained and disgusting they were. I would have thrown them out years ago if they had been mine.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Close to everything and clean. Beach easily accessible and pool was lovely. Only issue was the inconsistent WiFi at times but other than that it was great. Thank you.

Such beautiful grounds. Huge pool right on the ocean. Definitely too far to walk to town... we tried it the first day but rented bikes for the rest. Condo was huge and worked great for our family of four.

Location was close to airport but not as close to downtown as id hoped, pool was beautiful and condo was very clean and had everything we needed!

Outdated but very clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool and hot tub nice. Weekly scooter rental made getting around easy. Location near smathers beach but fort zachery beach more enjoyable. They had snorkel rental with reefs. Will return to this location again.

The property was located in a good location for us as we attended a wedding less than a mile away. The only downside was we were unable to use your beach due to broken glass. The pool and hot tub was at a great temperature. We enjoyed the under ground parking.

A bit dated and the kitchen requires some repair (broken cabinets, oven temp cannot be accurately controlled). Even with this small things we would DEFINITELY rent this property again.

Clean well stocked property. Great pool and hot tub. Building has a weird layout you need key with you at all times or your gonna get stuck somewhere with no way back in the building. Will be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great from check in (very easy) to check out. Nice & clean. Rooms were very nice & big, kitchen well stocked. Loved the giant Olympic size pool, we were in it about every day! Would stay here again for sure.

Great customer service. I feel they went over and beyond for us. We will definitely stay with them again.

It's a bit further from Duval than I realized but still not bad. Condo was clean and master tub was huge.

The unit was in a good location - away from the crowds but walkable to Duval (long walk) or short uber ride. Loved the balcony and the onsite pool. The unit was comfortable and clean, though a little outdated, which was not a big deal. Very easy to deal with the host.

Everyone we met was extremely friendly and would give suggestions on places to eat or venture too. Location was perfect for us. It was a 5-10 minute drive to get where we wanted to go. If we ever head back to Key West we’d definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the property. Showerheads could’ve been better one didn’t work. Would be beneficial to add to kitchen utensils like grilling spatula, extra drink pitcher, extra glasses and larger frying pan. Double bed only big enough to fit one Teenager. Like location to beach, Pool, Hot tub, tennis courts, and ability to bike all around.

Amenities were great & furnishings nice. No fire extinguisher was there even though a sign said there was one under the sink & the toaster definitely needs replacement. Overall I think it's great value for the money. Not the place for you if you like to feel you're in the lap of luxury (which will cost a good bit more!) but served our purposes quite well.

This place was amazing from the rooms the pool and Jacuzzi.... Julia was easy to get ahold of and made everything extremely smooth and effortless.. I would highly recommend this place and we're hoping the next time we come we are going to try to book this place again.. Very clean and had everything you could need need for an amazing stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was led to believe there was a private beach. I wanted waves and shells. Sorta disappointed. My view if the jungle was nice I guess. Does not compare with Navarre beach. Fire alarms went off twice while we were here too.
