About this house rental

Large groups welcome in this fully self contained house, great for wedding parties or for your wedding guests to stay, family celebrations, sporting clubs, the list is endless with a large fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. It has three living areas, two upstairs and one downstairs, two of the living areas have large screen tvs with Austar connection, a master bedroom with ensuite (with spa bath) and queen bed, plus seven other bedrooms, five with queen beds and two with single beds, and three fold out double bed size sofas. There are three other bathrooms all with bath/ seperate shower, living areas open out to south facing deck areas, overlooking the river, with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Downstairs living area also has a 3/4 size pool table.
Off street parking for 4 cars. It is within walking distance to shopping centre with coffee shop, large supermarkets, newsagency etc, it is also within walking distance to Flying Horse Bar and Brewery.

We enjoyed our stay at Lorraine's house. She was very accomodating and her place was complete of stuff we needed to use (steamer, microwave, high chairs and cot). It was a hassle free experience plus the location of her place was beautiful, the view is epic. Looking forward to book this accom again

Great house. Terrific for large groups or family’s. House is very clean and spacious with lots of different areas. Some furniture is getting a bit old and some blinds need repairs but overall a terrific place for a few days fun with friends or family

Wonderful!. We had 9 people and one guide dog. Plenty of room for gathering and separate spaces. Host communication was lovely and helpful. Great spot, peaceful setting. Possibly the only suggestion would be a larger or additional fridge, otherwise we could not fault it!! 5 stars!

Beautiful house ,with stunning views ,close to shops ect . 14 adults and 4 children . Family christmas reunion . Lorraine very helpful (the host ). Kitchen well stocked for large groups. Lots of room for everone . We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay .lots of great things to do for kids and adults in warnambool . We were amazed at the friendliness of all the local people . Lovely memories .thank you Lorraine .

It was months in the planning, a weekend away from the kids, some time to relax and regroup. This home was the perfect location to do this. We cooked up a storm, watched the kangaroos and cows graze the fields as we ate our breakfast and the rooms were all welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Lorraine

The house was very clean and spacious and easily accommodated nine adults. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone’s use. We were very impressed with the amazing views. It was very easy to access the property through the manager’s instructions. The house is situated in a great location within easy access to shops, restaurants and the city centre.

Riverview Heights was clean, comfortable, spacious and well designed for groups of a few families/friends. It's a short drive into town, with beautiful river views. A great base for exploring the area. The kitchen was well equiped and also had plenty of space, so no problems cooking meals there either.

This property was an excellent choice for us as it accommodated our family very well. Very clean and well equipped and a very flexible and helpful owner. With just a short walk to a coffee shop and bistro, and a magnificent view of the river, the property is well situated.

Overall we had a great stay but was very disappointed with the cleanliness and that the fire place did not work ! We were looking forward to cosy nights near the fire place been the coldest days so far this year . Also there is only heating in the living area and master BR so we could not use the other two rooms on the same floor which is very inconvenient and misleading. When we checked in the cleaner seem to have left in a hurry without completing the vacuuming the living and dining area. The vacuum cleaner was still lying in the dining area and also the garbage was in the hallway. The master BR toilet floor was not mopped. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Riverview Heights is an amazing large home. Fantastic for big family gatherings or groups. The house is oh 2 levels with a large kitchen that is superbly stocked with every size saucepan and pan you could need and absolutely everything in between. Bedrooms are all very large. 3 upstairs and 5 downstairs. Large full size pool table and lounge room downstairs. Well done Lorraine & Russell for offering such a great house. Highly recommend. Unobstructed views of Hopkins River.

Fantastic living areas for large groups. There was an abundance of crockery and knives and forks and glassware. Linen needs to be updated and the door to the balcony in the master bedroom needs to be accessible. Otherwise we were very impressed with the stunning views and the abundant space. The property was very clean and well presented!

Riverview Heights, Warrnambool, is a large and comfortable property suitable best equally for families or a group of friends. The neighbourhood is a little out of the town but very quiet and modern. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well appointed and a huge amount of space. Magnificent outlook over the Hopkins River

Located on the bank of Hopkins River, 40 Dobson accommodation is a serene home stay that offers the best in class option for small as well large ( 20 plus) groups. As you enter the house one does not realise the space the house offers, a good 7/8 bedroom house, good size kitchen, 3 large entertainment areas, BBQ, pool table, big size TV, Air con and fully furnished beds, mattresses etc. Icing on the cake is the deck with view of the river!! The furniture in place is comfortable and plenty . Kitchen is well equipped with amenities. All in all a great place, will visit again !!!
