I won’t come back again.

I just liked the location.

We booked for 4 nights but we had to leave early it was not clean, the towel was dirty and old. Once you flashed the toilet the water would not go it was horrible! The mattresses has blood stains on them the whole house was smelly like urine. I start feeling itchy one I used the couch! I used my dress on top my pillow because the pillow was dirty!!!!! It was a horrible stay I would not come back again. The staff were friendly.

I really love the place and the location of the place

Near to the big big shop

Maintenance need to maintain due to theres alot of people would love to rent the place and they also want to feel comfortable while staying there

Its in the heart of Bukit Bintang & Pavillion just across from our stay.

We had to change elevators from ground floor to 5th floor then had to walk to take another elevator to reached 12th floor

Location

The bedroom looks like a staff quarters. Laundry area have towels all hang there to dry. Main door latch is broken. This is a 2 bedroom 1 shared toilet unit not as describe in the web site.

The inconvenience of using two lifts - no bell boy, no assistance in carrying bags especially when you're traveling with family with lots of baggage to carry Dirty rooms Toilet door lock broken Power Sockets not all are working Lights in the living room not working Spray Nozel jet faulty Heater sometimes not working In general the apartment is poorly maintained

Great location and very roomy 2 bedroom apartment above Fahrenheit88 mall in KL

We liked that the apartment is very spacious. The location is right above Fahrenheit 88 mall, pavilion mall us just across the road. It is a few minutes walk to the famous Jalan Alor street food. Very. Conveniently located. The hosts were very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Strategic location for shopping. Easy access to public transport and eateries.

Cleanliness/housekeeping to be upheld. Remove dirty/stained/smelly bedding linens from wardrobes/cabinets. Dusty underneath of beddings needs to be cleaned/vacuum.

Everything’s ok especially location but carpark and the accommodation need to refurbish

The furnitures, bathroom, bedrooms is quite old need to refurbish. When seat at the sofa is itchy and toilet really terrible. No carpark provided

overall a decent place to stay, with a group of friends, not family with kids

had a nice humble breakfast at nearby mamak restaurant, wonderful food is abundant as the hotel is walking distance to everywhere. The AC in the room is really cool but a bit noisy though, tolerable.

err..well number 1) is the toilet. the bidet tap is super hard to use as its broken especially when hand is wet. 2) the tv remote is annoying, seems like the buttons not working or battery is dying. tv apps is hard to navigate, not a good user interface, hard to find a channel. 3) carpark is expensive. no complimentary. 4) the door lock is really basic.

Enough for our group of friends consists 6 people to chill together that we decided to slept together at the living room. Can fitted 1 double sized mattress and 3 single sized mattress. Got wifi and netflix. Perfect! Kitchen functioning well.

Location yes as it is within to the Bukit Bintang.

1) No available big trolley as we have hard times moving our bags to/from the hotel. 2) Troublesome exchange between the 2 lifts. 3) Inside the apartment like the washing machine needs to be replaced with a new machine. The dryer didnt working at all. 4) Inside bedrooms tiles in bad condition. 5) The toilet floor tiles need to be refurbish so that it looks hygiene. 6) No TV channel. Only Youtube available. 7) The furnitures at living room and bedrooms looks old style.

Location is very good..air conditioner working fine and very cooling..there was smart tv and very strong unifi

There are some things can be improved for example the window lock on the biggest room not working and kids can open it easily, hope owner will fix it later
