Good value, super cute, but read the fine print about who has to clean!

Great location close to beach. Accomidated 6 of us easily. Beautiful touches such as board games, books and some pantry items we could use (salt, pepper, vegemite). Beds were super comfy. We enjoyed having a bbq outside under the verandah.
Overall the place was perfect for us. Highly recommended for a family holiday

This property ticks all the boxes for us.

Great weekend away, house would not be ok not for small children if u use the wood heater as no safety screen, toaster also on a lower shelf that kids can reach. House seems musty especially the bedrooms, very dusty and lots of cobwebs, cso not great if ur asthmatic or scared of spiders. Bathroom is great as is the outdoor shower. Close to the beach.

A cosy little gem with an aesthetic that felt like a home away from home.
A pure delight going to sleep with the roar of the ocean near by only to be topped by 20+ yellow cockatoos circling above us while eating dinner on the rear deck.....magnificent!
We loved this place!
We will be back!

Lovely beach house with a retro feel. Great coffee machine and comfortable bed. A 3 minute walk to the beach with a lovely deck at the rear of the house to relax at the end of the day. Excellent selection of games and good selection of movies. A great place to stay.

A comfortable and spacious beach shack only a few minutes walk from the beach. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer.

First of all, the owmer required us to bring our own beddings and we did. Secondly, we waited more than one hour on the 40 degree before we check in due to you provided wrong passcode. Thirdly, we cleaned the house before we left. Vaccume is not supposed to be done by us because there is no clear instruction that told us the vaccume machine store spot. A formal complain will be applied if you charge us $60. We won't stand this unreasonable extra charge.

My daughter and I booked in just for 2 days as we were having Xmas lunch with family on Hindmarsh Island and just required somewhere to sleep. However this was cancelled and we just had Xmas there by ourselves. We still enjoyed ourselves. Comfortable and convenient and a good place for a young family.

It was great house has everything you need. The front door lock needs maybe WD40 . But that’s the only problem.

We found the house neat and tidy and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The house was an easy walk to the beach and was in an ideal location to explore nearby Port Elliot, Goolwa, and the local wineries.

We had a lovely time, would like to come back! The house was well equipped and a short walk to the beach. My favourite part was sitting on the front deck, listening to the ocean....most relaxed we have felt in a long time.

Annette is a fabulous host, and highly communicative. The house is a perfect, basic beach house for a family. Lots of games and the back garden is lovely. Definitely be back!

We stayed here over the Christmas period. The accommodation was just what we needed. Perfectly situated within a short stroll to the beach. Easily accessible. Lots of things to do nearby.

The house has begun to weather and is starting to show signs of such. For a family of 4 it seemed very small. Sharing one small tired bathroom, there is no laundry, no internet. It said we would be supplied with three days of wood for the fire heater, definately was not three days and was mostly kindling. It stated that I would be charged only a set cleaning fee however they charged me over this amount?? Overall my impression was that is was underwhelming.
