Come enjoy our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 full bath North Wildwood end unit condo located within 1 1/2 short blocks to the FREE beach. This condo is located in the PERFECT spot. This is one of the family areas of North Wildwood and within walking distance to all the attractions. Enjoy the weekly Friday night fireworks and the daily sunsets right from the deck. Beach entrance is newly paved with foot wash and shower. There is a short walk to the surf. 4+ Night Minimum Stay required for Peak Season
Perfect size for two families or a group of mature adults to share. The main area, located above the garage, contains the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and laundry area. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and full bath, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and Bedroom #3 has two sets of twin bunk beds - equaling four single beds. There is a full hallway bathroom. The downstairs area contains another master suite with a full bathroom, and two queen size beds. This room is handicap accessible from the street level. There is adequate storage for beach chairs, etc. in back hallway. Condo sleeps up to 14 people. One off-street driveway parking spot. There is no renter garage access. Plenty of parking in this area. This is a Smoke-Free Complex - No Smoking permitted anywhere near building!

1/2 Rental fee due with contract to secure week. Balance of rental plus refundable security deposit due within 30 days before arrival.

We traveled with 12 people and a dog. It was the perfect size and location for us all. All of the pictures online showed exactly what the property looked like inside. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

We stayed one week at North Wildwood, myself and my family, my brother and his family, and my mom and her partner. The setup was ideal for us, with my mom and partner having the first floor suite. The stairs to that part of the rental are tough for the young, canine or too old, but my mom and her partner are still very fit so it was perfect for them. Great big open living space, and loved the balcony. We spent a ton of time on the balcony, enjoying the weather and chatting, reading our books. Things to consider: -This is a beach rental. There is a little wear and tear, but it didn't impact our experience at all so I didn't mark down any stars. - Across the street is a funny parking spot that is bus parking - sometimes... but only half of the spot??? I would recommend the owners put something about that in the binder they maintain. I understand this is a newly created parking... restriction. The gentleman who worked at the nonprofit across the street came over and asked us to move our car, and we did. Then a volunteer lady came over, after we had moved and harassed us... it was weird but again not the fault of the rental. -The owners live upstairs which we found super helpful. My mom couldn't find the house when she first got there, and they helped her. She also couldn't get the remote control for the tv in her room to work, and again they came down and helped her. It was awesome to be so close to the beach and boardwalk, to have time with family, and to really decompress.

Ron and Betsy were both very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the stay. We got the chance to meet him and some of his family on our stay and they were great people. We had a blast and would certainly stay here again. Fantastic location, right by the beach!

Location was wonderful! The house was stocked with a few nice touches for infants (baby gate etc.). The owner was quick to respond to any questions or issues. Loved the view for the fireworks!

Never been to NJ and wasn’t sure what to expect while booking this trip, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Not only is the place just as good as the pictures, but the area was a really cute beach town. The board walk is really close and has days worth of things to do. Plus The beach is an easy walk from the condo. When you get there you’ll get a key to the property from the owners who live in the condo above the rental. I feel you can have as much or as little interaction with the owner as you like. They answered my questions promptly and gave us the space we wanted for our stay.. our dogs had a great time as well. we wish we would have been there for more then two nights. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 sons. The house was large enough that they could bring friends and weren't on top of each other. Distant ocean view from the deck. Great location, short walk to the beach. Loved that they allowed pets. Would definitely rent this property again!

This condo is beautiful and well maintained. Located just a couple blocks from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk made this a perfect location for both kids and adults. There are great locations to eat less than a mile away as well as in walking distance. There were beach chairs and umbrella's at the house which came in handy for beach time as we were drove up from Georgia and could not bring those with us. Ron and Betsy were a pleasure to do business with and we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying in this house. The location worked for us- a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk and restaurants. Nice, quiet area (we visited in late September). It was a good set up for our family. I liked that we could put our toddler to bed in the lower level bedroom while the adults stayed up, without waking him. There is no door separating the lower level- just a spiral staircase, but this didn't bother us. It was nice to have a separate entrance to the lower level. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. It was great to have beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas to use so we didn't have to bring our own.

Ron and Betsy, thank you for another fantastic vacation at your beach house! With the addition of 3 little ones to our family, the spacious layout of your home is a God send. Your home is always so clean and well taken care of, the babies were able to play on the floor and crawl around, which gives their mom's peace of mind. Everyone always appreciates the privacy of their own bathroom and the ease of showering after the beach. We love the location of your place, we took our annual trips to Atlantic City, the Hereford Lighthouse, and Cape May Lighthouse. This year we added the Cape May County Zoo to our itinerary. Such a nice, fun, and enjoyable place to take the kids! Kali, Bella, and Leila had a wonderful time! We all had a blast playing on the beach, in the water, and turning the girls in to sand mermaids! Everyone is thrilled to watch the dolphins swim and jump as they past by our view. I especially like watching the fireworks from the couch in the living room while the kids watch from the balcony and below on the sidewalk. With the girls another year older the boardwalk excited them even more and they had a great time on the rides and playing the wheels! Creating memories and good times! Thanks Again! The DeZolt's

Ron and Betsy we loved our time at your beach house! The large open space made sharing our vacation with 3 families pleasant and relaxing. Each family was able to enjoy the luxury of their own bathroom which was a plus and made showering stress free. The storage area for the beach chairs and toys was very convienent upon returning from the beach. The beach was wonderful! The kids loved playing in the water, looking for shells, and playing in the sand. Kali and Bella were thrilled watching the fireworks from the deck and riding the ride at the boardwalk. The house is located so close to Cape May and Atlantic City it made for 2 great day trips! We had a great time at your beautiful beach house! Thank you!
