It was a pleasure to wake up in this apartment every morning with the stunning views. Very relaxing.

We liked everything about the apartment. It was very spacious, clean and homely. The location and views were amazing. Hosts were available without being intrusive and promptly answered any questions that were asked. Plenty of places to eat and drink on your doorstep. Would highly recommend this apartment. If you are traveling by car it is very easy to access all of the island from this location.

Excellent location with a very caring and helpful owner who puts himself out to help.

The owner was very easily contactable if i had any questions.

The external passage way needs to be kept cleaner and with better lighting. I accept this is shared and not controlled by one appatement.

Tolle Lage, moderne Wohnung komplett ausgestattet.

Lage direkt am Hafen, Balkon mit Blick auf die Schiffe. Konnte man immer lustig beobachten, wie die ganzen Ausflugsschiffe wie an der Schnur losgefahren sind zur Blauen Lagune. (Ausflug ist übrigens empfehlswert!) Ausstattung war perfekt. Wohnzimmer mit schöner Küche (und Waschmaschine!), 2 Schlafzimmer, ein schönes Bad mit toller Dusche. Alles neu und modern ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen funktionieren super. Gegenüber über der Straße gibt es einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz, sehr praktisch wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Minimarkt ist auch gleich in unmittelbare Nähe. Schlüssel war in einem Schlüsselsafe an der Tür, daher Bezug der Wohnung auch spät Abends völlig problemlos.

This is a fabulous apartment. We absolutely loved the facilities, location, stylish decor, super comfy super king bed, and knowing our host was just a WhatsApp message or call away. If your looking at a place in Latchi, look no further.

Superb

We loved the view over the harbour and the location was just perfect. Fanos answered so fast everytime we had any questions. A small Supermarket is only 40 Meter away where you get all you need for your stay. We will come back!

Overall very satisfied.

Fabulous view of marina, clean and comfortable.

Lock to front door not working properly and frequently difficult to gain entrance. No instruction to operate television and could not get any Channel speaking English. Outside light would be advantage.

Exceptional

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment which has an amazing view of the marina from both the main bedroom and living room. Upon arrival at the accommodation we were impressed at the cleanliness as there was not a speck of dust to be found and the decor was very modern and stylish with large flatscreen tvs. The aircon was also particularly effective and appliances modern/high spec. Location was perfect for us as it was a 5 minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from some lovely restaurants although wasn't noisey. There is also a small supermarket nearby which sells most of the essentials we always manage to leave at home and a lovely coffee shop very nearby. Lastly the host was amazing and always responded to any queries really quickly.....it seemed like he really cared that we had an enjoyable stay which we really appreciated. It goes without saying that we can't recommend the accommodation highly enough and will look to return !

Perfect apartment with great communication - bring some items from home for a better stay

Host's communication was very clear and prompt, and had very clear description of the apartment's location so was easy to find. Lock box was easy to use. Host was apologetic that we couldn't check out very late even though this is standard to check out on time! Apartment was nicely spacious and was well equipped with very new furniture and fittings. Lovely view and close to lots of restaurants, bars, supermarket, excursions and the harbour path.

The shower water seemed to get all over the floor, so would be helpful to have a second bathmat to swap out and spare towels. Having some of the kitchen basics would have been helpful: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee. For a couple of days its a bit tricky to buy whole consumables in order to use the kitchen. I would just bring some from home if I knew. The supermarket nearby had fairly limited options and a markup of being in a small place, need a car to have more options. Need watershoes for the local beach as it is very pebbley.

Great place with a superb location and view.

The location was perfect as the view of the marina was amazing. Very quiet despite having restaurants close by. Comfortable beds, good quality kitchen/utensils. Handy to have a washing machine. Modern apartment. TV had lots of English channels including the main 5! Would definitely go back. Great host, checked we were ok throughout. Tip: Lidl isn’t really any cheaper than the supermarket in Polis, in fact, some things more expensive!

Sofa was broken through no fault of host who had arranged to get it fixed. No sun on balcony, again, not the host to blame here!

Loved it

Wow, the location of the apartment is absolutely stunning! It's right on the seafront at the marina, but it wasn't noisy at all (but note that the restaurant downstairs was closed during my stay). The flat had everything that I needed and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, the WiFi is strong, and there is parking just across the road. Would definitely recommend it!

- There was an issue with the hot water but the host arranged for it to be fixed immediately - The kitchen and bathroom appliances weren't particularly clean

Nice place. Friendly owner. Good location. No soap in the shower.

Owner was quick to answer. Very welcoming. There's a Coffee shop downstairs. Nice view. Nicely decorated.

No breakfast. No basic stuff in the kitchen, like sugar, salt, tea. No soap in the shower! Not a nice thing to find when you're taking a shower :(

Very good

The location was great, very quiet,and the bed was comfy. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by.

The equipment in the kitchen was a little sparse; no bread knife, nothing to make coffee in, no tea-towels, also it would have been helpful to have a few basics like salt and pepper, sugar, olive oil etc. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes and I had to spray the whole flat several times a day as they really like to bite me!

Exceptional location, absolutely brand new apartment, walking distance from all POI. Highly recommend!

The restaurant right below the apartment had greek live music till 2 a.m. on Friday! Even calling the police didn't help :( Keep that in mind that it could be a problem, especially if you are traveling with kids.
