we loved everything ... I appreciate the attention to details. The caravan has a great space , clean , spacious bathroom. Beautifully decorated , comfortable, homely . I mean , amazing choice of books , movies , cleaning products, games , guides.. etc . The kitchen has everything you need. Our sons loved every bit of their stay . Amazing Seaview . I am in awe and in genuine appreciation for the efforts they put in this caravan. I cannot wait to lodge here again. We are very grateful for making our stay very special ☺️. From Tom and Judy

Easy to find, staff were helpful at direting us to the caravan. Loved being close to the sea and has a really nice outdoor pool, the staff at reception were helpful to, got chatting to someone there that was local and told us places nearby to visit. Shop on site was well priced but there are nearby supermarkets. The older children used the electric scooters that were near to the site. Owners were very helpful and quick when replying to our issues we had. Caravan was equipped with bits and bobs that you may have forgotten to bring with you. It was very peaceful where the caravan was situated and the walk to the clubhouse is not too far. There was more to do for little ones but offsite there was more for the older ones especially if they like water sports
Caravan was not clean, the flooring was dirty, my little one had black feet from walking on it, there was mold on the curtains and on the blind in the bathroom, the doors of the cupboards hadn't been cleaned in the kitchen and there were spiders and cobwebs I feel it could have been cleaner than it was and overall i just didnt feel comfy knowing there was probably other things that had been overlooked.. I also didn't realise that the entertainment passes weren't included but that's my fault for not checking but considering the price I paid I thought they were. It would have been an extra £147 on top but Haven were very kind and gave us free passes, as we only wanted to use the outdoor pool and this you need a pass for. Also I think having a bit more information on what there is to visit round there would be good, not just leaflets. We only found the nearby areas through talking to someone that was local to the area. Hamworthy Park is lovely to visit and we wouldn't have known about it if we hadn't. We only visited the restaurant on site once for breakfast but would not recommend it they literally had 3 staff serving, we waited 40 mins to be served that was after 3 other families that got there after us were served We then waited a further 40 mins for our food and the drinks came halfway through eating. We only got our food because we complained and we did that because our children were hungry. Was very stressful. This put us off going there again so ordered food offsite. And made breakfast at the caravan after that.

Everything was lovely and clean, little extras like tea, coffee, cling film etc all really handy. Caravan had plenty of space. The sea view was lovely.
There was nothing we could complain about.

We thought the caravan was perfect for our needs, and loved the touch of the plants and flowers outside (which we did water).
I found staff in reception area very negative, they were unable to help with our enquiry - ie information about places to eat out of site i.e. street map showing restaurants or something similar. No suggestions were made or given, just go a look at the leaflets that is all we have.
No internet in caravan, only at reception.

Last minute holiday after a house fire. Caravan was clean and tidy , Everything we needed. Defo what we needed after the dramas

The caravan was fantastic!
It was well equipped - everything was there that was needed, from kitchen equipment to beach chairs.
There were even movies and puzzles for kids which was great.
Great view as well!!
The only disadvantage is "unwashed" dishes(stains on glasses, etc.) and old cutlery. Otherwise everything was really great! Hot water and heating .. we felt like home :)
Everything was great with the caravan!!!! BUT
The only VERY big downside was Rockley Park itself and the "attractions" located in it.
I paid £ 155 for Play Passes and we didn't even take advantage of any attractions, because we had to pay for everything separately - big minus, because no one told us about it when we bought it, it turned out after the fact - the only thing we could use was the pools. .. WHICH NEED TO BE BOOKED EARLY so we couldn't even go in.
In general the attractions / food were not worth the money as well.
Fortunately, we managed to get a refund and it was not a total failure..

location was perfect

Excellent location. Very comfortable caravan.
Somewhere to hang wet towels and swimsuits.
4.3
Good location and had everything in the caravan you would need.
Unit close to beach and plenty to do.
Was quite expensive for two nights we felt but in line with all inflated prices for staycations at the moment
4.3
Location good
Understaffed at restaurants lots of different mixed messages I.e order at bar for food then half an hour later table service then again pay at bar for your bill
Wrong orders for drinks and food ok but last night chips only lukewarm and breaded mushrooms so over deep fried you couldn’t put a fork in them only pick up with your fingers but didn’t complain as so few staff we would of waited longer for food
Staff were nice but all so young and inexperienced
4.3
It’s a good deal for our accommodation, as it’s our First time to go on caravan. Location wise and facilities were superb. We enjoyed our stay and made it memorable for the kids.
4.3
The caravan and it location on the site
The restrictions on outdoor swimming in the open air
No restrictions to the amount of people in the enclosed entertainment area where covid could potentially spread ?
The price charged for the laundry tokens and having to share the facilities with domestic laundry incurred by the cleaning staff

Property was superb

Great communal area within the caravan which was very well equipped; great shower; good communication from the host.
The sofa bed mattress was a little thin and so we could feel the frame.
