, absolut alles no Go!!!

Если вы хотите сделать свой отдых незабываемым в Черногории, останавливайтесь тут. Все было невероятно хорошо, как всегда с one&only.
Катер за отдельную плату. В Дубае был бесплатный :)

I loved the hotel. Staff were extremely careful of my needs and ready for me whenever I need help. Golf cart can take you to anywhere close by. The private beach and pools are luxurious, so as the Turkish SPA which was superb.

1) large, opulent rooms with beautiful views and intricate details; 2) scenic and peaceful location within the Portonovi marina, offering a selection of restaurants & beach clubs nearby; 3) nice breakfast with a mix of a la carte and buffet options
1) a rather inconsistent service provided by the hotel staff, often lacking finesse and not providing guests with a complete peace of mind (eg we were not even offered a glass of water upon arrival let alone the customary welcome drink), the staff seemed to be puzzled even by such a simple task as arranging transportation to the nearby town or by a question about the bar’s opening hours; 2) poor value for money when it came to sightseeing (there wasn’t even a printed out brochure detailing the experiences or a professional English speaking guide)

If its not One & Only then dont bother visiting Montenegro. Your stay is only complete if you stay here. Its a beautiful property. From the room to the bathroom to the comfortable bed and all the other amenities in the hotel. The staff are very courteous. The SPA and hair salon is a must try.

the property was amazing in terms of location, the boka bay, the hardware and the calmness and tranquility one can find
although the structure and the entire hotel concept is well conceived and purveyed, it still lacks the general management.
Like in the pool, one afternoon, we were given a very short listed menu but the day after we instead received a very long and detailed one.
Also the very last morning in the pool loungers there were nice tray with water spray, spf and wet towels, a very nice touch that was missing in the previous days.
We really did not appreciate the rush and unfriendliness of the check out service, where everything was dismissed in a blink of an eye, no particular caring sentence or a nice “bye bye” trip sack.
We basically waited the chauffeur by our own means without been being eased out.

The property is beautiful and inside a gated community with other properties as well as a marina with various wonderful off site dining options. The lighting and the art in the hotel is amazingly well done. Every space feel luxurious. The rooms are breathtaking and the bathrooms are marvelously spacious. We stayed in a Bayview rooms with large balconies that connected through a hallway to another large bayview room as we were traveling 4 in our family. The Tapasake restaurant was excellent and so was Sabia. The gym and spa are very well equipped
They need to learn to make smoothies. Not sure why they struggled with it (tasted terrible) since they have amazing fruit. Otherwise, it was perfect in every way.
The location is not close to Kotor (45 minutes by car) as the location is self contained and a little remote but the views make up for it.

Everything in this hotel is amazing. Staff, design, food, ... all beyond expectations. Fantastic for offseason rest. It's Chenot Espace is something special, the treatments are something to look into, but the food they give for detox is really unbelievable.
The fact we couldn't stay more.

Honestly where to begin. This hotel is the place of dreams. The drive down through the Bay of Kotor to the property was magestic. You're greeted by complimentary valet and welcome drinks of juice or champagne while you check-in. But it's the little things the staff does that puts it over the top. Hand written notes by the GM welcoming you to the property, housekeeping folding any loose clothing, the welcoming attitudes of staff, it's as if you're being waited on hand and foot. And then you get to the room where it just keeps getting better. Centralized controls for blinds/shades/lighting, heated towel racks, jacuzzi like bathtub, plush beddings, and the patio. Honestly could be the best all-around hotel I've stayed at anywhere
Not too much to be honest. But I think potentially offering activities to guests would be one. Yoga, a schedule of activities curated by staff

We liked the resort as a building and its interior design and architecture which meets all the luxury standards.
But, I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with our recent stay at One and Only Resort. My family and I have never experienced such a disastrous guest experience in all our years of travel. Our stay was marred by numerous issues and lack of basic amenities, and the level of service provided by your staff was unacceptable. First and foremost, the lack of room amenities and accessories was a major inconvenience. We had to repeatedly request for basic amenities like toiletries, and other essentials. Even after multiple requests, the response from your staff was slow and unhelpful, leaving us without proper supplies for our stay. Furthermore, the attitude and behavior of the staff towards us as guests was appalling. We were repeatedly asked by different staff members on the breakfast if we were indeed guests of the hotel and which room we were staying in, despite providing our information multiple times. This lack of coordination and communication among the staff was unacceptable and left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated, with staff openly fighting and arguing in front of guests in the open kitchen concept. It created an unpleasant atmosphere for dining. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed uninformed and lacked basic knowledge about working hours, bookings, and reservations. When we requested a thermometer for our child who was unwell, we were informed that it had been given to another guest and not returned, and we were not provided with a replacement. This is a serious breach of health and safety standards, especially considering the ongoing concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The discrimination we experienced based on our faith was utterly disappointing. Despite the resort promoting the Easter weekend, there were no Easter eggs offered on Easter day as the Chef had reportedly decided not to make them.
This lack of consideration for a Christian Orthodox holiday, while having a designated prayer room for other faiths, was unacceptable and discriminatory.
Moreover, the spa's policy to ask us to leave at 7 pm due to our child, even though our child was well-behaved, was inconsistent as we witnessed other guests who were not minors playing in the pool with floating toys such as pineapples and palm trees, making a mockery of the serene and calm environment. Additionally, there were issues with non-operational facilities such as the buggies, and despite the presence of a driver, they were unwilling to drive. As a group staying in two rooms, we attempted to bring our concerns to the attention of the management, but our complaints were ignored and not addressed. This is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the level of service and professionalism at your resort.
This is not just a matter for a touristic review; it is a serious issue that requires immediate attention from O&O headquarters and governmental tourism inspection. The standards of health and safety, service quality, and discrimination we experienced during our stay at One and Only Resort were unacceptable and do not align with the reputation and expectations of a luxury resort. I trust that you will take our feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. There were more examples but no place to write further.
