Posticino molto carino, curato e comodo per la vicinanza al centro. La signora Irene fantastica.

Posizione molto comoda perché vicina al centro, fantastico il tunnel che permette di evitare di attraversare la strada quindi perfetto per chi ha bimbi. Un terrazzo molto ampio e attrezzato. La signora Irene disponibilissima e con un cuore enorme, ti fa sentire a casa.

L'unica piccola pecca il parcheggio con disco orario ma facilmente risolvibile perché vi sono altre soluzioni non troppo lontano.

Padrona di casa stupenda e super disponibile. Alloggio di ampia metratura e pulitissimo. Posizione ottima per recarsi in centro città a piedi.

Ótimo local para ficar e visitar a ciddde.

Apartamento bem completo com ótima localização.

Infelizmente tinha uma falta de luz programada para o dia da saída. Não sabíamos disso.

Estadia sem energia…

Localização. Espaço bem ajeitado, talvez de para aproveitar mais mo verão.

Sabia que a acomodação não teria elevador, mas só para pontuar que tem 2 lances de escada. Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência em apenas 1 noite de estadia, talvez falta de sorte? Chegamos de noite e não tinha luz no prédio, voltou muito tempo depois. Mas de manhã também tinha acabado a luz de novo, então não tinha aquecimento e nem chuveiro. A proprietária nos respondia rápido, mas não estava no momento da nossa chegada, a vizinha que ficou responsável por nos atender e nos fazer o favor, Quando podia, de mostrar o apto e atualizar sobre essa questão da energia. Não tem Muitas vagas de carro próximo, tivemos que estacionar perto de umas escola um pouco longe. Fazia um barulho constante na cozinha de noite, um estalo, acho que era do aquecedor.

Clean , wonderful owner and close to town .

The owner Carla was amazing . The location is nice if you want in town . All was VERY clean . Definitely a 10 for cleanliness. So if that’s what you’re looking for , definitely book this place . The owner had lots of little things available , like salt , pepper , coffee , Tea etc . Again , very clean and super sweet owner .

Not the owners fault, but there was a lot of noise all day long from tree cutting nearby . The other thing was that the bed sheets didn’t fit the bed so kept slipping off and made sleeping for us uncomfortable . Stove ignition wasn’t working ( we thankfully had matches ) Can all be solved easily but we didn’t want to bother owner who lived far away . There were minor things like parking that wasn’t as easily as we thought it would . Nothing major , but just enough for us not to give it a 9 or 10 . Cleanliness and owner do get a 10 though !

Ein perfekte Unterkunft, um San Gimignano zu erkunden, besonders auch am Abend.

Abgesehen von dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartment, war die Dachterrasse das absolute Plus. Die Lage,direkt vor dem Tor zum historischen Zentrum könnte nicht besser sein. Die charmante Gastgeberin Clara hat alles Wissenswerte ausführlich erklärt und Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und vertraut im Casa Irene.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist tagsüber schwierig. In Nähe des Appartments gilt es, für zwei Stunden mit Parkuhr zu parken. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist zwar nicht weit, aber am Tage aufgrund der Touristenströme nicht immer frei. Ab den frühen Abendstunden entspannt sich die Situation wieder.

Superb

It is ideally located just outside san gimignano walls. We had a car rental and had no issues parking. The place is small but there is a lovely balcony which provided extra space.it was immaculately cleaned. Clara was a sweet and accommodating host. The space is charming.

We were there in the midst of a heat wave so we kept the apt. shuttered because it was so hot. There is air conditioning, but it is a 3rd floor older building and the a/c was struggling to keep the place cool.

Beautifully renovated apartment, comfortable, clean and in a great location.

We were met by the charming owner, Clara, at a pre-arranged time. Clara handed us the keys and showed us the apartment, went over everything and even gave us a recommendation for dinner. The location was super - a 1 min walk from the main entry. The apartment was sparkling clean, with a full kitchen, a lovely terrace, large bathroom and a very comfortable bedroom. This was a perfect, quiet location for the two of us, and though we only stayed one night, it would be great for a longer stay as well.

Unforgettable visit to San Gimignano

You will not find a better location and comfortable apartment than this in the most beautiful village in Italy. The host Clara gave us just the most amazing welcome and the room is spacious with a very comfortable bed. We were there in February and had the whole medieval village to ourselves (it felt like it😁). This will be an unforgettable stay in Casa Irene and hope we can return one day.

Not a criticism at all but the shower is very small for bigger guys like me 🤣

Great location, just 3-5min walk from the gate and medival part of the town, very helpful and friendly owner, cozy and clean spaces in historical building. The appartment is fully equipped even for longer stay, easy acces by car or by walking

Excellent place, worth returning when the r time in the town

Excellent place to stay even at cold winter time! Warm place with everything you may need. All is available. Very convenient location just outside of one of the gates of Old Town. Great host.

Very small thing to improve, but electric kettle is faulty and needs replacement. Without that you have to hold switch on button until water boils. if you don’t - it gets switched off far earlier then water boils. Also my wife offers putting a four of a boar on the floor in the living room to make it even more cozy :)

Everything was perfect. Clara greeted us with open arms and was wonderful to deal with. Excellent access to Old town......2 mins walk Max. Great car park just outside the residence. Beautiful apartment with everything you could need. Outside terrace as well but too cold to use in December. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money. Thank you Clara.

great place! I definitely recommend it!

Clara is very friendly and willing to help! and she is always available for help. We were well welcomed at our arrival. the apartment is located at a great location, close to restaurants, walking street of the old city and shops, and it is clean and well organized, with free parking.

the shower space is very small. and there is no pothook at the lobby or bathroom.

Perfect location to explore this stunning little town

Beautiful property, very close to town. Free and easy parking outside the accommodation. We were met by our very friendly and helpful owner (Clara) who explained everything to us. Great facilities and super clean.

The roof terrace with comfy seats and BBQ. Large apartment with large bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great location very short walk into the centre of San Giminano. We had a perfect few days holiday.

Casa Irene is placed at a perfect location, very easy to get to the old city, only few minutes away from the main square, nice little shops, cozy bars and restaurants. Clara’s place is lovely, very clean and has absolutely everything you need. Clara was very kind and helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it. 🤩

Beautiful, large flat nearby to town centre - would definitely recommend

Very friendly host who checked us in. Large comfortable flat with a lovely balcony too. Nice coffee machine with coffee :)

The sheet was a bit small for the bed - just a small thing!

Great Stay

The Location was great. We were steps from the main tourist attractions and the views were amazing. Had a great time and wished we stayed more than one night. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable.

We wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor patio.
