Beautiful apartment in Ljubljana with free parking!

Well appointed apartment with lots of space and all the amenities Nice parking space right in front of the apartment Ease of check in procedure Easy and responsive communication with host Laundry facilities with detergent provided

No air conditioning - host needs to provide a couple of fans, not just one, for summer time guests as the apartment gets quite hot, even with windows open. No microwave - in an apartment this size and at this price range, guests would benefit from the convenience of a microwave. Cleaning person barged into our room on day of checkout :(

Don’t go. There’s no hot shower.

Clean and comfortable

There was barely no hot water on the shower and when communicating with the representative of the apartment, I didn’t feel respected. He/She didn’t even try to check on the problem, just said it never happened before and that someone would go there after I left.

Nice apartment at the park with privat parking spot.

Very clean and well maintained apartment in a good location next to the park. A big plus for us was that you could park your free and safely.

Couch is a bit uncomfortable and it was hard to find at first. Although it is meant well I prefer less messages from the automated system the host used. I was getting a lot of them and very lengthy.

It was very nice.

It was very neat and clean. Free Parking was available. The Host was quick to respond to queries. It was well equipped.

There was no microwave in the Kitchen.

Superb

The apartment was modern and clean, it is directly across a big park for walking, riding or picnicking. It is a 10-15min walk to the city centre. I would stay here again next time!

The only thing was parking - we thought we could park in the inner square, on the number correlating with the apartment, but we received a notice on our window when we left that it was not the parking.

Disappointing

Property had free parking. Free WiFi. Property was clean (apart from the glass found on the sofa)

Room was very small for a family of 4. No air conditioning - it was 35 degrees outside and just a single fan provided. I do think having 4 people in the room didn't help with the heat situation. Beds not made upon arrival, linen in cupboard. Folder of information was useful. In the folder it stated that tea and coffee would be included. Two coffee pods and an opened box (box was actually wet) with two green tea bags inside (one looked like it had been used) had been left on the side. When opening up the sofa bed we noticed broken glass on the sofa. Unfortunately, while in Slovenia my bank card was subject to fraud. I hadn't realised that the tourist tax I transferred to the owner hadn't gone through. I received messages almost daily after my stay requesting the tax even though I explained that the bank were processing the payment once the fraud had been investigated. These messages were sent to my mobile phone (sometimes very early in the morning) rather than through booking, which I found to be very unprofessional.

Clean and tidy and well organised! Love the apartment!

You had to wait a little while for the boiler to heat up the water to use the shower, so turn it on as soon as you arrive!

Very good

It was a nice apartment with a decent comfortable sofa bed. The place was about 15 mins walk from the train station and the old town and very close to the lovely big park. There’s a really nice brewery nearby which does lovely beer and snacks. There was a nice guide to local places and the host was really quick to respond to any questions. Thumbs up!

When you have the windows open you can hear the noise from the main road. But that is the only small thing and not a big deal - it didn’t impact our stay.

really bad stay

The apartment was a good size and the kitchen was handy

We were unable to find the property, as it was in a courtyard of many different houses. We called the host to ask where it was and how to get in, and she was unbelievably rude - she shouted down the phone at us and told us to figure it out from the email. When we got back in the evening, the door to the courtyard (that was previously open) had been locked. Because the host had been so awful, we were scared to call her to ask how to get back in. We managed to find a way in round the back, but the welcome pack didn't mention that the door would be locked at night. The description of the property wasn't accurate at all. The apartment had pretty much no natural light and was very dark; definitely not 'city views'! It's also on a very busy main road (not the 'quiet location' that was listed). The host said that there were reserved parking bays, but we ended up having to pay to park in the Tivoli car park as other people had parked in the bays. The apartment was 25 minutes walk from the old town, not 15 minutes. We're usually pretty laid back, as long as the hotel is clean, but we couldn't wait to leave this place :(

Exceptional

Very well furnished Apartment, very comfortable and warm. It is new and well insulated. Good space for 2 people. Kitchen worked properly and there were all products for cleaning. Parking In the courtyard was perfect. Near to the centre. You find a book with advices for the stay in the city and other kind things. I will come back if coming to Lubljana .

Clean, modern accommodation with parking space 20 mins walk from the city

Clean modern apartment with washing machine and well-equipped kitchen and easy parking near Tivoli Park and bus stops; the owner brought us a clothes dryer to help with the washing

No air conditioning; quite a hike into the centre of town; noisy road at the back meant we didn't like to open the bedroom/living room windows; owner has several apartments so felt we were just one of a number, not much personal contact eg they didn't show us how to use the washing machine and there was no manual; or where things were stored.
