That there was netflix.
Don’t go here unless it’s an emergency. The sheets were dirty, the walls were dirty. The towels had hair and were stained. The sheets made me itchy. There was no toilet paper and the toilet paper rack was broken?? we had to ask for toilet paper is it not supposed to be in the bathroom already? The location is in the middle in no where fr.

The place was clean. All facilities were as mentioned. The staff was very helpful. They even let us store our luggage for a couple of hours after checking out. I will stay here again when I'm in the city.

The location because no store is really close.

Good location( 15-20 minutes walking to mall center), comfy bed, complementary coffee, clean., access to Netflix, they don't ask you for a deposit like other hotels ,which is definitely a plus! Friendly staff, ATM in the lobby and vending machines that also provide with hygiene products.
We had to wait like 20 minutes to do the check in, because there was nobody at the front desk. We also had to go to the front desk because our card didn't open the room. Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. But these were just minor things that can be fixed and improved. Apart from that, everything was ok. We're definitely staying again!

The women and the man in the evening where the only good parts to my stay here. the only reason I know this is that I had a terrible time there and they placated me and were cheerful given the terrible state of the hotel, the hotel should be pleased to have two workers that at least try to make the experience better. when its honestly not there job, the hotel should be as advertised and it is not.
I booked a king room, when I arrived the security latch was broken in, I went to sleep and put my suitcase in front of the door. luckily I did as that night at 3:30 someone tried to force the door , The latch was then completely broken. "comments from the hotel where" : it must have been housekeeping , in no way was that "housekeeping" .I was completely terrified. the headboard was hanging down, the bed cover was smelly and had burn holes all over it ( I was in a non smoking room) as you enter the hotel there are terrifying security men in hoddies that sit and just stare menacingly .the next night I had no option but to stay in my co-workers room, there was no other choice , I wasn't offered anything else.
The man at the desk in the afternoon, should not be working there, No training would fix his attitude.. I have never been spoken to in such a terrible aggressive disrespectful way, I asked if it would be possible to leave my bags on my last day - he shouted at me and said there are prices extra by the hour ! This also makes me think what types of people are using this hotel.then I spoke to a lovely women in the morning and this was completely not true, its free to leave bags . Then this same man said that they didn't have the id photo of my colleague ..again untrue as he arrived 2 days earlier and they took it. he immediately started shouting at me saying I was in violation of the law and was really agressive. again I was scared. Would I go here again, Never. also bear in mind to visit central NY by taxi , is not 30 mins , its over an hour in the day and also you need to pay a toll price. minimum 70ish dollars each way. this is also something untrue on their webpage and stated in there paperwork in the hotel.

I could tell they recently renovated, and the room looked clean.

Only the working people
The room was dirtiest ever, dust, used condoms etc. they were everywhere. In the middle of the night there was always a noise someone shouts. It is only for hourly rooms for sex. Not suitable for sleeping

We liked the Cleanliness, the size of the room and bathroom. Really appreciated how the parking lot was located at the back and is closed off with only one way in and out. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The hall light in our room wasn't working, reported it at the desk shortly after checking in and was told it would be fixed about 8 pm that night and it never was fixed over our 5 night stay. Also, there was no bathtub mat or anything,
so standing in the shower was a little slippery. Also, it would have been nice to have a chair of some kind in the room.

It has bad reviews but my overall experience was okay
Room whit no windows at all, a smell “like new” or plastic, it’s hard to describe, wasn’t bad but was strong smell

A lot of food spots to walk to up the street and close to event I attended...
Traffic was hell in hot water bcuz it's right at a busy highway and it didn't let up til late evening. No microwave and no iron and board, had to reach hand under tile to flush toilet, small tight parking lot in the back of hotel...

The personnel during the day, and in the evening were very helpful polite. I knew their job, well, including housekeeping, they were exceptional, and the most important part they are very honest.
The bed was comfortable The room was big enough, so as not to feel claustrophobic, the staff was excellent and all the vending machines with different types of treats and drinks were so helpful to us.

Room was not cleaned, towels and sheets never changed during our stay. Room never vacuumed.

This is a short stay hotel(rent by the hour). There’s prostitution rampant there. I felt unsafe. Walls were very thin. Sheets were thin. The hotel is very clean and there is parking. But it’s in a desolate location. Nothing around!
Less prostitutes
