This is an amazing property. The location is perfect. The house is comfortable and spacious. The outdoor seating is wonderful. It’s perfect for a girlfriend weekend or a family vacation. It’s so much more comfortable than hotel rooms. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This house was so clean! We're not clean fanatics but we've stayed in a couple places that were dirty or disgusting; that's why this house made such a good impression. We were just around the corner from the Kitchen Kettle Village which had a lot of fun shops to explore. We went to the Lancaster Hot Air Balloon Festival which we would highly recommend; this house is only 15-20 minutes away from the event. We feel the same way about Miller's smorgasboard. The only thing we would change is - there is no window cover on the side door that you come in through. We give this house & contact person a strong 5 out of 5 stars.

We absolutely loved our stay. The outside is unassuming but when you walk through the door it is a pleasant surprise. Everything is updated beautifully. Very neat and clean and decorated nicely. We felt comfortable and relaxed while there and enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio looking at the beautiful scenery. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable time. We will definitely be back again!!

The house was very clean and beautiful. How ever, why I picked this house was for the recliner, I need to keep my legs up.I checked with management to make sure it reclined before I booked it. They said yes. It did not work, I sat in it and tipped back so much I thought that I was going to tip over. There is no electric fire place. Couch was uncomfortable. Back porch light did not work which made going in early.

We had a great week staying at this house. This was our second stay here. Everything was as described in the write up. The added nightstands were appreciated, however it would be nice to have a door on the one bathroom. We enjoyed watching the rabbit and cat in the backyard. A great view of the hot air balloons as well. We look forward to visiting again.

The house is very conveniently located but no where to turn around so have to back out into a busy street . Kitchen could use more basics , no liquid measuring cup ( bought one And left it ). No foil and parchment paper was empty but box was left . Need to be taller to each cups and stuff on top shelves. No night stands or lamps in bedrooms. Just overhead lights . White carpet and demand to not where shoes . Poor choice of carpet color . No window coverings in living room to create privacy . Master has no door to onsuite bath and light over mirror shines directly in your face if in bed . Getting up at night without turning on a lamp or light is dangerous . Bedrooms are small but perhaps relocating the bed or changing out the light would help . For older folks who have to get up at night it’s not the best situation . We pay for ckeaning but they expect you to strip beds and take the garbage out to the street and bring the can back . Rules seem too rigid for the cost of rental . We would stay there again because of the location .

We loved the convenience of the location of this house being walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village and all the little shops in Intercourse. Tonya was very responsive to any questions we had and the house itself was very clean and comfortable and had what we needed. We also really enjoyed the patio area in the back of the house. There is a lot of traffic that passes by the house but the noise wasn’t too much of a problem - we ran a fan for some white noise at night, but the rest of our family did not and had no trouble sleeping. One other thing to note that came as a little bit of a surprise is that there is no bathroom door to the bathroom in the master bedroom. We figured out a way to deal with this and all was fine. Overall this is a great place to stay and I recommend it.

We enjoyed our time here. Stayed a year ago. The place is a great location. It is clean and stocked with what we needed(could’ve used another roll of paper towels but we managed with one roll). The front bedroom has some road noise especially on weekday mornings but a sound machine in the toddlers room kept him asleep.

Tonya goes above and beyond in cleanliness. Well maintained property overall. It was the perfect size for our family. Beautiful backyard and covered patio. Tonya was a pleasure to work with.

My impression of this property was a very awesome experience! This was actually my first time doing Vrbo and the owner of the home was definitely on point with everything. The place was just as pictured and very clean and neat. I really enjoyed the home because it was a home away from home for us. Also, we all enjoyed seeing and watching the Amish families come by on horse and buggy each and every day. Everything was all nearby like Outlet Malls, restaurants, Walmart, other shopping stores, Amish tours. Hershey Park was only about 45 minutes away but not too bad of a drive. The owner was also very prompt on responding to all questions. The house rules were very self explanatory and easy to follow. Again, my family and I really enjoyed, and hopefully looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Home - 2nd Time Stay
We once again traveled with both sets of parents making it six of us. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our parents love staying here and the proximity to everything is great. Will definitely continue staying here when in PA. Thanks for your hospitality and God bless. ♡

Family fun in Buggy Land
This was a family 4th of July getaway, and this was the place to have it. Our group included our 1 year old grandson, our almost 4-yr old granddaughter and more fun than one would think possible. We visited the Strasburg RR, had Lancaster ice cream, and fed three different groups of wonderfully cute and hungry goats. This house is close to everything and has everything you might need to enjoy a stay in Amish-land. My granddaughter said plaintively "Do we have to go home now.? Cozy and welcoming, this cottage opens up the Amish culture and puts you in the center of the action in a comfortable and homey spot where the kids just don't want the stay to end.

Excellent location and amenities!
We came to the Lancaster area for my son’s basketball tournament at Spooky Nook and to see “David” at the Sight and Sound theater. This house was in a perfect location for both! From the Kitchen Kettle Village right across the street with coffee, smoothies, reasonable breakfast and lunch food, and great shopping to the fruit stand and home decor shops right down the road, everything was convenient. The house itself was immaculate and expertly decorated, equipped with everything we needed to prepare food, do laundry, and relax by the fire pit. The sunset view from the back porch is amazing, and we enjoyed watching the fireflies in the large, flat backyard each night. My teenage son enjoyed the TV in his room, lots of space for to relax, and the basketball hoop in the driveway. We will be back!!!

Perfect location
We had a fabulous time here. The place was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. Newly renovated very modern and it was a perfect location close to everything but yet some what secluded and had a beautiful view and backyard. We came with her 4 kids and had a fabulous time. Had a barbecue every night in the backyard with a beautiful view and plenty of space for the kids to run around. We saw a lot of people riding buggies on the street. Right down the block is a great buggy ride that my kids enjoyed. We also went to Hersheypark which is only 40 minutes away overall we had a fabulous time would definitely come again.

Amazing property!
This property was exactly what we needed for our stay and exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, there were enough kitchen items for daily use and Tonya was super nice and communicative. We have 4 kids and we all easily fit without feeling cramped. The backyard is beautiful and spacious. There is a "warning" about the hot water heater size being an issue, but we used both showers at once and also ran baths for the kids and had no trouble having enough hot water. You are literal steps away from Kitchen Kettle which is very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you so much!
