This townhouse was perfect for our 3 families. The 3 ensuite, king bed, bedrooms gave us all privacy. The kitchen and living area was spacious enough for our family of 10. Beautiful setting with the creek in back. Great Location. Short easy walk to downtown for shopping, coffee, dinner. Short drive to the Red Lodge Mountain for skiing. Hope to be back in the future.

This was a wonderful location for extended family to stay together and visit. Most bedrooms had their own bathrooms so it allowed privacy but still togetherness. Beautiful trees, stream off the back deck. Easy walking distance to town. Would come again!

Lovely location, overlooking the river, and close to downtown. The townhouse is also very spacious, with a nice layout, providing guests with privacy and their own bathrooms. I would have given this a higher rating if it was cleaner and better maintained. There was hair in the drain, a dried-up contact lens on the floor, and the hot tub smelled of mildew. Two of the guests tried the hot tub anyway and both woke up with skin rashes. Several of the deck chairs were broken to the point they were unsafe to sit in, and the inside stairs had not been cleaned/vacuumed. Many of the candles also needed battery replacements and did not work. The garbage from the prior guests was still in the garage. This all unfortunately detracted from what would otherwise have been a really nice place to stay.

Beautiful condo for 4 adult couples - 3 en-suite kings and one hallway windowless queen. The condo faces west and is quite dark during the day but we’ll equipped and the rushing river is windows! Close to town, Yellowstone Park, and hiking. Don’t miss the drive up the Beartooth highway- the most beautiful road in the world.

Excellent house and location. Very quick walk to downtown. House is an excellent size and accommodated our party very nicely. We utilized all four bedrooms and never felt like things were crowded. The three king rooms upstairs are all very spacious and have their own bathrooms. Check in and check out were very easy. Owners were very responsive and accommodating when we had an unexpected change in our plans.

This townhouse was perfect for our group trip to Red Lodge! Kitchen and dining were big enough for all of us. Bedrooms were gorgeous and beds were really comfortable. There were 4 couples and it was nice that we all had our own space. We loved it!!

Beautiful townhome!
Gorgeous townhome just a few blocks away from downtown. The townhouse is designed really cool and decorated perfectly. Beds were comfortable and rooms are extremely spacious. Especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace during such a chilly visit. Everything was wonderful
Only issue is that check in is so late (4:00pm) and checkout is so early(11:00) and the cost with all the hidden charges was very expensive for a 2 nights stay!

Beautiful Home & Fantastic Location
What a gem! This condo is gorgeous and is the perfect location if you want to be super close to town. My family and I rented this to attend a family wedding in Red Lodge and I cannot recommend this property enough. It was clean, beautifully decorated, a breeze to get to and HUGE! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved that almost every room had it own bathroom and king sized beds. The hot tub was great and the kitchen/dining area are perfect for hanging out, cooking and playing games. Well worth our money!

Loved the location and townhouse.
Our kids arrived an hour before us and called to say they wanted to move in for good. The townhouse is large and roomy for us 5 adults and one infant. Four bathrooms was a major plus along with extra blankets, towels and kitchen items. I read one review that said they didn’t have a whisk, so my husband and I added one to the kitchen. We also read reviews that the floors squeak to much, and yes they do but that is my only complaint about this whole place. We were out of a couple things and after I called they arrived within an hour. We slept with the windows open and fell asleep to the sound of the river.
The layout is as such, 3 king size bedrooms with on suites up stairs and a queen bedroom downstairs with a hall bath. That room is right off the kitchen with little windows at the top so the kitchen lights do shine in there.
So glad we rented this for the week. Amazing place, cute little town.
PS- make sure you go to the pig races in Bearcreek. Hilarious!

Very nice property. Impressed with separate bathrooms for every bedroom. Next to new and nicely decorated. Beautiful front row view of mountain brook. Minor annoyances such as empty propane tank for gas grill, cable/interent not working, some light bulbs and door stops missing. Not clear if there is a local managing agent.

Ski weekend
Very lovely place, it needed some good cleaning and somethings were broke. But other than that our family loved our stay. It’s very close to town within walking distance which is awesome and the creek is a plus with the view of the mountains!

We had 7 adults and 2 children on this family weekend. The home is in a great location and check in is easy. Wish early check in (1.5 hours early) would have been available as I reached out to the local contact to start but was not provided, but my review scoring doesn't reflect that. Check out was easy too.Kitchen: Nice big kitchen with decent appliances. Wish there could have been a few more supplies available. Fridge was quite slow in making ice, so had to go buy some. Living Room/Dining Room: Living room had good seating with nice size TV. TV appears to be going out as there are vertical lines in the screen. Dining room had good size table. A few light bulbs out in the kitchen/living/dining room. Hot tub: Arrived and tub was at 65 degrees and about 1/2 full. Was able to google how to heat the tub, but had to wait a day to get into it. When people got in the tub, being the tub was 1/2 full, it felt a bit weird. A lot of ants crawling on the hot tub and entering the water. Hot tub top is broken and is difficult to take off and put back on.Bedrooms: 3 out of the 4 bed sheets were stained/dirty when we went to bed the first night. I attempted to contact the local contact around 11pm, but didn't hear back until the next morning so we ended up sleeping on towels so we didn't have to sleep on the stains. Cleaners showed up the next day and replaced all of the bed sheets and I was given ≈7% refund. Two of the couples mentioned they had issues getting the TVs to work - but it very well could have been user error. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were nice in size. It would have been nice to have amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. Only body wash in the showers and hand soap at the sinks were provided, so had to go to store to buy some. There were no garbage cans in the bathrooms, so you would have to bring the trash downstairs to the kitchen. Asked the cleaning company for a few more towels, which they provided. Other: Very squeaky floors and doors upstairs. People who are sleeping were often woke up by someone walking in the hallway. Front door would not close 50% of the time as the handle/lock would get stuck inside the door. Back deck door was difficult to open and close as well.Conclusion: I rated this as an "average" stay as I wouldn't consider it to be "good" or "excellent". I would be willing to stay here again, but improvements would likely have to be made.

Ski Weekend
Good location near town. Bedrooms upstairs are nice, each with its own bath, but the bedroom downstairs is right by the kitchen so it would be noisy if not the last to bed and first to wake. The kitchen is not stocked with good pots and pans so cooking for a family is challenging and one must really bring everything you need, such as condiments, etc. Hot tub was a big hit.

Beautiful Condo on Rock Creek
This condo was perfect for our annual Christmas Stroll weekend. Accommodated our large group wonderfully. The 3 king suites were perfect for couples and I love that every room has its own bathroom! The space was clean, large, and comfortable. The large dining table allowed for us all to dine together and gather for games and such. The hot tub was a great amenity for the colder temps, although it was only 70 degrees upon arrival and took until the first night get to temp. We had to Google instructions on how to operate the hot tub, so some written instructions would be handy. There were a plethora of clean towels available, which I really appreciated, plenty for everyone. The kitchen had all the basic necessities, my only request would be for a whisk. I do wish the house had been decorated for the holidays, with at least a Christmas tree, since we celebrated our Christmas together whilst there. Communication could have been more timely, as it took two attempts to email the owner to get a response. Otherwise, they were very accommodating with early check-in and late check-out, which was much appreciated in herding our large group! Thanks for the lovely home, where great memories were made. Would highly recommend and will stay here again, if it’s available.

Amazing Fall/Winter Retreat
Everything about our stay was incredible - we will definitely be back! Loved the decor and ambiance. This is the perfect place to stay if you have a few couples traveling since there are 3 masters on the top floor and the bedroom on the main floor has a bathroom right next to it. Plenty of room to spread out and each bedroom has a television. All three of the bedrooms on the top floor also have walkout balconies. Falling asleep listening to the river at night was so relaxing and the hot tub was perfect after hiking in the cold each day! We traveled with two dogs and they were much more comfortable here than they are when we stay in hotels - more room to spread out and no anxiety with hallway noise. The place was virtually soundproof - we couldn't hear people next door and we couldn't hear outside noise (also perfect for dogs). The property owner was also super responsive, kind, and helpful - as were the maintenance and management crew! We've stayed at many places around the Red Lodge area and this is by far our favorite so far!

This is a lovely townhome right on an active creek. The back porch with the rush of the water is a heavenly experience. .
Everything was perfect. Home was exceptionally clean and ready for us. Kitchen was well equipped and met our needs without exception.
I would highly recommend especially for couples or individuals traveling to the area.

Lovely property with a few shortcomings
The property is beautiful and the location is great in that it is walking distance to downtown. Plenty of room for ten people. We had six adults, four children ranging in age from five to thirteen. Just a few comments:
1. Not enough towels. There were eleven bath towels in the house. When we wanted to use the spa, we had to use our shower towels to dry off. Using the towels for showers after that was not fine.
2. The hand soap and body wash provided in the bathrooms were topped off with water.
3. The kitchen could use some additional cups and utensils. The spice cabinet was great, but the pans and utensils were not in good condition. The coffee pot had a leak which we discovered all over the floor in the morning after prepping coffee the night before. Yikes!
4. The spa topper blocks the view to the creek when open. We noticed all of the other spas around us opened to the side. First world problem, but would be nice to see the creek!
Overall we were happy and would likely stay here again. For the price, it would be nice to see some of the above comments addressed.
