My group of 4 adults stayed in Marni's unit and the stay was excellent! Marni was extraordinarily quick to respond to requests and questions while we were staying in the unit, and even before we arrived; providing restaurant recommendations and very detailed instructions for accessing the unit and storage for bikes etc. The amenities in the unit are all very comfortable, including access to a washer and dryer and full kitchen, and the check-out instructions were easy and super reasonable! We're hoping to stay here again next time we come to Whistler :)

The property, location and communication from owner were excellent. The only note worthy consideration I would add would be there's no air conditioning and all bedrooms are on the top floor. It was 82 degrees the day we arrived and very difficult to cool the upper floor after multiple days of having the slider door open. We enjoyed our stay and the property was as described.

It was very well relocated for access to shops and restaurants. A few too many stairs, if you are seniors or have health problems. Other than that, very nice.

Beautiful place, very comfortable for our family of 6 adults. Everything is very clean, well maintained and works flawlessly. The hot tub is wonderful! The host is super responsive and helpful. We stay in VRBO's all the time and this is one of the best experiences we've had. Thank you!

The condo was in a great location! My friends and I were staying here for a long weekend, and it was terrific! Clean, and had everything we needed. The grocery store and restaurants in the village were only but a short walk away. A quiet getaway after a long day!

This property is located for easy access to all of Whistler Village. It was clean, well-equipped, and communication with the owner was very good. Marni offered to help us with reservations and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. I recommend and would book again.

Loved the location. Easy walk to all parts of the village. Property is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was upstairs on a private deck off the main bedroom. We had a great stay.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - this was an all around excellent experience. Communication with Marni was perfect, and honestly there's very little I'd change.
It's about a 10 minute walk in ski boots to the Gondola, and about 4 minutes from the main bus transit terminal (busses from YVR).
Our group wasn't super impressed with the mattresses, but it was not at all a dealbreaker, and we've all certainly slept on worse.
Overall, 4.9/5. Would absolutely stay again, and would not hesitate to recommend this unit or this host to anyone. Great location, great unit, great everything - we had a lovely experience.

Marni is a great host. She responds quickly to messages and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The Pilot light went out for the gas fireplace and she sent a maintenance person to take care of it for us within just a few hours of notifying her. The condo is well stocked and as advertised. Beds a comfy and the hot tub is a great bonus at the end of a big day of skiing. Thanks Marni… looking forward to coming back soon!! Happy New Year

This condo was a very short walk to restaurants, shops and trails. The hot tub was a nice treat after a long day. The unit was stocked with everything we needed and it was great to have underground parking.. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks Marni!

My friends and I had a fabulous time at this condo, the location is perfect, away from the noise of the village but within 2 minute walk to village stroll, grocery market, liquor store and many great restaurants. Checking in and out was a breeze, the condo was clean and the layout was perfect for 5 friends. The pilot light was out on the fireplace when we arrived and Marni had maintenance come by very quickly to light it for us. Thanks Marni

I have vacationed in Whistler numerous times over the years with my family. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids . We love Whistler for its beauty, great restaurants and outdoor adventures, not for the drinking , partying or nightlife. We have a perfect rental record. The positive- This property location is good, the host was initially punctual in responding and the unit was clean. That is where the positive experience ends. The major problem with this unit is actually the disgruntled and very nosey unit owner who lives below. If you choose the location for its outdoor amenities like the balconies and hot tub please go some elsewhere. The “strata rules” for use are posted with one set of rules and then different rules in other documents. ..forget your early morning coffee on the balcony if you plan on talking to anyone or using the hot tub after a day of slopes or trails unless it’s before 10pm even if you are silent!. The unit below will repeatedly bang on your floor and police your every move. While my husband and I were quietly talking On our balcony( yes it was 11pm) a person began shining flashlights up into our unit. Let me repeat no music, no partying …..quiet planning for the next day . then My 16 year old was startled when someone banged on the door which is 2 floors down . She was immediately yelled at by an Unidentified ( no ID, uniform etc) male who threatened to evict her for a noise complaint and told her she was being fined $500 and if we didn’t stop it would $1000. “Security “ did not ask To speak with an adult and took off before we could respond. We NEVER saw any realSecurity onsite all Week! The host was immediately contacted and she responded by saying she had no control and was unhelpful. We were charged $500.
Also be prepared to bring your own/ purchase toilet paper and toiletries as the owner advertises it’s provided but actually provides “starter” kits of 3 roles of TP, limited towels and hotel sized shampoo but without the hotel service
Look somewhere else because this unit has major issues with its neighbours who own/live in their units and are clearly unhappy about Renters…:this becomes your problem instead of the The owners.
………go somewhere that you are NOT treated like naughty kids on a school trip.

Fantastic place to stay for our visit in Whistler with our 3 adult children. Close to the village and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was great to communicate with, check in/check out instructions were very easy to follow. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Whistler!

I highly recommend Marni's place. It is exactly as described. Marni was very responsive and helpful throughout from booking, to help with the door, to check out. Her place is in a great location being across the street from the village stroll, and the grocery store. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of well thought out touches like a welcome binder, mats at the front door to leave dirty/dusty shoes, labeled light switches, and a well-equipped kitchen including plastic glasses for the hot tub. Beautiful and scenic location, yet only a 3 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the Olympic Plaza. Super convenient for groceries and liquor. Marni was a wonderful host and was very attentive. The kitchen was well appointed, and the condo was very clean and efficient. The hot tub was just what my legs needed after a great day of skiing. Though the lifts were walkable, the free No4 bus was right outside the complex, which saved us from walking with our ski boots on (never fun). The bus comes every 10 minutes, and you’re at the lift within 2-3 minutes. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience at this property. Clean, walkable to main village, responsive owner, and solid hot tub. Not a huge place, but was perfect for 5 friends for a ski weekend. Ample, bathrooms and beds. Hot tub was fabulous. Only possible snag is its off the master bedroom. But with friends, wasn't a problem at all. Would definitely stay again here.

We stayed in this condo during winter break. This is a cute little townhouse in a wonderful location. It was a ten minute walk to the lifts and across the street from the grocery store. The townhouse had everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchen, two and a half baths, comfy beds, private laundry and a brand new hot tub. We also really liked the mud room area at the front door which was great for leaving coats and storing/drying ski boots. The unit was clean and well-maintained. Marni, the owner, was prompt and very helpful in all of our correspondence, providing me with information on both the home and the general area. She was a pleasure to work with!!

This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review and it was the rapid and helpful responses from the owner, Marni, that prompted me. Other reviews have already described the excellent shopping and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk. The main gondolas are less than 15 min walk and the bus stops across the street if you are too tired to walk back from the slopes,The condo had everything we needed and the new hot tub was great to ease the aches.
Marni responded to all our inquiries quickly before we chose the unit and then gave very thorough instructions to find the condo and get in via the lock box. She checked if we needed any help with reservations a week before we arrived and even alerted us to a temporary road closure on the sea to sky highway as we were driving from the airport.We had one issue when the complex power voltage was reduced around 11pm one evening and she called back within 10 min at that late hour.What excellent service.

We had a great trip to Whistler over American Thanksgiving (4 adults, 3 kids).
We enjoyed the property:
1) The property is VERY convenient to shopping and the shuttle.
2) Getting to/from the parking garage to the property was easy
3) The interior of the property is nice, with some good recent updates (e.g. carpet)
4) The property is very quiet; no problems with our kids being able to sleep
5) Having 3 bathrooms was great
6) It was affordable for our 2 familes
There were a few minor problems with the property:
1) The hot water heater is small so we had space out our showers over the course of the day
2) The bedroom door for the twin bedroom room wouldn't close unless we pushed one of the beds at an angle
3) There wasn't an extra hdmi cable for the DVR so we had to switch the cables around
The property could also use some storage space like hooks in the bathrooms and handing ledges to place items.
The landing area where you change in / out of skiing equipment is pretty cozy.

This is a great little condo in an excellent location in Whistler - really close to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails but far enough to be quiet at night when you want to sleep. Marni was great to deal with and responded to inquiries quickly. The property has everything you need. Our only complaint would be that it took quite a while after our stay to get our damage deposit back. Also it would be good to have a bit of a map of the condo complex itself as we arrived at nighttime, and it was a little tricky to try to find. Otherwise a very positive experience.

Amazing, beautiful condo in a convenient location - located only a couple minutes walk from the Olympic Plaza and the shopping of Whistler Village including a grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, and much more. Marni was quick to respond and was available to answer any questions we had both before and during our stay.
Having the comforts of home, being able to cook our own meals, and do laundry made our entire stay so wonderful. Whistler in the Summer is just as great as it is in the Winter!
The townhouse was super comfortable for a group of 6 of us! Would highly recommend, and will likely stay here again.

In my seven years of going to Whistler, I haven't written a review about accommodations...until now. Some friends and I stayed here for our annual Whistler mountain bike trip, and it was great! The location was perfect; close enough to the village for convenience and all the village "action" - without being right on top of it...walking distance from the chairlifts, our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. The property had everything we needed, including plenty of space, washer/dryer, a great kitchen and private parking. The master bed was extremely comfortable, and the place was very clean. Marni, the owner was such a pleasure to work with! She was incredibly responsive and flexible with our travel arrangements. She went out of her way to make sure our experience was positive. She dropped off extra fans knowing the weather would be hot, and provided extra beach towels when I mentioned I might spend time at the beach due to an injury. She also e-mailed restaurant recommendations ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again, and my only hesitation in recommending this place is that I want to keep it for myself!

A few friends from out of town came to Vancouver for a visit, so a group of us went to Whistler for a long weekend. We were fortunate enough to book this beautiful townhouse! We were all able to stay together in this very spacious place with multiple bathrooms, which made for a much more enjoyable time than we would have had staying in a hotel. The townhouse has a large kitchen equipped with everything we needed to make a few meals, and a large dining area and living room area that we were all able to spend time together in. The bedrooms were also lovely, and somehow stayed quite cool despite the fact that it was an extremely hot weekend (we were extremely happy about this!) It was also excellent that we were able to use the washer and dryer while we were there. It was a bit dusty in Whistler because it's quite dry up there right now, and it was so nice to be able to not have dusty clothes sitting around in our suit cases.
The townhouse is in an ideal location -- it is an extremely short walk from the IGA marketplace and countless excellent restaurants. It is also a very short walk to additional free parking located just outside the village.
Marni was a pleasure to deal with, and was quick to respond to every message we sent or call we made. I would highly recommend staying here to others, and we hopefully will stay here again sometime soon!
