About this apartment rental
'Il giardino degli Ulivi' is located in Donnalucata, a small fishing village directly on the Mediterranean coast, in the province of Ragusa, not far from the interesting baroque town of Scicli, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The coast is mainly characterized by numerous long and large sandy beaches. These are ideal for children, as the water depth slowly increases.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached two-family house in a small Wingert (3400 sqm). On one half are the vines and on the other the house, the garden with a large lawn and fruit trees, the pool (5x12m, depth: 1.10m to 2.20m) and a parking space (electric entrance gate) for two cars . The pool is a saltwater pool and it's heated. The upper floor is occupied by the owners (couple). These have their own entrance to ensure your privacy. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with lots of love, taste and every comfort. There are 3 bedrooms (3x double bed, 1x with an additional single bed), kitchen and living/dining room with views and direct access to the pool, two shower rooms and 1 outdoor pool shower with hot water. Outside there are enough loungers and seating and a dining table on the private (visible) covered veranda. The house consists of only two units, of which only 1 (ground floor) is rented.
The property is located in a cul-de-sac just 100 m from the beautiful, large sandy beach. The beaches are maintained and kept clean all year round and are perfect for jogging, walking, windsurfing and of course swimming. With the mild temperatures, this is possible almost all year round.
The pool is mainly operated with sea salt and large amounts of chlorine can therefore be dispensed with. This naturally disinfects the water.
Donnalucata is very strategically located because day trips can easily be made from Taormina to the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, among others. In between there are countless sights, nature reserves, cities and sites that have been declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. 'Il Giardino degli Ulivi' is the right place to experience a carefree and unforgettable holiday in Sicily.
