House was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

We had the best time at this house. My kids and I loved the big bathtub. We saw elk, deer, and wild horses from the porch. It was very close to town and the golf course. We were so sad to leave. It was very spacious and beautiful. I’m so grateful for the memories made.

The property was pretty, comfortable, well located, easy accesses, many amenities, kitchen well equipped, heater and water heater very efficient, excellent furniture, and beds.
Just one think that bothered us, there is that he property has an infestation of flies (even it was winter, with snow falling outside).

My daughter got married at her in-laws ranch in the area. This property was large enough with sufficient bathrooms to accommodate our entire family for the wedding. The property lived up to the beautiful pictures posted for this listing. It is as nice as it looks in the photos!

Excellent property and comfortable stay
We have rented this property in the past when a large group of out of town friends come to visit. They found it clean and comfortable. We especially appreciate the large dining room table! (The main reason we choose this place.) The new living room furniture was a nice surprise. We also appreciated the use of the outdoor picnic table and BBQ grill. Hopefully the property owner will continue to offer this excellent house for rent in the future.

Great location, Big living room
Went here with myself and 3 other adults and 3 kids under 3. Love that there was a baby gate! Plenty of utensil in the kitchen to cook with. Lots of towels too! We loved the fireplace and big living area. The house is pretty outdated, but very homey and had everything we needed. Great location. We had a blast!

My friends and I had a great time in this home. It was beautiful inside & out. We were close to town but felt like we were in the middle of the forest. Great stay. Only thing is it was a bit warm and no a/c.

Beautiful home
The home is beautiful. The only complaint would be the amount of bugs inside the home. The oven did not work, and the check in and out times are different from Whats listed on the booking. Master bedroom bed is hard. Overall everything we needed was here, and the home is beautiful. Love there is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs .

We loved this house! It had everything we needed to enjoy a getaway to Cloudcroft!
Check in was a breeze! The house is spacious and the layout makes it perfect for a family or group. We enjoyed the board games and cozy couches in our down time. The property manager is also incredibly friendly and hospitable. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Place to stay
Beautiful property, very clean, spacious. Didn't need to contact anyone regarding any issues. Only minor issues... master bed is hard, and needed more wash clothes in the down stairs main bathroom. I highly recommend this property for anyone who has a larger group.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and spacious cabin during the Christmas holidays. The managers were responsive to any questions, and we had everything we needed in the cabin. We would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Motorcycle Trip
My buddies and I enjoyed the house. There were three of us and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was a great place to hang out after riding our motorcycles in the mountains all day. The house is in great shape and was perfect for us.

Family Vacation
This is a lovely house and fit our needs to a T. This was centrally located and was a very nice house. Although the house was mostly clean, it was in need of some tender love and attention for more thorough cleaning (ie the kitchen cabinets needed to to cleaned).
Overall it was a very nice stay.

White Christmas in the Mountains!
First Christmas trip with family - 4 adults and 4 kids - and we had fantastic time! First the house: easy check in, heated to welcome us, plenty of rooms/beds, big kitchen. After we figured out the oven, we were able to cook a fantastic Christmas lunch. When you stay, be sure to use the ample firewood provided to make every evening cozy. The entire house is a little dated, but in some ways that adds to the charm. Plenty of things for you to use: sleds, cooking seasonings, pantry goods (it looks like whoever stays just leaves items behind, so we paid it forward and left some items, too). Cloudcroft: beautiful town in the mountains, not a lot of shopping options (we ended up going to Alamogordo to stock up). We went ice skating at the local rink and sledded at Upper Karr Recreational Park. We took a short trip to White Sands, always beautiful. Highly recommend!

Sweet cabin getaway
We shared a memorable weekend in Cloudcroft with my 83 year old mom and my brother's family, and the cabin was clean, well-equipped, and a comfortable space for us. We all wished for more outside seating (patio or balcony or deck) as the weather was so perfect in October. We walked to The Lodge and enjoyed Alamogordo, Ruidoso, and White Sands. We hope to return next year. Thank you.

Spacious and peaceful
The house was spacious and conveniently located. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. Even though it is located around lots of homes, it was very peaceful and private.

We love this house! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a beautiful property. We saw an elk outside our window one morning! We would definitely rent this property again!

Excellent Property - A little warm in the summer
The property was perfectly maintained, everything worked great. The neighbors were very sweet. The cabins are quite close to each other - not much of a view - but the location was very convenient for visiting The Lodge and other Cloudcroft activities.
Our only issue was gettting the upstairs bedroom cooled. No AC meant that we had to get all the fans going and windows open and it still was 1am before the room was comfortable.
Easy to do business with and overall happy with our stay. Would definitely rent again - especially in winter :)
