Caleton 8 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located at Punta Espada golf course, overlooking hole 10/17 and the ocean.
Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies. The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean's finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. THE SPACE:
Caleton 8 is a stunning 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 7,500 sq. ft., 2-story villa located at Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean) with great views of holes 10, 17, and the Caribbean Sea!
The style of the villa is very tropical with beautiful woodwork, a traditional, Dominican “Cana” palm leaf roof, and high ceilings.
The indoor living area, dining area, and kitchen is one open floorplan with open sides that allow the warm wind to flow freely and abundantly through the house! Please note that there are no walls or air-conditioning in this part of the house. Ceiling fans and the palm-leaf roof keeps this space cool throughout the day and night. There are screens (weather curtains) that can be rolled down in case it rains. There are several cozy sitting areas for you to enjoy and a dining table that seats 10 people comfortably.
The modern kitchen, complete with an island, provides ample workspace and all the necessary equipment for preparing delicious meals during your stay. However, there's no need to worry about cooking, as a private chef is included in the rental (groceries not included).
Step outside to the amazing pool area, which has a large swimming pool & Jacuzzi and an expansive pool deck with sunloungers and outdoor furniture. Enjoy the view of the golf course and the ocean from here! The outdoor palapa (an open-sided deck with a roof) has a dining table, and is a great place to enjoy lunch and afternoon snacks by the pool.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The home is gorgeous, the food was delicious and everyone was extremely nice. Laundry was done everyday for us which was amazing. As a mom, I really felt pampered and was really able to relax. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were incredible. We will most definitely return for another stay!

Everything about this property was amazing. Alix was great with check-in and ensuring everything was going well. Carlos wouldn't let us lift a finger and made sure we were well-fed and ready with drinks. Calderon's food was perfect. Breakfast was always a treat and dinners were special and authentic (some of the best ribs I've ever had). The open-air living spaces are great to hang out in, and the rooms are immaculately clean and very cold (if that's what you want). Having access to the Eden Roc beach club via a short golf cart ride (included x2) was a treat and helped make this the perfect vacation. I'd highly recommend this property. We can't wait to return.

That's how I can start this review from the beginning to the last minute the staff was the most amazing part of my vacation thks to Calderon Carlos,franklin,Angela and Alix to make my family vacation so especial...the location is stunning the villa fantastic,the weather amazing, the security great.

Cabelton 8 villa was like being at our own private resort. As nice as the accommodations were, the best part of our experience was the staff and how great they are at their jobs. Amazing food that was cooked and spiced perfectly. Keeling was our butler, and was so nice and fun to be around. Alix coordinated everything we wanted to do and again, was just extremely competent and friendly. One additional note - Our cousins from Brazil stayed locally at another hotel for a couple of days after we left. They are very inexperienced travelers and had issues with their travel documents when trying to return home. They reached out to us for help but there was little we could do - so we reached out to Alix. He got involved and was able to get everything they needed to be able to return home. I think that says everything about the kind of people that work for this villa.

I can actually say we miss the friendly staff that attended us during our stay. Alix, Kelin and the chef, Rogelio are the best. The villa is impecable and we are definitely going back. Thanks for a great time.

From beginning to end this was an amazing stay. Spotless, well kept up, excellent Wi-Fi which is important to me to handle work issues while on vacation. Maids were there on time and throughout the day to keep towels, sheets, etc fresh and supplied. The staff in the kitchen was amazing, the food was prepared to order at breakfast lunch and dinner. You don't have to do a thing, just let them know what you want. If you have a certain liquor you like, they will find it. Location is the best in the resort in my opinion, on the golf course and an easy walk to the clubhouse. You are supplied a large golf cart to get around the property. Eden Roc resort is a short walk as well, which you have access to. There's not anything I would have changed about the stay.
Be sure though to bring CASH (you have a safe in your room). There are almost no ATM's anywhere nearby and you will not be able to get much out of them. The staff is tipped in cash at the end of the stay.

Amazing Villa and Staff!
Caleton Villa #8 is pure luxury. The main living area is all open, amazing views and breeze. The view from the pool is remarkable. The house staff and chef made sure everything was perfect at all times. The villa's 4 bedrooms were perfect for us (4 couples), but the villa would be great for families with kids also. Highly recommend everything about this trip and this villa!

We loved every minute at Cap Cana Stunner. The setting is magical: right on the Punta Espada Golf Course with the ocean just on the other side. The home is lovely, lots of beautiful spaces with an island vibe. The owner and staff were extremely attentive to our needs and make our stay even more luxurious. There was never any need to leave the home for anything, but there are many activities with the resort of Cap Cana - Eden Rock Hotel, Equestrian facilities, beach club, 2 restaurants, tennis courts, work out facility, etc etc.
