The location was right across the street from the beach. The beach gear was there when we arrived. The place was nice and looked just like the pics. Awesome weather and a cool city to relax. We both really enjoyed!

The location to the Beach, shopping and restaurants was so convenient! The Property Management Group was also very attentive. We had no issues to report to the Property Management, but they were very good at staying in touch and making sure we were enjoying our stay. We are planning to go back!

We stayed 4 nights and it could not have been more wonderful. The condo was perfect for us, just steps from a quiet beach, and a short walk to town. We will be booking this unit again.

Great location & excellent price! If you have kids you might want to stay on 1st floor instead of 2nd because the floors make noise & people below you can hear. Other than that it was excellent! We loved the balcony!

We loved the ease of staying in this property. There were detailed instructions given that we really appreciated. It was exactly what we expected. We certainly would stay with this company again.

This place has all the beautiful decor and comfy feeling to stay right next to the beach. However we had issues with the smell of the building and the condo. The musty mildew smell was so horrible that we left after the first night. It was unacceptable for a family and infant to stay at. The doors are all rusted and painted over so that you don’t notice. The air vents are not clean or look like they’ve never been clean. I understand this is Georgia and there is humidity - we live in Georgia and took a close vacation with our infant. However this place is clearly not cared for as it seems this smell must be from some type of building damage from water or something else. The property manager was actually there when we were packing up and asked why we we’re leaving. We simply said it wasn’t what we expected. She just shrugged and ignored us for the remainder of us packing up. Later the manager reached out. I told him our response just as I’ve typed here. And NO RESPONSE!! This is a rental company on the island that uses vrbo for advertising. And I will NEVER rent with this company. Of course you sign agreements on Vrbo and their company. So I figured there would be no refund. But to not reply is a horrible look for your business and clearly shows you don’t care about your clients. Just the money.

We stayed for 28 days, and we got to know the condo like our home iin that amount of time.
Our initial impression of the condo upon walking in was that it was bright, clean and lovely. The location was absolutely perfect for us. It was a very short walk to the Pier, all of the downtown shops, churches, restaurants and the ocean. We even joined the locals in decorating the downtown area with Christmas lights the first Saturday we were there, and attended a Christmas Eve service at the First Baptist Church.
Robin, whom we dealt with for most problems, was fantastic. She always responded quickly, helping us figure out how to work the TV, fixing the carbon monoxide monitor that went off in the middle of the night (we lost a lot of sleep that night, but Robin was there first thing the next morning), repairing the door lock that quit working, delivering cleaning supplies and a mop and bringing a plumber when a plastic bolt broke and fell out of the main bathroom sink. Every problem was handled quickly and efficiently, communication was easy and fast.
We had an altercation with the host, about a plumbing problem in the main bathroom. I will not go into details except to say we lost the use of the main bathroom sink for 9 days (30% of our rental time), therefore we felt a discount was in order because of the inconvenience. He strongly disagreed, and said we were trying to take advantage of him. We think we were the ones at a disadvantage and had not received what we had paid for.
Here are things in our opinion, that need to be addressed at the condo. Our initial impression upon getting squared away, changed. The comforter in the master bedroom was dirty and had a really bad stain on it, and we had to immediately wash it. There was mold in both bathrooms and a sewage smell coming from the bathtub drain. We kept the drain covered the whole time. There was accumulated dust on the ceiling fans, the living area curtains were dirty, the rug under the dining room table was badly stained, the return air vents in the hall and ceiling need to be cleaned and repainted, there should be a light in the stairwell in the daytime, as the steps are hard to see. Also, the parking lot is dim, and the chocks are easy to trip over in the dark. There was peeling paint in the 2nd BR window, as well as closet ceiling was peeling off. The back deck & furniture were so dirty, they were unusable.

The closeness to the beach is what will keep me coming back this location.
The building is older & has a musty smell to it, but it's worth it to be that close.
Friendly neighbors ,the beach is privately accessed by only the guests or people living in the surrounding buildings ,which aren't many so it's not a crowded beach at all .The cleaning crew is very quiet when cleaning other rooms ,which was very respected .
Quiet neighborhood ,no parties ,loud vehicles ,music ,tvs ,or people all hours of the night .
Definitely recommend & will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very convenient to the beach and downtown. Unit was clean and maintained for an older condo. Updated washer/dryer and fridge. Beds were comfy. As someone pointed out large bathroom needs plumbing repair as sewer gas emits from shower. Resolved with cap over shower drain. Blender was MIA . Overall pleasant stay.

Second time staying here. Place is spotless and so very clean. This is an older property, but the owner has remodeled and decorated nicely. Great location across from beach and nice view from the balcony. Just a few blocks from the village. The unit is upstairs with no elevator, so not fun hauling up luggage and boxes. Would like to have a TV in master bedroom, but overall, a very comfortable and nice place to enjoy all that St. SImons has to offer.

Beach Happiness
This condo is PERFECTLY located across the street from the beach with incredible ocean/beach views. Very easy walking distance to Village and the Pier and to King and Prince Hotel and to rooftop dining at Ocean Club. Easy beach access directly across the street from condo. Very nice furnishings and decor. Owner very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Already miss the fog horns from cargo ships and seabird music.
Beach view from living room and balcony

Beautiful view
The property was adequate but the bathroom needs an update. The view of the ocean was lovely sitting on the covered porch. The couch and chairs were horribly uncomfortable. The bed was fine.

Robin was amazing.
Helpful. Professional.
