Mollymook Christmas
This property was perfect for our family needs. We stayed from 21st December through to January 11th. We had an issue with the dishwasher and then the fridge - they were both replaced immediately. Belinda who manages the property was very helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We had a great. Heist as and a wonderful holiday in spite of the terrible weather. Thank you again Belinda. Warm regards Jill 🐶🐶

Comfortable stay
Good location, walkable from Mollymook beach and very close to Ulladulla city centre. All rooms were spacious including kitchen with all necessary amnesties. Laundry facility was also provided with enough space to dry clothes outside. Complementary wine was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed it quite well.
Just a couple of things to know : linens did not smell fresh and the property needs maintenance as it was little worn out.
BBQ facility was wonderful.
Overall a good stay and Belinda was very helpful as a host.

A Great Place to Stop and Enjoy
2/76 Seaview St is a great place to stop. It's quiet, secluded, and relaxing. There are sunny decks and a club for meals within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and exploring Mollymook. Thank you Belinda.

Excellent presentation and very comfortable. On arrival there was a lovely bottle of wine, slowly consumed during the evening with a cheese platter. Sunny and very spacious and well within a good walking distance to the beach and the shops, the house had everything available; the only thing, as a family we need to take was food and drinks. All the major supermarkets are again within minutes of the house. We spent 7-days recuperating as a family. The communication with Belinda was extremely professional and very appreciated. Would we stay there again - yes!

A Home away from Home!
This is an immaculately kept property with full inclusions such as utensils and cling wrap! A definite home away from home. Comfort and minimal noise from neighbours, with the sound of the ocean in the background. Close to the beach and other amenities. A 15 min walk to the beach, golf course and around the corner from Ulladulla. Enjoyed the beautiful hibiscus of hot pink, bright yellow and apricots with the teddy bear magnolias in full bloom. A well planned out property!

Perfect Rental House, Excellent Property
Spent the past weekend here. Lovely, spacious and clean house with only a short walking distance to Mollymook Beach. All amenities needed for a short or long stay provided. The family will definitely stay here on future visits to the South Coast.

Excellent beach holiday rental
My family & I have just spent 10 days at this property. Having travelled from another state, the house was perfect as we weren't required to bring our own sheets and towels which take up valuable space in the car. The house is in immaculate condition and most things supplied. The only thing we missed was a coffee plunger! A very enjoyable stay near to an excellent beach.

Great Holiday Duplex
We really enjoyed our short stay there. The only thing we would suggest is to have WiFi installed, otherwise easy house to live in.

Beautiful Place!
My family and i spent a week at this wonderful property over the Dec 2014/Jan 2015 new year period and we had an amazing time! This was our second visit and it was so relaxing. The property is very well stocked and has basic kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies which meant we didn't have to pack our entire house when travelling. We will be back for our third visit soon. Thanks so much :)

Great house for a family stay
Great for a few couples to stay as has the bedroom/ensuite upstairs and downstairs bathroom and bedrooms as well. Modern house with a lovely kitchen and deck. Really quiet and relaxing.

Spacious modern house with great facilities!
We packed our car and headed to Mollymook with friends for the Anzac long weekend and what fun we had topped off with an awesome house. The house was extremely spacious, modern, clean and only 5 minutes from the beach. The kitchen was huge and had every appliance imaginable. The outside deck was lovely too, just a shame it was too cold to sit outside (maybe a outdoor heater would be good for the colder months).
If you love to walk not only do you have the beach but the nearby Pigeon House Mt and Mt Bushwalk walks are well worth the climbs for the amazing views of Morton NP.
We hope to visit again one day soon and I will definitely be sharing this link with any friends heading to the area!
Gemma and friends!

Good property
We stayed here over the Easter weekend. It is a good product with ample room for our family of 4. We would recommend that a visitors information pack with regard to the area ie beaches, restaurants etc would be extremely helpful. Also a house information pack would also be appreciated ie how to use the dvd players, dishwasher etc. We did enjoy our stay and found the house was exactly as stated on the website. We would recommend this property and would consider renting it again in the future.
