It was cheap but it was dirty. Such a bummer.

Great location just off a main freeway going into Houston.

The beds had hair on them, the toilet was missing a seat, several flies buzzing around when I first walked in and the room reeked of cigarettes. Only positive thing was the receptionist was very nice and the location is just off of a main freeway going into Houston. I understand that it’s a 2 star hotel but that should mean that there are less amenities NOT dirty rooms. Made my reservation through Booking and requested to have the hotel waive the fees since I was only in the room for less than 30 minutes before cancelling the room and returning the key. Of course they said that they couldn’t refund me because I had already checked in. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $20 a night to stay at a Motel 6.

I didn't like that I wasn't told about the $50 deposit I had to make in the booking app, and how it takes 5 to 7 days for the deposit to return to your card. I literally lost out on $50 when I needed it the most

Its a gross place with drugs and solicitors everywhere.

The front desk lady was awesome. If not for her, I would have left.

the traffic of people all night, roaches, no hot water, they didn’t change beds or supply us with toilet paper or new towels. we had to buy our own towels sheets and toilet paper
