Great holiday

Lovely caravan in a quiet area It is really comfortable and clean great price too and really easy system for passes and key collection, would definitely stay again

The gas fire did not work and was chilly on the second day as it rained a lot we stayed in so needed it, it indicated in the advert there was a hot tub l, however I wasn't fussed as I have one at home but would have been disappointed if I wanted one and there wasn't one

Exceptional

Great location and lots of family activities to do, even when weather turns miserable.

Would have liked more food choice and prices could be more reasonable. Feeding a family of 4 ends up being costly over a long weekend.

there was an ants nest in the caravan tv kept loosing signs next to air base which kept waking my baby up

Great caravan for a trip to Tattershall Lakes and really good value. We would be happy to return.

Good communication from the owner. Double bed is really comfortable. Handy having 2 toilets. Well equipped caravan. Located in a quieter area of the park and we squeezed in 3 cars.

Nothing really, nice place to stay. Twin room beds are close together but that’s the design of the van - others are also like this. Took us a while to find the heater switches in the bedrooms. Booking.com need to update the cost of the Entertainment Passes. For our trip in April, the cost was £80, not £25-£35 they show. The owners of the van say they have contacted Booking.com about this, to no avail.

Room was lovely 10/10

When booked wasn't told needed wish bands to get into the venues. We was told £40 each on the last day. This should be told as when u book.

it was a lovely stay and a lovely caravan the park itself is huge with lots to do but is quite expensive for the passes

it was very clean and spacious and in the perfect area for me as very close to the raf base

the fire wouldn’t light and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock

None of it being charged 140 pound for passes which was not put in the price also didn't bother too expensive, not the caravan I viewed online no veranda also didn't appreciate the cleaner sitting outside the caravan at 8.30 I felt pressured to leave even though it should have been 10.00 unacceptable will not recommend will in future go directly through away resorts,!!!!!

Lovely caravan, very big inside! Good location, 5 minute walk from restaurants/arcade/bar. Well equipped with kitchen utensils/deck chairs.

The caravan was lovely and clean. Great location on the site and the owner seemed lovely.

The service at the park found they didn't want to help as we paid private ect we couldn't get hold of the owner about the passes and the reception staff didn't care and was rude. The food was very poor at the main pub and expensive too.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Was informed about purchasing guest passes and needing to pre-book some activities only a few days before arriving which meant many of them were fully booked. This was disappointing and made the passes seem expensive just to gain access to restaurants and bars.

very disappointed with the site, couldn't use any facilities because we didn't buy a £60 pass

The caravan was located in a very quiet location apart from noisy aircraft

There were not enough cooking and eating utensils there were only 3 forks and 2 saucepans in a 6 berth caravan, the oven was dirty but someone came to clean it .Also the Television kept losing its signal for an hour at a time.
