They REALLY put the COMFORT in “Comfort Inn” :)

I’m so happy we chose this hotel as our North Platte stop with 5 children! For roughly the price I would pay anywhere for that many people, we were given an extra-spacious room (about 50% larger) with the most exceedingly comfortable beds I can remember sleeping on! They were just noticeably comfortable! I mentioned it to the staff the next morning and their response was, “We hear that a lot.” :) Breakfast was delicious, with some upgraded options—sausage, eggs and TWO waffle makers. They even had family games available in the lobby. Swimming is important to us on long trips, and the pool AND hot tub were both in good shape and well attended to. When we asked about pool hours, the front desk clerk said “7am to 10pm… but we can get you in earlier if that helps.” Considering most pools won’t open until 8 or later, this seemed very generous! Speaking of, the staff at the desk and in housekeeping were all so nice that even my kids noticed and commented on it as we were driving away. This hotel will DEFINITELY be our North Platte hotel from now on (NP is the halfway stop to the family that lives 20 hours east of us… so we WILL be back!) Thanks for the great experience!

Comfortable two-night stay.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and a moderate breakfast. Would stay here again.

Water bottles for guests. Even just 1-2 per room. As a nursing mom, having water is super important to me and when my husband went down to purchase some there was no one at the desk to help him.

Convenient stay near the Highway

It’s conveniently located just off Hyw 80 among other hotels and gas stations. There is ample parking.

Check in is slow and room is smaller than expected.

The staff at the front desk was phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful treatment I received. I enjoyed my stay in a clean, comfy room. The bed was great, and the breakfast was tasty. The location was convenient off the highway.

I do not have any complaints.

Good location with a restaurant nearby and a quiet area with a walking path.

There wasn't anything I disliked about the place, I just think breakfast hours should be a little later so people could sleep a little later
