The house is lovely. Kitchen is very well stocked. Great location for the attractions we visited. Be advised that traffic in this area can be overwhelming depending on what you are used to. The Orlando area is expanding. Lovely the living room furniture. So nice to enjoy the beautiful pool. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here in Aug 2023 and had such an amazing time that we ended up extending our stay by a few more days! The home was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The backyard/pool is what stole the show! It was an absolute treat to be able to enjoy a warm gas-heated pool almost every night, especially after coming home from a long day at the parks. This house was so pet friendly as well with its retractable backyard gate - our dog enjoyed sun-bathing and chasing the geckos. We absolutely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in Feb. This
home is located in a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours. Living area is comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Theresa was always prompt to answer any questions although instructions on site were excellent and everything was working fine. We spent our time enjoying the large, heated pool and lanai. The canal view with wildlife was entertaining and backyard felt very private. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog. She exhausted herself daily chasing geckos. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Even Hurricane Ian couldn't ruin this vacation! This house is great for relaxing but is 10 miles from the parks. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. Thanks to Theresa for all of her help!

Cool and quiet
This property was perfect for my family. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, which was important to us as my youngest goes to bed early. The house kept cool the entire stay, which was another huge hit for us. The pool was a perfect temp and the patio area was clean and had plenty of shaded seating areas. We went to the Disney parks during our stay and it took about 30 minutes to get to and from. Theresa was very quick about responding to any questions I had. We will definitely be staying at this house again in the future!

Great Villa for young and old
We don't do the parks much these days but why should we? We found Heatherlake to be a peaceful and tranquil spot. Very clean kitchwn well stocked with appliances and every utensil you would ever need! Theresa the host was ever obliging and just left us to enjoy ourselves, but always there if needed. I can thoroughly recommend Heatherlake to all age groups as you have the parks, Disney etc. on your doorstep and Kennedy Space Center a mere 45minutes drive as well as all the other attractions that Kissimmee has to offer.

We are returning.
This property has everything we needed for our four week stay. The close proximity of both Walmart and Publics make for easy shopping and the house is a short drive from a multitude of various restaurants on the 192.
The house was spotless on arrival is comfortable, well equipped and with adjustable seats in the lounge area, perfect for a brief nap. The outside area was ideal with a shady sitting area, with a ceiling fan and a built in barbecue, sublime for outside living.
The owner was very accommodating with our request for a late checkout and the management company, Gary, corrected a minor issue in a matter of minutes, we could not ask for better service.
The wildlife living in and around the pond at the rear of the house was enticing and watching the osprey fish and the various wading birds was joyful.
All in a wonderful and pleasant location, so much so we intend to return next year.

Fantastic place for our winter get away!
We couldn't have selected a nicer placer to stay. The home was move in ready and very well maintained. The location was perfect; close enough to the attractions, but far enough away that we could relax and enjoy the pool and the lake behind the house. The homeowners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. It was the perfect get away after being sheltered in for the last year. We look forward to returning to Florida and will definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend in Orlando
The property is entirely as described. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Orlando is a large and growing place so plan for some distance and time to get around. We will stay here again should the opportunity occur.

Wonderful home
The house was very clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney. Theresa was great! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in!

Great relaxing time
We have used Vrbo (or Home Away) for our vacations for several years. This home was, by far, the most well appointed and amenities inclusive stay we've ever experienced. The home is beautiful. The pool area is amazing and we used it often. The location is excellent whether you're there to relax, see Disney, or any other venue. We had a great time and would love to stay there again.

Perfect Getaway
My Husband and I, and our dog, rented this house for a long-needed vacation. As soon as you enter this house, you can tell how it is well-maintained. The owner supplied everything we needed. We ended up staying at the house 99% of the time - we didn't go to any of the parks, even though the location of this house is close to the parks. We sat on the back porch and watched the geckos! Hopefully, if we decide to go to FL again, we will definitely rent this house again.

Nice location with a secluded feel.
Very nice location that makes you feel like there are no other neighbors around. It was well worth the money to have the ability to rest and relax in this home.

we enjoyed our stay. the house is nice but needs to be updated in bathrooms. hand held shower heads would be nice, especially for older handicapped individuals. nice area but a little too far for the parks.

Amazing vacation experience
We stayed for 4 weeks to get away from the hectic lifestyle of NYC...what an amazing experience we had, house is so beautiful, pool is amazing and the neighborhood is great.. everything was very clean, Theresa was so attentive to us and made us feel so welcomed. Home away from Home!
We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks with our family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the pool and used it daily. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of privacy. We did meet a couple of neighbors and they were very friendly. Therese is a great host...she provided everything we needed. She even checked-in with us the morning after we arrived to see how things were going and if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home.to anyone visiting the area.

The owner Theresa was AWESOME and accommodating. However management didn't do own job.
The house is nice just needs a few little things taking care of. Not owners fault, she just needs better management to fix MINOR issues and maintain it. To make it a Great place to stay with no problems.

Great house for a good price!
We loved the pool, everything we needed was there. From a high chair for our baby to ice in the freezer we had ALL we needed. The lake is nice to look at, there was even a baby gator in there!! (Completely safe though...it is Florida after all). We have already discussed renting this property again later this year!

Awesome experience
We were very pleased with everything at this property. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Spent a lot of time in the pool and on the lanai. It was perfect and would definitely stay there again!

Nice Crescent Lakes Stay
The house has everything a family would want-comfortable beds in nice rooms, clean, plenty of room for 5 of us. Pool deck and grill were great to chill. Theresa was a pleasure to rent from. Not far from airport or parks, just certain times of day plan for traffic. My son caught and released bass in the pond behind the house. Would consider to stay again.

Perfect Place to Stay
This place was perfect for myself my husband our 2 kids and 2 dogs. Everything was clean and tidy. Very comfortable and accommodating. Communication was great. Over experience was a 10. :)

Just a few minor things away from being perfect
First off, the house is wonderful. There’s enough space for a big family to hang out together but then also have alone time in their rooms. The pool, poolside grill, master bathroom, and kitchen are very nice. We got to see an alligator come out of the pong in the back on our final day. I think it wanted to eat the neighbors small dog.
The house is only missing a few things from being the perfect. All of the mattresses are very stiff, the toilet seats are very cheap and the wifi constantly goes in and out.
The cons didn’t stop us from having a great time at this property and they should stop you from booking your own stay.

A SUPER Visit
Travelling companion and I just completed a 5 week stay at this wonderful home. Everything from the seamless check-in till the day we departed was perfect.
These are caring hosts who want to be sure that you are completely satisfied. The home is well situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, a 5-10 minute drive from any store you'd need to visit to obtain groceries, etc.
From the gourmet, fully stocked kitchen to the enclosed pool, you'll have EVERYTHING you need for a perfect stay--you'll want for nothing. Plenty of space to spread out. Inviting pool and pool deck with WEBER gas grill close by a poolside cookout.
I'd like to mention something that wasn't quite right to make this 5 star review more believable, but I don't have any negative comments. If you are looking for an Orlando area accommodation, you've found it here. Rent with confidence from the ultimate hosts!

Wonderful getaway location.
First off the owner Theresa was amazing, this started with booking, during stay and checkout. Answered and helped with any issue immediately. If that wasnt enough, the house was clean and just right. The rooms were comfortable and beds just right. There 3 eating areas counting the pool area so more then enough room for our family. Speaking of the pool area, the pool was great, I did pay for the extra pool heating and it was well worth it , balmy 87 degrees. This house had everything you need for your stay, even had a few pools toys(we left a few as well). This is my new go to place when I come to Florida. Thanks Theresa for everything.

We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and beautiful! Had all the accommodations you may need. They got us in a day early, and earlier to on check in. They were so wonderful to work with! Plenty of room for our 9 adults. I highly recommend. Will stay again!

Lovely Quiet Space with Pool, Perfect For Families
Great location for those who want to have some quiet and privacy south of the theme parks. We spent most of our time in the great pool / patio / screened-in outdoor space - complete with outdoor grill space & proper lighting that was great for evening swim and drinks on the patio. Nice bedroom set up, with themed boy and girl bedroom spaces for the little ones. Great getaway. Thanks Theresa!

Nice, quiet stay
We stayed for 4 nights on a staycation. It was quiet and just what we were looking for. The AC had a clogged drain when we first arrived. One call to the management company and Tonya was there within 30 minutes and then the repairman was there shortly after. Great service!
We thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the pool. The neighborhood is a bit older but very quiet.

Great Getaway
Very clean, cute home and the pool was amazing. My husband and I spent the week at Theresa's home doing absolutely nothing but relaxing by the pool. The home was fully stocked with everything that you would need for your stay including a huge selection of movies. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better week. Thank you Theresa for making our stay so wonderful. My husband and I look forward to our next vacation. We will definitely be back. :)
