Wonderful Historic home steps away from the academy. Just like the pictures. Wonderful host and super easy.

Loved the historical home and area. Electrical wiring and working lamps not great. The couch was very uncomfortable. Plenty of space for our group and the location was great!

This gorgeous and historic home was perfect for a girls trip. The bedrooms were spacious and there were multiple gathering spaces for everyone to relax together. The home is steps from Main Street with a convenient parking garage one block away. The host went above and beyond to help, even helping to return an item that I left behind after our stay. 10/10 spot for your Annapolis getaway!

We ended up at a home on Market Street around the corner from our original location. The home was great! It was clean, very cool (excessive heat that weekend) and nicely stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, etc. We were very busy that weekend but the family room accommodated the 6 of us fine and the dining room table captured all of our stuff as we came and went. Great house!!

Beautiful home on a lovely street right around the corner from St. Mary's Church. Very convenient to walk everywhere. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Deborah was a joy to work with and very communicative.

Wonderful house with comfy beds and couch. Very nice outdoor space and love the colonial feel of the place, best part was how close we were to the harbor. Would stay again

This house is perfectly located if you are needing to be close to the Naval Academy. We enjoyed the backyard and having the grill and firepit. Host was very responsive to our questions.

There’s a reason this house has perfect reviews - I stayed here with my family for Christmas. It was absolutely lovely! Communication with the owner was super easy and they were very responsive! Instructions were laid out for my family via chat prior to our stay along with a binder of helpful info in the home when we arrived. The location was unbeatable - prime spot, close to everything! The house itself had a ton of character, was cozy, clean, and comfortable! My family didn’t want to leave and had an amazing stay overall. Can’t recommend this home in Annapolis enough!

We stayed here during the Annapolis Sailboat show, big kitchen and living room to hang out in plus a big garden out back. Only a block from downtown Annapolis and the show. This was the second year in a ow we stayed here, great place!

Very accurate description of property. Cozy, the children liked the backyard and fire pit for s'mores. Beds were comfy. Location was great for all of wedding festivities. Thanks for the fun weekend.

We were visiting family nearby. Lovely to be within a minute’s walk of downtown, harbor and Main Street. Family members sleeping in the bedroom facing the street were bothered by some noisy party people late at night, but the rest of us in the back of the house didn’t hear anything.
The house was clean and the kitchen was pretty well furnished. Although I didn’t realize until it was time to take the cake I was baking out of the oven that there were no pot holders. 😳. Luckily a dish towel was a good alternative.
As far as parking logistics — as mentioned in the listing, there was a space designated for unloading right across the street. Otherwise the street is too narrow to stop and unload without blocking traffic. When one of our party arrived they snagged that space right away to unload. But the residents of the neighboring building were pretty nasty, telling them they couldn’t park there. Then when that group left, those neighbors pulled their car into the space so the next members of our party who tried to use the spot had to double park. Not the property’s fault, but kind of unpleasant. Clearly they were not happy about renters next door.
Aside from that experience, we enjoyed our stay. The only other odd thing was the morning we were leaving. We got an early morning knock on the door that turned out to be a process server looking to serve papers on the owner. 😳 I told him we were just renting for the weekend and he apologized and went on his way.

We were in Annapolis for a family wedding. The location was amazing. The church was around the corner. We loved being able to walk downtown and running into family and wedding party the day before.
There were 8 adults and we were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked we didn’t need a thing. My one suggestion would be to replace the master bedroom mattress. It is broken down on the side edges. All in all it’s a beautiful house.

My family along with my sisters family and our parents enjoyed a fabulous two night stay in Annapolis. The house is very charming and comfortable for our group of 10 and the location is absolutely amazing. We wanted to stay longer! Can’t wait to come back and experience more. Our first experience using VRBO and it was super easy and enjoyable. Will definitely use again

If you are looking for a spacious, clean, and comfortable property for your stay in Annapolis, look no further than this property: a combination of naval and American history, located a block from a variety of small shops, museums, eateries, pubs, and the US Naval Academy. Our family of eight (and dog, Sley) enjoyed a seven-day leave, with this property as our port-of-call, for which I offer my highest recommendation.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! We were a block from shops and restaurants and only a few blocks from my daughters wedding venue at the Paca House. The house was adorable with lots of room for everyone. The backyard was wonderful to sit and relax by the firepit after a long day. You won’t go wrong by renting this lovely home! One thing though, parking is hard. Be prepared to park in a lot blocks away. Wasn’t a big deal but be prepared!

The property was perfect for our college roommate weekend reunion. The location was perfect, right downtown. Perfect to walk everywhere. The home is old and has the character of an old home. We gave cleanliness 4 stars (would have been 4.5 if we could give 1/2 stars) only because the dishwasher had not been emptied from the last rental, that we didn't notice until we were leaving as we washed our dishes by hand. Also, there were some cobwebs in the light fixtures. Of course, that could have happened overnight, it is an old house after all. Overall we had a great time, would definitely return and would recommend.

Really amazing location. The place was large enough for our family of 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Nice that they have a brita water filter in the fridge and many other condiments including coffee! The only thing I found strange was it felt a bit like we were entering a house that wasn't expecting company. Things on shelves were scattered randomly, Pots, bowls, etc. were not in the correctly marked cabinets. Blankets were not in the marked closets...So it was like someone just quickly threw thing in cupboards. Even the decorations on the shelves - and there are MANY were disheveled. And lastly the white couch could really use a thorough cleaning. It was comfy but so dirty it was not easy to get comfortable. If the price were not so high, I really would not be so picky, but we paid quite a bit for this and really location and size of space can't make up for some of these easy to fix shortfallings.

Our family arrived from Austin, Texas and from Stockholm, Sweden to spend Christmas week at this delightful historic home.
We lived two blocks away for 14 years, therefore, this visit was like coming home. The house was perfect. Everyone was comfortable and we had all we needed for many at home meals and celebrations. Visiting our old neighborhood was great fun---we caroled, visited the State House, enjoyed the Military Parade, ate at the Market House, and so much more. Thank you for your hospitality. We highly recommend this house and the location to anyone visiting Annapolis.
