The property was nicely located right at the centre of the city. It had the amenities it promised and the customer service from Hulu was really good.

The property is showing visible signs of wear and tear - 2 out of 3 chairs were broken, there was a heating element in the bathroom that had signs of fire damage. The air conditioning was working great, however, there was a noticeable cigarette odour coming out of it. In general many areas in the studio were not clean - incl bathroom, floors, bed frame and wardrobe.

It's good for the price.

The room is okay and well designed.

The building entrance smells. The bathroom also wasn't fresh. Change the cleaning lady. Also the bed frame planks fell during the night probably because they were not new and were used.

Nobody should stay there, i hate it! The place was very bad!!! And the stuff did not help me at all!

I'm sorry to write this, but I have never seen such an accommodation, apartment or hotel in my life. As you can see in the photos, there are dozens of YELLOW DIRTY stains on the quilt. Also the floors are not cleaned, there is dirt and filth. What does it mean to not change towels? What does not cleaning mean? Did I come here on vacation or did I come to clean your room? What kind of business is this? Do I have to empty the trash? There was no hot water for 4 hours yesterday. I will write very, very bad reviews about you. Also, I'm a journalist and I'm going to write about you as badly as I can. I have visited 70 countries and have never seen such an approach. your sheets are dirty, your duvet is dirty, your room is dirty and you are not doing any service. Should I stay for more than 7 days to get service? What kind of management is this? rude.

Location 10/10 Clean Comfortable & spacious

Smelly bathroom (but spotless clean) Clogged bathroom sink Noise from night club next to studio - in general, it was not soundproofed Check out at 11am (you have the possibility to leave the luggage 10 mins walk from the apartment in a central location, this was also available when we checked out on a public holiday, the girl on the phone was very nice and polite)

there isn’t a Wi-Fi connection. we try to connect several times but I was not possible. The other problem was, that we paid additional money for better room, but we were in a cheapest, I think. But the room was clean and the location is great.

Definitely will not go back

We were there for a city break so the location was very nice for this reason

Sink in the bathroom was damaged and the water didn’t drain; we had an instruction how to switch the hot water 🤔 so once you arrive you have no water and option to take a shower; property recommend a secure parking few blocks away which charge us very high amount comparing to what was published as an information; had only one pillow per person I would say not comfortable at all for me; bed was too soft and broken under base so I couldn’t sleep at all.

Excellent apartment for staying in Thessaloniki! Only issue is poor WiFi connection!

Very nice place. Great location! Lots of equipment for any use especially cooking! Very enjoyable stay!

The WiFi connection was horrendous. Signal was very weak and connection to the internet kept getting lost constantly. It was very frustrating to deal with. Thankfully we had EU roaming and used our limited home mobile data.

Wonderful apartment in the middle of everything!

Beautiful apartment and in the perfect location for me. I have stayed in this building before and although on the outside it seems a little run-down, as soon as you get into your apartment you see it is wonderful. The apartment is very secure and deadlocks so I felt very safe. There was Netflix included on the TV and the internet was reliable, so I was able to relax and communicate with the outside world perfectly easily. The self check-in process was very convenient and therefore I was able to get into my apartment without any hassle even though my flight arrived very late.

Having stayed in this building before, I know that the quality of the apartments is phenomenal . Unfortunately this time, there were some stains in the bathroom sink that somebody had left and the kitchen was a little under-resourced for cooking. It was also not clear if the toilet had been cleaned very well. I also had to source mosquito killer as there were many mosquitos. Not really a fault of the owner, but when I stayed before in one of the other apartments, I got the feeling that everything like this had been considered very carefully and this time it seemed more bare. It was also quite expensive for Thessaloniki, which was surprising considering it was not the height of summer. I guess it was expensive though due to the high demand for property during Oxi Day at the end of the week.
