I didn’t get to experience much of the property since it was a late check in and early checkout.
I would have appreciated vending machines on each level but elevator was always quick so not too much of an inconvenience.

Price.
Location. Local road construction limits access.
The parking lot is not secure. High crime area.
I would not recommend this hotel for young women or children.

Rooms were nicely decorated. Liked the balcony with the chairs. Multiple elevators to choose from. Housekeepers were nice and greeted us every time they saw us.
No AC. Upon arriving we were given the wrong room number. Then the room we were given was dirty and used. The TV cable dio work and called front desk to help and they couldn’t figure it out.

The room was clean,, comfortable & appeared to be recently updated. It had a balcony which we enjoyed.
We were not happy with the service. A/C wasn't working. We were assured it would be.fixed the following day, but wasn't. Hairdryer didn't work. We were told someone would come to fix, but no one came. My son went to desk and they gave him a new one in a box. However, it had a plate and screws to install it on the wall. Obviously, no one installed it and it was difficult to use as it was and there was not room on the counter for it. There were seeds on the carpet from the slider left open before we came.. "We'll send someone to vacuum " but they didn't. We requested other things, more coffee cups, more towels, 2 lights were out in bathroom. We were assured that they would send someone to take care of these issues for us, but didn't.
We mentioned all these issues to the person at the desk when we checked out. He said this was unacceptable and he would take care of it. I have called twice since then, and was told there was not a manager on at that time, and I was given the voicemail of the person who would make this right for us. I have not heard back. We were very disappointed in all of these things, because the room itself was very nice, but we would have enjoyed our stay more with better service, and certainly with air conditioning.

The building is cool and has a lot of potential if they were to stick to a midcentury theme throughout the hotel. The people that live in the upper floors were extremely friendly.
It was disappointing to see the inside of a really cool midcentury building decorated the way it was. It was cool the bathroom had the original formica and flooring in our bathroom, but painting the walls grey was a bad choice. The furniture in the room and arround the hotel looked more like grandmas estate sale than mid century and that was very disappointing. I was really hoping to stay in a midcentury fantasy at this hotel but it was not that at all.

Very cool old building appears to be well kept.
One thing. In room air-conditioning was a bit loud.
3.5
The room wasn't fancy, but it was spotless.
3.5
The hotel was clean and decently maintained. The cost was very reasonable.
The are was further from I-25 than I wanted, and not well served by restaurants in the area.

I love the location and The view and it's got a decent breakfast.
That the room we stayed in was too hot we had to sleep with the door open and we couldn't turn off the heater water pressure needed some working on too.

So the last room that I stayed in I think the heater was broken and stuck on because it was so hot we had to sleep with the door open to the balcony
The heat it was too hot.

The balconies, the pool.
The smell in the hallway. Think it needs new carpeting. Room was OK but the halls smelled bad.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The night staff, Dennis, was great.

Lovely.
Nothing.

The location was within a few miles of the venues I attended. The rooms were nice...loved the balcony too.
3.5
The food at the cafe inside the hotel was terrible. The cafe is separate from the hotel. The traffic noise was awful!! all you could hear were the revving up of motorcycles and speeding cars! Almost impossible to enjoy the balcony.
3.5
The room was clean
The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets made it difficult to turn over

Roma are very outdated, Air did not work, toilet was leaking and balcony door would not lock, the bed was a killer, could not hardly walk the next day.

Liked almost everything except couldnt smoke on balcony.
I didnt like that you couldnt smoke cigarettes on balcony or anywhere.
3.5
it was fun, nostalgic and the lobby and room
were clean and inviting.
I could hear fire and police sirens going off all
night (it’s located right next to a fire station).
I also didn’t care for the mix of owned rooms
and rental rooms on the same floor since
folks who own their “condos” clearly don’t
have to abide by the same rules as those of
us on short-term stays. I shared a floor with a
pot smoker and even though I am 420
friendly, I don’t know how they can call my
room a non-smoking room when it reeked of
Snoop-Dog on the whole floor.
