Buono per un soggiorno breve in visita agli scavi

Posizione ideale per visitare gli scavi di Pompei, qualche minuto a piedi. Parcheggio incluso. Ristoranti e bar a 1-2 Min a piedi. Pulizia impeccabile. Letto matrimoniale XL molto comodo, bagno ampio (camera 6). Gestori disponibili.

Stanza rumorosa con arredamento decadente (armadio senza fondo). Fornelli a gas a due fuochi, stile campeggio, per preparare autonomamente la colazione (latte, thè). Nessun prodotto caldo deteinato o decaffeinato. Stufa a bombola per la stanza comune che rimane piuttosto fredda (a dicembre). Camera fredda, con climatizzazione autonoma ma con dispersione notturna che controbilancia negativamente. Agire su finestre ed infissi (rumore e freddo), qualche ritocco all'arredamento e qualche accortezza nell' offerta a colazione, basterebbero a migliorare significativamente la qualità del soggiorno nel B&B.

Tolle Lage, alles andere eher Mittelmaß

Die Lage war echt gut, der Gastgeber geschäftstüchtig und Auskunfts-freudig. Der Parkplatz war ok.

Alles war eher einfach gehalten, das Bad klein, die Dusche mini. Ein Stuhl im Zimmer, alles auf Funktion getrimmt. Das Frühstück in kleinen Plastikportionen. Wie die Bookingbewertung von 9,3 zustande gekommen ist, ist mir schleierhaft. Etwas im 7-ener Bereich passt besser.

First of all host, and his girlfriend are absolutely fantastic people. However, property is ok for one night sleep, but not as good as it should be. Generally complete city of Pompei is urban chaos. It is not Italian spontaneous way of tourism. It is more like "take the money and run tourism". If there were not archeological site from Vezuvio eruption, Pompei would be least interstating place on Earth. However, Pompei archeological site is impressive. Recommendation to buy tickets online in advance, as it is crowd. Mind that orange juice in plastic cup has touristic value of 8eur! It pretty cheaper even in Venezia. Town is dirty, it is characteristic of whole Campania regia of Italy. If you are not big fan of archeological sites, avoid Pompei.

Location cannot be beat as far as visiting Pompeii early the next morning.

For a one night stop, perfect. Short walk to the Ruins, and a nice outside cafe open till late. Train stations nearby.

Comfortable room but no air con that I could see.

Not keen on DIY type B&Bs, where you self cater for breakfast. Too much Pfaff.

Great choice for staying near the Pompei archeological site and the train station.

The location is great, 10 min walk from the train station and Pompei entrance. Not a lot, but several good restaurants nearby. The host is a great guy, super friendly and helpful, speaks fluent English. Great breakfast, cheap beer. Large shared living room space.

The room was a bit small.

Great host, location and value for the money.

The host Antonio contacted us and let us know where we could store our bags since we arrived early to visit Pompei. Later he called and arranged to meet and oriented us to the property, room, and breakfast arrangements. The host, cost and location close to Pompei Scavi station and park entrance are the most important value.

As noted by others the synthetic sheet material is a little scratchy.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to visit Pompei and Vesuvio.

No self check-in possibilities. Apartment needs refurbishment/remodeling. Breakfast was delicious, but very light.

great location, very clean - very noisey as the place is next to a main road

loved the location and the breakfast was amazing! right next to the ruins and a short walk away from the main square. Big rooms, very clean and good shower!

Bed was super squeaky every time we even sat down it would be super loud, our room was also next to a main road and there was no sound proofing at all so it was incredibly noisy - genuinely sleeping interrupting noise very annoying! so if you are booking request to not be in room 6

Superb

Right in the heart of Pompeii. You are a close walk to some great restaurants and the Site. Antonio was very accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Breakfast was good, standard for Italy!

It's an older building, and the room gets a little cold. There's an air conditioner/heater, but the window was just a little drafty, which kept it below the set temperature.

Great value for money B n B with excellent location for Pompeii ruins.

Great location. We were visiting Pompeii ruins so the entrance is a 10 minute walk.

Quite noisy...main source is the nearby station which has constant announcements accompanied by a very annoying tannoy noise.

Underwhelmed stay

Location was convenient.

The room was not heated nor sound proof, so it got cold at night and you can hear what is going on in the hallway. The bed linens were scratchy. WiFi was unstable. The breakfast was also poor and cold.

great location, comfortable room and very good host

definitely recommended here if come to Pompeii 👍🏻 close to station just 7mins by walk and my room is comfortable, I slept very well. it come with towels, hairdryer and can leave luggage before check in. have some restaurants around here and just a little be walk to supermarket as well. Antonio is an incredible host. He is very welcoming and helpful as I can’t speak Italian he helped me to call for make sure have bus to Napoli airport. Every morning have class Italian breakfast and good coffee too 👍🏻 thank you very much !

Very good

The place is about 5 minute walk from the archeological park. The train station is close as well. Our host Antonio left us brioche and juice as we were leaving early in the morning which was very kind of him.

We could hear everything from the other room and also some annoying noise from the train station.

All in all, a good accommodation for your money.

The location was great, close to the train station and the ruins of Pompeii.

After the archeology site closes, so do many of the shops and restaurants. There was traffic noise outside our window all night.

Very good! We had two wonderful days visiting the Pompeii excavation.

Close to the entrance of Pompeii. Easy access from Napoli on the Circumvesuviana railway. Nice staff at the property.

There was a lot of noise from the traffic outside. Earplugs recommended.

Good

The location is very good, very close to the train station and Pompeii Ruins. 20 minutes walk to the city center. The staff were friendly, provided us with hot water to drink and brought us their own dinner (Neapolitan speciality) in the evening. Basically all our needs are met.

The room is a bit small and feels less than 25 square meters. Maybe it's my perception problem? And the sound insulation is not good. The sound of the door opening in the next room, the sound of someone talking at the Rezeption, the sound of someone talking in the garden, and the sound of flushing the toilet next door can all be heard in the room.

Good value close to the Pompeii archaeological site.

Nice and simple accommodation with a fantastic location. Close to the excavations and the train station. Fantastic host who is really helpful and will greet you with a positive attitude and a big smile! Nice patio on the back for breakfasts and a glass of something in the evenings.

The bed might be comfortable, but the bed linen is polycotton (or something equal). This makes sleeping uncomfortable and warm - we didn't sleep as well as we would've liked. We were also unlucky because the shower didn´t work, but I would assume that will be fixed by now.

Super Friendly host, responds fast, easy to find the place, close by attraction and trainstation.

Pillows too big for my neck and taste. A pling sound from the trainstation starting early in the morning. If you are sensitive use earplugs.

Superb

This B&B has only four guest rooms, but are very clean, and has all essentials for a short term stay. Our room air conditioning works properly in hot Summer days - a must for us. It has a great location: less than 5 minutes walking distance to both Pompei Scavi entrance and Train station. Antony is a very friendly and thoughtful owner for his guest. We definitely recommend this place for couples and solo travelers.

Disappointing

Very noisy room, no fresh air from outside possible. The triple room has only one window (single glas), which opens to the reception and bar. You can hear every word so bring your earplugs. The mattress has a firm plastic cover. As soon as you turn over the very thin sheet is gone and you are laying on the plastic. Horrible bed.

The location is just fee steps from a train station Pompeii Scavi.Antonio was super kind and helpful,went extra mile to help us with a broken bag.Breakfast was decent for a start of the day.The beds were very comfortable.It is child friendly place since there is a small patio and many cats in neighbour house.The archeological ruins are 5 min by walk.
