Superb location.

Superb location, on the Benalmadena / Torremolinos border. 5 minutes walk to the marina, a supermarket next door, and 15 minutes walk to El Pinillo station. A really nice view from the balcony.

A perfect place

It's a really beautiful, well furnished & equipped Apartment with a balcony and Sea view, not very lose, but near enough to enjoy it! We found the apartment 522 in the 5th of a 10 floor-apartment house, of course reachable by lifts. Who comes with a car, will find a very comfortable situation, having no problem to get a place in a territory, which is covered by a automatic gate. The communication with the Owners and their instructions was/were perfect. Thank you again!

Lovely little break away

The location was great, close to a variety of bars & restaurants. Short walk to the marina. Just around the corner from Lidl. Nice pool & garden area. The apartment was very spacious, bed lovely & comfy, kitchen fully equipped for cooking, washing machine & cleaning equipment. They hired a cot & Hugh chair for us which was great!!

Lovely clean apartment, near to bars we normally visit.

the property owner had arranged for her agent to have the keys ready, take and return the security deposit. We needed to leave early on our checkout but this was not a problem, also getting in early no issue either. Lovely view, facilities great. We had stayed in Mar Del Sur before but the apartment was not so modern as this one. Would recommend it!

Good apartment but NO POOL despite being advertised as having one.

The apartment was well equipped and was comfortable

The pool was closed and had been for 2 weeks despite being advertised as having a pool. The owners knew and only told us at check in. Its STILL advertised as having a pool. False advertising.

Great location and well equipped.

Location excellent, close to the action but quiet at night. Well equipped and spacious. Good local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and close to the beach. Very, very good wifi and TV. Recommend El Meson and Spanish Garden for drinks and eats.

It would be good to know whether the pool is open or not. Some of the crockery was cracked and mismatched and a spare loo roll would have been nice.

Very good

I arrived at 5 minutes past 10 due to late flight the owner knew my arrival time .She charged me an extra 20 euro for being 5 minutes late .I think this was unfair as I was the only one staying in the apartment for the 4 days I think she could have made allowances .

Fantastic, spacious apartment in excellent location

Location was excellent with access to all of Benalmadena and the other suburbs within 10 minutes. Communication with owners also great. Apartment was extremely spacious in all areas. Bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I slept SO well. The apartment had everything you could want- I particularly liked that it had an oven as some apartments only have a microwave and the rain shower was great. I also liked that it had both a balcony and the ability to open up all of the windows on the other side, so both the lounge and bedroom could effectively have balconies. Nice views. I'd definitely stay there again.

Some of the kitchenware, crockery, etc was not very clean as it had been put away dirty by other guests. The kitchen was so well-stocked though with so many useful things (more than I have at home!) that I understand why the owners or cleaners may not have noticed.

Exactly as per description. Friendly helpful owner’s. Good location. All that you need in an apartment.

As per known conditions had to place a cash deposit of 100 Euros on arrival - that’s ok but did not expect to see on a arrival a list of ‘fines’ that would be made from the deposit such as loss of keys, stains on bedding or upholstery etc, etc which made us nervous as to whether reasons would be found for us not to receive our deposit paid.

The appt itself had good light, was very spacious and was well equipped with all mod cons. The bar at apartments Temple bar was great and so cheap..3e for a beer and white wine. The area itself has great restaurants which are super cheap in comparison to the restaurant's down at the Marina. Indian City was amazing 👌. And if you like chinese there was one just down from the Indian, it was the cheapest meal we had 27e for 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 wines and 2 beers.

This is an appartment in a residential area so there was no change of towels or bed sheets mid week however we did have a washing machine which was so handy and we washed them ourselves. It just meant we had a day with no towels until they dried. Because the building is residential with mostly Spanish and a few English thrown in there was NO communal sunbeds at the pool despite it saying sunbeds are free of charge on their booking.com details. Everyone brought their own chairs down to the pool or if they left them there they locked them up. there were 2 sun chairs under the bed in apartment but when your out at the pool we personally like to lie down to sun ourselves not sit on a chair so that was a big let down having to lie on the ground all week. Theres no lobby or information desk..this is literally an appt in a building.

Amazing place close to the beach

The apartment was beautiful, very bright and clean. Comfortable beds, big swimming pool and very close to a lot of restaurants. I'll be back.
