Relaxing underneath the covered vine tree terrace was the best.

Spending time underneath the covered vine tree terrace was the best. The old metal frame bed outside (with clean sheets), was an added bonus and experience to get a feel of village life sleeping outside.

Relaxing weekend!

I liked the traditional architecture and the way the rooms are builted, one next to the other. I loved the stone walls and the whole cottage style decoration!

There was nothing we didn't like! The weather was amazing the house had everything we needed, it was a really relaxing weekend! We would definitely do it again!

Good choice to discover the area for a few days.

Nice spacious living with open kitchen and dining area which feels very cosy with the wood-fired oven heating the room during the colder season. Huge fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker with coffee capsules, large TV and fast Wi-Fi connection. Terrace to eat outside. Communication was quick and our late check-in was no problem at all. Prodromos is a very quiet village and a good place to explore the Tróodos mountains. There is a mini market, a souvenir leather shop and some restaurants. Berengaria café and restaurant serves excellent food for reasonable prices and is highly recommended!

Well chosen and homy antique furniture with a kitschy touch - a bit too much decoration items for my taste. Rooms (bathroom/living and 2 bedrooms) are not connected, so you need to cross the yard to get from one room to another. Beds are not super comfortable and the kitchen could be equipped with some more cooking utensils like proper knifes, pans, mixing bowls and big pots.

Nice old restored house with beautiful vintage decoration. It has everything you need and was clean

It is not that we didnt like it but it wasnt that convenient that the toilet the bathroom and the living room were 3 seperates rooms with seperate main entries.

Exceptional

I liked absolutely everything about this accomodation. We travelled in the mountains and Prodromos is the most beautiful village. The accomodation is spacious. The house is traditional old Cypriot village house. It is well decorated and comfortable. Free parking is near the house. The host is amazing and very helpfull. We meet the neighbours and we really liked them. The kitchen is well equipped, it has everything you need. We stayed there for 4 days. When we stayed here, it was snowing. Our kids played with snow in the garden. The heating is enough. There is a beautiful fireplace. For families there are toys and books for kids. Our kids loved the house. The beds are clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything.

It’s quirky and full of character. very clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

The separated rooms, having to go outside and unlock each room, were a little inconvenient and we weren’t aware of this until we arrived. The property being located on such a steep hill and having to park outside on narrow road.

Beautiful cosy house

Beautiful accommodation in an incredible setting right below Mount Olympos. The house is amazing and has preserved many of the original architecture of old traditional cypriot houses. Very comfy beds and furniture and an additional bonus was the large amount of firewood the host left us for their wood burning stove which kept us warm and cosy. The house was very clean and well presented when we arrived. We loved the orange soap on the bed as well. I would definitely stay here again

Not things we didn't like, just some suggestions :) I think the toilet seat could be of slightly better quality as it wouldn't stay up and moved when sitting down. It would be good to colour code or label the keys as we struggled initially to work out which key was for each door. Maybe extend the fence to prevent the cats from coming into the garden (we don't mind but maybe others might)

Rustic Delight

It was definitely a unique stay. You can see that every detail was created with love and care to create the most hospitable environment. It is impossible not to love the cozy rustic atmosphere. The hostess is also very warm and friendly. She left us lots of firewood and fragrant handmade soaps.

The 2 bedrooms were joined together and there was no privacy. You had to walk from one room to the other and then go outside in the cold just to go to the toilet. The beds were old and sort of uncomfortable.

Great Break

Lovely experience, warmly decorated property in the heart of a beautiful community. Wood heater and lovely decorated kitchen made as feel so welcome immediately. The lovely hostess was very thoughtful for all that we needed. Value for money. Highly recommended for mountain lovers who are seeking for some relaxing moments

Exceptional house with a dreamy veranda! Hope to be back soon to enjoy it a few more days!

The holiday house was exceptional! The veranda was the perfect place to relax and work remotely which is key for me (good internet connection is always a must!). The love and care given in creating this house is evident in every room.The overall experience was so relaxing which is what I needed for a 2-day getaway in the mountains! Maria is the kindest host! I wish I had booked a few more days!

Full rural experience on the highest village of the country

Loved the whole rural experience! The house is at the center of the village and has the standards of an old traditional house, with completely separated areas; one needs to go by the terrace to pass between living room, bedrooms, and also the bathroom. I think this is useful information to have in mind if you're considering going. The terrace is ideal to enjoy the weather outside without feeling observed by the neighbors, and the host was very friendly and helpful at any moment.

Warm water to shower was a little tricky to maintain, but not too bad to ruin the experience :)

The ideal home for peace and relaxation in the highest village in Cyprus

A beautiful house in the middle of the village, with all the comforts. Ideal for a small family looking for peace and relaxation.

The bed was not comfortable (the spring mattress was very old).

Peaceful place in mountains!

Gem in the mountains!

Fantastic little traditional house, excellent host Looks well loved. Bathroom was very nice. So many amazing nature trails around Prodromos and a nice tavern. Absolutely loved being in the yard during the day under the grape vines.

The following are not complains! Just mere suggestions. Beds were a bit too tough for us. Maybe a mattress topper would really help as they feel old. Also I love the decor but maybe removing some of the clutter would allow more space for guests to put their stuff? Also consider setting up wifi connection. Would allow guests to stay longer at the premises. I know I would!! Would love to spend more than a couple of nights but internet is definitely needed to maybe work a bit, check Google maps, watch movies that I liked etc
