first rate rental in a great, quiet spot

homey and comfortable. my girlfriend was happy just sitting on the deck and looking at the ridge.

the only negative was the bbq grill needed some preventative maintenance. everything else was great .

Great stay, beautiful area, very clean and spacious. Would stay again.

No breakfast because of COVID

Could have used a couple more kitchen towels and potholders.

Very good

I always enjoy the peace and quiet that you get in Blue River, with the vibrant culture of Breckenridge very close by. Beautiful area, nice quant place, and at decent price (summer time). Would stay again and recommend to others.

The Dryer seemed to not work. After 2 cycles the clothes were still wet. Not a big deal but thought I’d mention. Thanks!

We came up for a weekend get away with friends and family to see the Breckenridge snowsculptures.

Didn't have breakfast at this location. Made them our selves and they were wonderful. lol

The clothes dryer didn't dry , I had to hang somethings to dry them. A few of the lights were out or not working at all. The extra blankets were soiled and I did try to wash one and had to hang it in the bathroom to dry. The couch and love seat could have be vacuumed under the cushions and there was dirty plates in the cupboard like they were not rinsed before putting them in the dishwasher. Two of the rooms have see through blinds in them.
