**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. A copy of your driver's license is also required to receive check-in instructions. Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.**
Welcome to WHY KNOT RELAX! Located in the sought-after Ocean Village Community! Why Knot Relax is the perfect vacation getaway spot. This large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, sleeps 10 and has ample parking for 5 or room for a boat! PRIVATE POOL INCLUDED! **Additional $100 a day to heat the pool! (Must request pool heat at least 24 hours before your arrival) We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because we are right next to the dunes, inevitably you will probably see some sand at the bottom of the pool. Corner lot, located just minutes from the beach and all of the local restaurants, shops, and sips! Why Knot book and come Relax by the pool and make lots of great memories to last a lifetime!

-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.

Our family of 9 had the best time in Port Aransas from early morning walks to exploring the beach and having tons of fun in the private swimming pool, riding around the island on golf carts, eating snowcones and ice cream treats in the afternoons and then coming back to the beautiful and relaxing house to relax and enjoy being together as a family. We loved the house and all of it amenities and will look forward to booking it again.

Wow what a place to stay, if you are looking for a great place stay with friends or family this is the one it gets a 5 plus stars from me and my group you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay I will definitely be renting this one again for sure and to give a extra star all the beds were very comfortable and that is a huge plus for me!!! Wow! This place was nothing short or spectacular! I stayed there with the wife and had my daughters come by to visit with the grand kids. Everyone couldn’t stop complimenting this place. It had enough room for the kiddos to run around with perfect entertaining areas for the adults. The outdoor entertaining/lounging spot by the pool was soooo relaxing. To top it off, the TV outside allowed us to put on a basketball game while grilling. Extreme relaxation. Also, the property management was extremely friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect family Rental!
The listing was spot on as well as the photos. Everything turned out great for our family! The location is great Ina new area with easy access to downtown and the beach. The golf course was also very course!
The kitchen and living room were spacious and had every cooking utensil needed. The outdoor area with grill and chairs was perfect for an evening relaxation. The pond and moon setting provided a great backdrop. I would definitely recommend and will be looking them up again on return visits!

House is roomy, nicely set up, plenty of seating, kitchen is well stocked! Beds are comfortable, showers have great pressure and hot water for 9 people! Courtyard area is in the shade in afternoon, comfortable and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood, no complaints.

We had an amazing time and this house was awesome. The only thing I wish they had was a detachable shower head. Trying to get sand out off all the places was a little difficult. And if they had walls around the outside shower that would be cool.

Great house for family gathering
My family and I (6 adults, 1 kid and 1 baby) stayed here recently. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen was really well stocked. A big bonus for us was that there were three full bathrooms, so each family unit had their own. We rented a golf cart and were able to get to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Great Place! Minutes to the beach.
We love our visit here. Well stocked kitchen and great artwork. Plenty of space for our family of nine. Loved the bedroom/bathroom layout and beds available. Extra bedding and pillows was really nice. The patio chairs were a big hit! Never figured out how to walk to the beach so we just drove and parked on the beach. Grocery store sells the parking permits for the beach $12 per car per calendar year. Well worth it! Beds were all comfortable. Will love to stay here again. Checkin was super simple. The property management company communicated well and checkin was a breeze. What a wonderful beach side home.

Not so relax arrival
The property was not ready upon check-in, 2 cleaning ladies were still cleaning the property. Around 4:20, they finished and I found a cockroach on top of my bed! One of the cleaning ladies killed the cockroach and I called the property management company to inform them. The pond was a disappointment, didn't catch any fish. The walk to the beach was more than 10 minutes. The house description did not state no beach access from the property. The unit was beautifully decorated.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was well stocked and conveniently located. The property management company was super attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They even provided a shuttle service, free of charge, to get us to and from the beach since vehicular access was prohibited on 4th of July weekend due to COVID!

Late Summer Get Away
This was an opportunity to get away and meet up with family who came down from the San Antonio area. We live in Kansa City and we’re looking for a beach area that one of our kids in the area could meet us at. This was perfect. Hidden gem of a Beach Town and a beautiful and clean property. White sands and warm water were perfect. Cool breeze kept the early August heat at bay. Would definitely come to Port Aransas again and would stay at this property for sure.

Perfect "home base" for our family beach vacation. Easy drive to the beach, local grocery and other shopping.
We had a blast. The house was the right size and layout for our group of 7. Great beach theme for decor and comfortable furniture. Kitchen had all we needed and more for all meals cooked in. Including a homemade Birthday Cake!! Even found some birthday candles.
Grill was perfect and easy to use/clean.

Best place on the property
We have a family beach vacation every year, in different places. Unfortunately missed one last year. However, all 3 of our adult children and spouses picked this place as our favorite and will be reserving again in 2019. 2018 is a total family (including cousins) reunion in Destin next year, but we will be back here in 2019, and will book early. Great place. Large living room, kitchen and family area. Great for family time.
P.S. 5 year old granddaughter caught her very first fish there in the pond.

Just as the pictures portray. We had 5 children under the age of 7 and this home accommodated us perfectly. The house was well stocked and decorated so cute. Very clean and spacious.
