About this apartment rental

Fully renovated 33m2 apartment in quiet area but very close to all amenities. One bedroom (double bed), bunk-beds and 2 single beds in lounge. All very comfortable full sized beds with new quilts and pillows.
Living area with Xbox / DVD player plus large screen (not TV), docking station, EU and UK sockets. Balcony looking out onto quiet Piste.
Fully equipped kitchen with full cooker/oven, microwave/grille, slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Everything you need!
Refitted bathroom with 2 stage shower and bath. Separate WC.
Loads of storage space around the apartment. Heaters in all areas.
Easy access to ski locker. Cross the road and ski down 300m to various lifts.
Commercial centre at 300m with shops, restaurants and ski pass office. 7 mins walk to ADH centre. Car park opposite accommodation.
ADH offers great skiing in the winter and amazing mountain biking in the summer along with a whole host of other activities. Ski pass allows access to indoor / outdoor swimming pools, ice skating and gyms.
Access via Grenoble (1.20 mins) or Lyon (1.45 mins) airports. Regular direct bus transfers from Grenoble airport.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment. Simon was helpful before and during our stay. It's exactly as described and perfect for a family wanting to enjoy the slopes and all delights of the area. We loved it! Thank you.

The appartement is well located, like all appartments in France not big but good enough, next to ski-lifts and on walking distance of the city centre. Simple entry on first floor without stairs and extra doors. Detailed check-in instructions from Simon helped to have a smooth and flexible arrival; keys in locker at the front door, so flexible arrival and departure. he appartment was not very well cleaned at arrival due to previous guest (nothing Simon can do about it) but we managed it very quickly as all cleaning materials are already present and the appartment is small. Appartment is very well equiped with everything you might need. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is small but has everything to cook a decent meal. Be aware that advertisement says it has WIFI, but this is the available (pre-paid) wifi of the local Alpe D'Huez city, No wifi / internet in the appartment itself available. Communications with Simon (owner) is very quick and friendly. We have had a great stayand will return next time we visit Alpe D'Huez

First time back in Alpe d'Huez in a long time, and had a great little holiday with the family. The flat is compact, but does give you the separated bedroom we wanted and the kids were comfortable in the bunk beds tucked away just off the corridor. The flat has everything you need for a simple stay, it's a little tight for creating too much magic in the kitchen, but that's expected for the Alps. A shame the snow wasn't quite giving us the ski-in ski-out experience, but not a lot you can do about that - can see how it would work ordinarily which would make life easier. Even still, it's only a short walk down to the Les Bergers hub, so it's a good position, Communication was really clear throughout, parking was a little challenging nearby at the weekend, but easier later in the week. A real plus is how accessible the flat is, going directly to the front door from the exterior of the building. Thanks for a great stay!

Compact but functional apartment convenient for accessing slopes but walkable to center of Alpe d'Huez for restaurants & nightlife. Friendly owner extremely responsive to questions!

Het contact met de eigenaar verliep zeer soepel. Hij reageert direct. Jammer dat de vorige huurders het niet zo nauw hebben genomen met de schoonmaak/hygiene

L'appartement est super, il est bien équipé et confortable. De plus, il est très bien situé. Simon est un propriétaire très avenant et très disponible. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances chez Simon. A refaire sans hésiter.

Cet appartement est juste parfait. Très bon rapport qualité prix. L'emplacement est vraiment top. Très proches des remontés et centre commercial. Départ et retour ski aux pieds. Petit plus le bout de piste qui rejoint le local à ski permet de faire de la luge avec les enfants en fin de journée. L'hôte a répondu à toutes nos questions dans les meilleurs délais. Je recommande chaudement cette location.

Le logement correspond bien à l’annonce en ligne, il est pratique et bien agencé. Simon est très disponible pour répondre aux questions et la procédure d’arrivée/départ est très claire. Le logement est idéalement situé, au pied des pistes avec un local à ski individuel. Je recommande ce logement.

Notre séjour estivale s'est très bien passé. Appartement qui a répondu à nos besoins. Très facile d'accès et vraiment calme avec une vue du balcon sur les montagnes et le golf. Bonne literie.Nous reviendrons.

Excentré (10mn à pied donc rapide) mais TB situé (centre commercial 2mn et caisses remontées mécaniques), retour skis aux pieds. Très pratique ! Appartement très bien équipé avec balcon, casiers à skis,... Simon est très sympathique et très arrangeant, un hôte au top ! Merci pour ce séjour !
