About this villa rental
The property directly overlooking tha bay of Fiascherino in Tellaro, in the extraordinary Gulf of Poets, is located in a large garden in direct contact with the cliff and the sea in a stretch not open to the public, with a private rocky beach with sea beds reserved for guests.
The garden is almost entirely a lawn with bushes, tall trees and precious essences of short stature. The garden is also crossed by several paths and shorts stone steps, and is open on all sides the view of the sea below and the magic skyline with the islands of Palmaria e Tino, and the superb village of Portovenere.
The property consists of the main villa on two levels, consisting of 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry area, large kitchen, living room and dining room, as well as a large terrace directly overlooking the sea (the living room and a dining room are surrounded by five big french windows on the house terrace and are equipped with wrought iron table, sofa and armchairs), and the "dependance" on two levels consisting of a living room and a dining room, with kitchen and bathroom on the grown floor and two doubole rooms, one with private terrace, and a large terrace at the first floor. In the sea terrace there is a natural stone barbecue where you can cook grilled food with fish and meat in direct contact with the sea. On the sea you have a flat platform with private sea beds.
To reach the entrance of the property from the street there is a flight of large steps, of about 40 meters (totally 33 large steps)
The picturesque village of Tellaro is a five-minute walk, and the town of Lerici, which is a popular tourist site is five minutes by car or bus.
The place is well connected with the surroundings and overlooks the Gulf of Poets exactly in front of Portovenere and the Cinque terre area. You can easily reach these places with your own cars or with pubblic transport, bus or train, and also by the sea with private boats for hire and ferries.
The extraordinary location, absolutely isolated, the large garden with every comfort available, direct access to the sea and the private beach allow a privileged stay and allow you to avoid any contact with the outside world.
We are also pleased to inform you that we are doing everything possible to help our guests and for this purpose we clean and disinfect the most frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door knobs, various handles, remote controls etc.) before each check in.

We recently stayed at this stunning beach house in the Gulf of Poets, and it exceeded all expectations. The property is truly oceanfront, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sound of waves crashing right outside your window. The views are absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic vistas of the ocean that make for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities we needed for a perfect getaway. One of the highlights was being able to walk to town each evening for a wonderful dinner, making the location both tranquil and convenient. If you're looking for a serene escape with amazing views and easy access to local dining, this place is a dream come true.

four couples had a wonderful stay in Lirici with views of the water from every room! We would recommend this as a perfect get away with easy drive to the train and Cinque Terre towns. We walked into town for coffee and supplies, enjoyed many meals on the terrace, and the host helped us make a reservation to a great restaurant nearby for our first night. Altogether a wonderful experience!

First, Claudio, the property manager, is awesome! Second, what you can’t tell from the pics is how peaceful this place is. It is better than the pictures. The location, hearing the sound of the waves gently lapping the shore below, and sitting outside watching the sunset - priceless.
Telero is a five-minute walk with a handful of bars, restaurants and small markets, as well as an old church and tiny harbor - was worth a walk. Lerici’s harbor and shops were a 30 minute walk. You would do both. It’s a ten minute taxi to catch the ferry to Cinque Terre. Twenty-five minutes to catch the train to Cinque Terre.
We were three couples - we prepared a meal one night, hired a chef another, and ate out one night. The dinners there, eaten outside at the Villa as we watched the sun go down we’re the best.
We loved the restfulness of the place so much that, instead of going back to Cinque Terre for a second day, we stayed around the house that second day, and walked into town.
Be aware that the beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, and it is a family’s summer home - Claudio grew up as a child coming here to his grandparents home. It is not fancy, just lovely. But the beds were comfortable enough and the experience was remarkable. Our entire group of six loved it and wished we’d stayed longer.
Thank you, Claudio, for allowing us the privilege of staying at your family’s summer home! BTW, we were there in late October and it was perfect!

The property has a beautiful view but the trees are rapidly growing into the view line and grounds not well maintained. Had to fight with manager to get the heater on and extra towels. Room very dirty / dusty. Kitchen is very outdated. Toilet seat cracked. First bedroom smelled moldy / possibly sheets not properly dried. Stairs very long and step to access property and we are in shape but exhausted us dragging luggage up and down. Anyone with ANY physical limitations or challenges could not do it. Furniture all very old. Sad as the property could be spectacular but no one is maintaining it properly.

This is beautiful property with private beach and with amazing views. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. Claudio is an amazing host and even organized for us cinque terre private boat tour that was fabulous, and was able to help us with all our needs, including parking for all our cars. There are many restaurants walking distance and pastry shops near by. I suggest to pack lightly as you would have to carry suitcases down the steps which was not a problem for us. Villa itself is charming and comfortable and WiFi was good. Overall I give this property 5* due to its location, stunning views and its beauty and we are looking forward to come back soon. Thank you Claudio for all your help and timely response to all our needs.

This is the ionic Italian Riveria Villa you have been looking for. It is ideally set up for a large party, with fully equipped kitchen. We ate outside and enjoyed the view and the company.
The town is quite charming, and we easily found our way around and the provisions we needed as well as quite a few charming and wonderful restaurants.
Claudio and Franco were wonderful to work with, and gave us all the support we needed.
Thanks for an idyllic week!

We read someone else's review that said "stop searching and book this property" they were correct! It's a dreamy property with stunning views and private access into the water. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation.

Stop what your doing and book this house. Amazing location away from all of the cinque Terre crowds. The host is very nice and easy going. We spent 1 week at this property.
Please keep in mind their are a lot of mosquitos so we did not go outside after dusk (many of us received several bites).
This was a big downer but didn't ruin the holiday.
Please note their not a hot tub (jacuzzi) and the amenites should be updated.

Villa Tregia is a wonderful charming old fashioned villa. The views, terraces and private access to the sea are amazing. There are quite a lot of stairs from the road down to the villa and then more steps down to the sea and you have to be fairly agile to get into the sea, but it wasn't a problem for our age group of 30 to 60. Some of us had water shoes which was good, as we were swimming off a rocky ledge. There are lots of places to sit and sun loungers and we had a lot of fun with the Kayak. It's an easy walk into charming Tellaro where there are many restaurants, cafes, and a couple of small grocery shops. The bigger supermarket is in Lerici, a short bus ride away and from Lerici you can take boat trips to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Lerici also has a good Saturday market and is a beautiful town.
We were there for nearly 2 weeks and would definitely stay there again it was a wonderful relaxing holiday. Thank you Claudio.

We had a great family gathering in Tellaro. The villa was as described, Claudio was an excellent host, and we loved the villa, the town, and the area. We took both houses and found the water pressure/hot water better in the small house than the large house. That said, the setting was magical (once you got down the steps from the road!). We enjoyed dinners on the patio overlooking the water and taking it easy for a week. The town is charming - small but with enough restaurants, shops, and walking trails to make the week enjoyable. We took a day trip to Cinque Terre (drove to La Spezia and took the train from there) which was easy to do. Having a car helped, as the bus runs infrequently and taxis are expensive. Our group of 12 was readily accommodated with room to both spread out and come together. All in all, an outstanding experience! Grazie mille Claudio.

Seven family members had a wonderful week. Claudio couldn't have been more gracious and accommodative. It helps to be an active group, with the steep local and Cinque Terre trails. But two spouses, both in their seventies, enjoyed sitting home with the inpiring views and good books.

Gorgeous view, spacious for 4 adult couples, beautiful somewhat quite little town that still has every thing you need. A great place to retreat to after a day of touring Cinqua Terra
