We had an amazing stay at this property. We had a nice gift basket waiting for us then we arrived. Plenty of room to host our party of 9. House had all the instructions carefully laid out throughout the house. Plenty of TV’s and entertainment to keep you busy. Short walk to a beautiful beach and all the gear is waiting for you in the garage. We had a great dinner in Jupiter a short drive away and lunch in downtown West Palm Beach at the City Place. Nice pool area to unwind and relax and a bbq to cook up your catch of the day or nice steaks. Highly recommend this house and area. We will be coming back again soon!! Thanks!!

Overall property is well located and in good shape. The hot tub did not work, nor did the heated pool. On our last day there was a cockroach in one of the bedrooms.

This home was perfect for our 9 person family reunion! It was a great balance of private and group areas, with a spacious kitchen and dining area where we could all gather. The owner/manager was very responsive, checking in by text daily to make sure we had what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas. The walking proximity to Phil Foster park was a Godsend, as the parking lot at the park was full and closed by 9 AM for several of the days we were there. We snorkeled every day, and the kids loved the pool! We also enjoyed the short walk to the ocean, and to shopping, groceries and restaurants. We all hope we can stay there again!

Fantastic home that lives up to is billing! Fully stocked and in a great location to get to the beach! All you need is to bring some suntan lotion! Cecilia was the best property manager we’ve dealt with in over 10 yours. Highly recommend this slice of paradise on Singer Island!

We had an incredible stay! Cecelia was terrific to work with. Everything was so well-organized and the house was awesome! The location is just steps from the beach and there are fun restaurants/bars right down the street. The house itself has every amenity that you need. It was clean and we had so much space to relax and hang out. The pool and hot tub were clutch and the outdoor bar/tv setup was perfect. We had zero issues, but Cecilia was in touch everyday to ensure we were having a good trip. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun getaway!

My husband, two young kids and I scheduled last minute due to our vacation going wrong and needed to salvage it. The house was perfect for our family! We absolutely loved the pool and spa! Especially as we got to control the heat ourselves! The location to the beach was nice, as was the beach toys they had for us to use. I noticed some people stated the house was outdated and we did not feel that to be the case. With two young kids it was perfect for us as I didn’t feel like I had to watch them like a hawk to make sure nothing got broken! Cecilia was amazing to work with! She was very responsive and made sure our vacation with them was better than where we had come from! Thank you for rescuing our vacation!

Fabulous family experience with our toddler. Great house layout and plenty of room for all 10 of us, plus more. We cooked every meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The walk to the beach was simple. We will definitely try and visit again. The host was available with quick responses to any questions during our stay.

What an amazing home. We stayed here with 2 families and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. When we arrived there was a beautiful welcome basket. Everything is thought of that you might need for your stay. The pool area has lots of seating to relax or even have a BBQ. We all enjoyed the jacuzzi too! There is an outside shower to rinse off after returning from the beach which is just a short walk across the street. The garage has everything you could need from chairs, umbrellas and coolers. There are even 2 washers and dryers! The home is perfect! What made our stay even better though was the host. The communication was excellent from questions before we booked to checking on us during our stay. We will definitely be back and recommend using Maven to all our friends!

My family came to Florida for Winter break and had an amazing experience at this property. It looked just like the pictures and the hosts were fantastic texting me back quickly when I had any questions. We had coffee in the morning in the beautiful backyard, swam all day in the heated pool, cooked together in the huge kitchen and watched movies at night on the cable tv. I definitely recommend it and we would love to come back again!

The space in this house is great for an extended family visit. The small kids loved the pool and short walk to the beach. There are TVs everywhere. The only hiccup was figuring out the interface for the family room TV login to watch your personal streaming services. Ask the younger generation to take care of this.
The location is close to a busy street but noise was not very noticeable inside the house. At night it was very quiet. A strip mall is also walking distance with several restaurants. It is all comfort food in a very casual atmosphere. A grocery store and pharmacy are a 5 minute drive away.
The house was pristinely clean upon arrival and the property manager was extremely helpful and accessible throughout the visit.

We came down to West Palm Beach area for a long weekend in December. I have 3 kids (13,6, and 4). Each very particular about sleeping in their own bed! This ticked many of the boxes for us. 4 bedrooms, ensuite baths in each, pool, plenty of space, close to the beach. All at a fairly reasonable price. The place itself looked exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of space for everyone, the open concept kitchen was also a plus. We ate most of our meals at the counter top. The kitchen is adequately stocked. The beds were all very comfortable, though the master bed is quite elevated for my wife. The bathrooms were all refreshed. The water pressure was very good. They supplied shampoo and conditioner. The pool was a great size and the hot tub heated up quickly. The beach is a quick 5 min walk away between 2 big condos. Wifi was strong throughout the house. It's about 15 min away from downtown West Palm Beach. Not much to gripe about here. Very minor, but there were a couple of areas in the kitchen that needed some touching up visually. There are tiny flies that are annoying by the pool area. If you leave the patio door open too long, they can come in. The smoke detector is right in front of the stove. Maybe good for code, but can easily be triggered. Aside from that, the place is spot on and great. i'd recommend.

Our 1st impression was how wonderful Maven Vacation Rentals was in making sure we had all the necessary check-in information and our stay was wonderful especially during Hurricane Nicole. Our host made sure we were taken care of and checked on us and even gave status updates as to area power outages. The home is lovely and was stocked with all the necessary amenities - even had a welcome snack basket which was a nice touch. The pool /deck area is wonderful. We love staying on Singer Island when we come to FL every November. This was truly one of the nicest homes that we have rented.

This was a clean and fun vacation spot. Two families stayed here with four adults and five kids. Plenty of bedroom, living and entertaining space!! Highlight of the place is definitely the pool area, great for kids who like to swim and even has an outdoor shower to rinse off. The outdoor TV was a big plus, so fun to be able to sit outside and have a meal while enjoying some TV.

It was an amazing stay for my honeymoon. Singer island is perfect for being close to the action but not in it. The perfect location of this property allowed me and my wife to truly relax. Kitchen is big with nice size island in the middle so if you want to stay in and cook you have a state of the art kitchen to do so. The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for relaxing at night along with lights in the pool and a bluetooth sound system to set the mood for any occasion. Me and my wife were truly impressed and enjoyed the entire stay!

We rented the house for my husband, myself and our four grown children. We were very pleased with the house. It is extremely well-appointed. There is a ton of space, and lovely backyard with pool and jacuzzi, Half a block to the beach and close to Palm Beach and Jupiter. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and plenty of space for all of us to comfortably stay for five days. The hostess of the home communicated many times to make sure we had found everything we needed and we’re well situated, and that was very much appreciated. The amenities were beyond expectation as well. At times I felt like I was in a very lovely hotel. Very cute and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend this home.

Great location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We spent time every day in the pool and jacuzzi. There was plenty of room both inside the house and in the back for our family of 8 adults and 1 child. The house itself is very outdated and run down. There isn’t an air vent in the main sitting area of the house, making it very hot after the afternoon sun shines in the kitchen windows. Overall, we had a fun week.

Nice Vacation Home in Perfect Location
This home is like pictured. The jacuzzi and pool are in great condition, with the option to play music on the outside speakers as well as inside. The home is minutes walking distance to the beautiful Singer Island beach. It is also close to the supermarket and to the downtown Palm Beach area. We had a very good time . Visited with family , enjoyed the pool and the pearly white sheets and towels . The bathrooms are very well sorted with toiletries and towels . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

Sweet paradise
We normally stay at a friend’s home on Sandal Lane, but it was unavailable for our week. We absolutely loved this home. I’d recommend staying here to anyone asking.
