Da ritornarci!

Posizione centrale, parcheggio auto, cordialità e simpatia del personale (pezzo forte: Giusy!). Ottima colazione in base ai propri gusti e esigenze/allergie/ecc.

Se devo trovare qualcosa di negativo sono i cuscini non troppo comodi.

The location is perfect, close to the beaches and city center. The staff is efficient and friendly. The rooms are comfortable.

With few not expensive accessories in the bathroom, it can be very comfortable.

Very grateful for the customized breakfasts prepared daily by Josie. They were fantastic and filled us for a long day at

Lovely Little property close to the main strip and beach. It was very clean comfortable and all amenities were great. We will definitely come back.

+ breakfast is superb! it’s included in the price and you get to decide what to eat everyday. + clean appartment with posts of space. + great beach at walking distance + great variety of restaurants and bars close at walking distance. + very quiet area.

amazing beach destination

location and confort. matteo is a very nice person, he gave us good recommendations for food, visiting. ana, the cleaning lady is also very nice.

but the lady who handed us the key was very rude and screamed to ana in front of us, while ana was welcoming us with a capuccino

perfect location and accomodation for a relaxing stay in San Vito.

the location of the property is perfect as it is right on the beach yet just a few minutes away from all the restaurants etc. The property is nice and spacious. the breakfast is lovely with great staff, however a small point would be to have a menu for guests to see what is fully available.

what would make this stay a little better is if the owner was responsible for the bins, there are different recycling bins which all need put out on different days which is the responsibility of the guests and I found it a little annoying trying to remember which bin was which day on my holidays. it also appears that some properties in the block dump any left over rubbish bags in the side street so that the bins are fresh and empty for each new guest as there were bags of rubbish all over the side streets.

Great location, perfect AC, nice staff.

Comfortable and clean room, AC worked perfectly, nice sea view, just a few minutes walk to the beach and main street. Staff was very supportive and punctually replied to our request such as transfer arrangements.

Wi-Fi connection was weak, but maybe you do not need internet connection in San Vito lo Capo.

All in all it was a worthwhile stay.

The apartment is very spacious and has a balcony. We also got a free parking place near our apartment which was not even mentioned during the booking.

The staff didn't speak English very well so there were difficulties in understanding each other. The breakfast was fine but not spectacular.

San vito lo Capo is a great place, a day in the reservato del Zingaro should be on the bucket list of everybody who stay

This appartement is located just a few minutes walking distance from the fantastic beach of San Vito lo Capo with its crystal clear water and the lovely little relaxed centre where you can enjoy fresh food just near the beach. The appartement is in a quiet environment with almost only private homes. The breakfast service is very nice and Joecy is a jewel :) We had a great time!

more possibilities for seeting in the living room would be great and the windows are a bit loud when opening and closing, one bedroom is directly above the breakfast area

Great location close to everything.

Great location very close to everything you need, beautiful beach, nice breakfast included. The aparment for 4 is specious, has nice terrace with sea view and good equipped kitchen.

Bed was a little bit hard for us. We liked everything else.

Top, top service à la Siciliana & priceworthy living

People & Service: The management and team was supportive and serviceoriented through digital channels before our arrival. We arrived late at night and they where there to take care of our arrival to make it pleasent. The appartment: Simple, clean and accurate. Our appartment suited our needs perfectly and we could easily have stayed longer. It is situated in a calm area and at the same time very close to the beautiful beach and the city center. We had a nice terrace with an outdoor shower. Summery - Great staff, personal, warm, energetic with a clear ambition and mission to make our staying incl. breakfast time a great experience and they did :) The appartment lives up to our expectations and the people exceded them be far.

Nothing but if you’re not familiar with Italian beds be prepared for them to be solid and hard :)

Nice apartment

Very cute place! Nice decorated and you have everything you need. It’s very close to the beach and even the parking ticket is included :) Jessica the manager is very nice and helpful!

Next to the apartment is a construction site, that is a bit annoying in the morning.

I plan on going back to this location.

Very pleased with this location. We took a family of five and staying here was the best choice for us. The property owner greeted us on arrival and offered us whatever we needed. I was very very pleased. Luxurious and elegant place. The beach, food and everything else needed was directly across the street.

Great!

The apartment was completely equipped with everything we needed. Pots, pans, dishes and it was really clean. The location was amazing! Only 2 minutes away from the main street with restaurants, and the beach.

The TV didn't work.
