Soddisfatto del soggiorno.

Appartamento su due livelli. Ampio ingresso (open space), direttamente sulla cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Un bagnetto anche a piano terra. Al piano superiore camera da letto ampia, confortevole e completa di arredi e un bagno completo di tutti servizi ed accessori. Struttura pulita e curata nei particolari

We rested there as a family (4 people), 3 nights. Cool two-story duplex with a balcony! The house is clean and comfortable, in which EVERYTHING is there for living. The manager is a cool guy who is always ready to help with any question. Free parking near the house. Thank you for the wonderful home and vacation!

It was written that breakfast was included.But in fact, in the refrigerator there were: several small bottles of juice,4 kurasans,dry bread, 4 chocolate biscuits,jams and nutella - and this is all for 3 nights for 4 people.Sorry, but we did not imagine just such a breakfast.We travel a lot in Europe, also in Italy, but we see such a modest and meager breakfast for the first time for 4 people.I will give a high rating for the house and for the cool person, but dude, the breakfast needs to be improved...

Gem in the middle of Sambuca

Such a wonderful experience traveling through the middle of Sicily. Stayed here and the entire experience was wonderful. With the two stores you can easily accommodate 4. Close to all you need and easily accessible with the front door being street level.

Fantastic place, loved staying here. It was modern and very clean with 2 bathrooms and a terrace. Fast WiFi and the washing machine was a life saver as I'd been using launderettes during my time in Palermo. I was traveling solo but it could easily accommodate a small family. Fantastic value for money. The host was very friendly and welcoming, I will recommend this place to my friends. Thanks again.

This is a charming home away from home. Every comfort has been provided, and we loved everything about the apartment. It is upscale and inviting, Thank you for making our stay in Sambuca so wonderful.

A beautifully modernised old house near centre of town. All facilities new and in good order, very well equipped kitchen, blinds to keep out sun. Owners very friendly

Superb

A comfortable, small traditional house, everything in town within a short walk. The hosts were very responsive, kind and helpful, which is very typical of the people in this town. Everything works well in the apartment and useful items are provided, from toilet roll and washing up liquid to salt, coffee, a bottle of water in the fridge and even some jam and pastries. Very welcoming! The showers are both fantastic. A really nice place to stay. Grazie mille!

Perfect location. Easy check-in. The apartment consist of 2 floors, quite spacious. Very clean, you have possibility of cooking for yourself. Fast internet. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Excellent apartment, brilliant location

This is our second visit to this beautiful apartment and we were happy to return to find that the niggles from our first visit had been rectified. The bedroom air conditioning was quiet as a mouse and the upstairs shower was hot. The apartment is extremely clean and well kitted out with everything you'll need including a full laundry room if you're there for a week like we were. They have thought of almost anything you might need and are on hand if you need anything further. The space is well thought out and the two bathrooms a major bonus.

The only thing that didn't work for us was the grill. We couldn't get it to work at all but as it was Christmas morning we didn't want to disturb the family who run it and managed to toast the bread using the gas burners.

Very good location. The layout of the house is good. 2 washrooms is nice. It was very clean. Gregorio is very attentive and answers and fixes any problems immediately

There is no rack in the oven. There are not enough pots and pans to cook with. There is not many different dishes or glasses. There are no sharp knives. Could use more towels

Wonderful house

We have stayed in several apartments in sambuca and this one has been our favourite. The layout was fantastic and the extra bathroom was a bonus. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom very spacious with a massive wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Great little bonus room off the bedroom for me to get ready with my hair and makeup. Alternatively could be used as office space although it did lack a plug point but the one in the bedroom reached for the hairdryer and straighteners. Well equipped kitchen with pretty much everything you needed and more. The owners had left pastries in the fridge and tea and coffee for us to use. Extremely clean will book to stay again.

Small point but we both found the sofas uncomfortable and we also had trouble with the hot water. However having a cold shower was wonderful when it's 33 degrees outside 😀. Also the bedroom Aircon is noisy

We had the whole house for us. It was located on a quiet street very near the center. The host was extremely welcoming and the house has everything you may need. It was absolutely new and very cozy.

If you happen to sleep on the ground floor, it may be a bit noisy. But if you are just two and use the master bedroom, the experience is wonderful.
