Sympa, le lieu passage assez rapide des véhicules dans la rue.

Apartment near CBD with parking availability and good for one night stay in Colmar

Located relatively close to the centre of the town (petit venice) ~ 15mins walk, has elevator, stable wifi, bedding and blanket was soft and nice, can cook at kitchen, communication with host was good, shower facility was ok (inside a basin with half block wall), spacious in general

The house location is not as per the booking.com (the address on booking.com is for parking only and the actual location is 5mins walk), 20mins walk to train station (but the road is all asphalt and walkable with luggages), walking back to apartment can be a little scary at night (a bit isolated from busy area), can be noisy as it’s on main road, nextdoor or outside food smell came inside the house, one of the room has really dim light.

Best place to stay in Colmar!

I had a delightful stay at the apartment, which impressed me with its cleanliness and stylish decoration. Every corner of the space was meticulously maintained, reflecting a high standard of care. The hosts were extraordinary in their hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. They were not only accommodating but also provided valuable assistance and local insights, which enhanced our experience. The apartment's location is another highlight, nestled conveniently near the city center. This made it easy to explore the area's attractions and amenities, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Moreover, the availability of parking was a significant advantage, especially in such a central location. It provided peace of mind and ease of travel, which is often a concern in city accommodations. This thoughtful inclusion by the hosts was highly appreciated and contributed greatly to the hassle-free nature of our visit.

The inclusion of parking was a thoughtful touch and highly appreciated, although I did find that navigating the parking area with a larger vehicle presented a bit of a challenge.

Excellent location and very helpful housekeeper. Top tip - don't leave via the parking the first time you leave as the entrance door to the apartment is really difficult to find if you don't know where it is (easy when you know though!)

Only a small thing but the sofa was extremely lumpy!

location was great. property met our needs.

4 adults and 1 child were provided less than 1 roll of toilet paper upon arrival. When a call was made to the host, I was advised more would be provided “tomorrow”. after we checked out. the “free parking” is in the parking garage in a nearby hotel. unfortunately the night of the garage was not shared and our vehicle wouldn’t fit. when asking for other options the host shrugged her shoulders and suggested “the street”.

Location of property not where it was listed. It's actually on the busy main road, car and motorbike noise throughout the night unfortunately. The pictures are clearly very cleverly taken, the apartment could do with some updating.

Everything was great with the accomodation. Clean & safe. All availabe whatever you need. Located directly in the city center. Extra thanks to the janitor who welcomed us from our first arrive of us. She was so friendly and helpful...Highly reccomended!!!

the location is more or less perfect, not far from the main attractions, but in the night it was a little bit loud in the street, but it was not a problem for us as soon as we were buzzed while sleeping. The apartment is spacious, there were an additional cot for 1 person, so totally there can sleep 5-7 adults easily. There is also an underground parking garage which is free of charge what I found quite useful.

The host forgot to leave toilet paper.

the football/foosball table other travelers commented about doesn’t exist anymore. good to have garage, but zero flexibility to leave the car a bit longer in check out day, even though new guests don’t check in before 3pm…found that a bit ridiculous and communication with owner medium friendly

1. no kettle in entire apartment - although advertised as such on booking.com. when we asked, we were told it was broken. no effort was made to replace a common appliance which was broken. 2. a coffee machine was provided but no coffee capsules came with it. we were told the supermarket nearby sells capsules, but that really isn’t the point… 3. toilet came with less than half a roll of toilet paper.

A very pleasant appartment close to the old town

The appartment is very spacious for 4 persons. Stephany is a very kind lady. She awaited us and assisted us with the parking area by arrival. Very good beds. The appartment is clean and everything you need is there. We had a nice breakfast (although we expected a little more supplies for the Bread, looking a the picture at the site)

Perfect location for Christmas Market

It was an absolutely perfect location for Colmar and the Christmas Market. It easily slept the 3 of us and it was nice to have a little kitchen and place to sit and visit. The host was wonderful and it was fantastic to have an easy and safe parking spot.

Nice stay for passing through

-Location, in the center -Breakfast basket was good -appartment was enough space for a family of 4 -foosball table in livingroom -easy communication with the owner

-it was good to have a parkingspot but it was quite a maze, lucklily we only had to follow and didnt have to find it on our own.
