Ottima posizione e accogliente

La struttura si trova in pieno centro, a pochi passi da Piazza Uniri e delle principali attrazioni. Ottima accoglienza, nonostante il comodo auto check in. Abbiamo trovato delle bibite in frigo, caramelle, caffè ed altro. Cucina attrezzata di tutto ciò che può risultare utile ad un viaggiatore. Riscaldamento ben funzionante.

La camera da letto è piuttosto piccola. Non adatta a persone di costituzione robusta, dato che avrebbero difficoltà a muoversi.

Excellent Location, Economical 1 Bedroom Flat, Very Good Host!

Location is perfect. Flat is on one of the main boulevard and the distance is 4min walk to Plaza Union. Very good host assisted us for every question. He did his best to make the client to be satisfied fully, even though the building is old, as per his flat interior design. Very clean flat which is very convenient for single, double or family with one child options, for short visits. Kitchen is well equipped. AC and WIFI are good. There is a inner opened air courtyard and visitor can smoke as well. I recommend this flat to the visitors who are looking for only good and silent sleep.

1. Car Parking: Since the area is called Zone 1 (City Center), we had to come back to our car parking place to renew the fee for every 2 hours. This is the matter of the general location of the building, (City Center) . it is not related with the flat. 2. Bathroom: It is small, but this is the characteristic of the old building, and it was my selection (1 Bedroom Apt). Good host has other alternatives. I selected the economical option. 3. Ceiling height: It is low, I suppose it is around 220cm. We did not mind of it, we are short guys (170cm), but this is the characteristic of the old building, and it was my selection. But, taller clients (190 and higher) should check other apartment options from the host.

Perfect weekend

A small and cute apartment, located in the center of the city, but very quiet. The owner is so nice that he was always available, and even left us a bottle of beer and cold water in the fridge, and candies on the bed. A comfortable bedroom, a living room with a spacious kitchen, excellent air conditioning in the apartment, a shower with a great flow of water. Perfect value for the price, highly recommended.

Very comfortable, and super-clean little apartment in the perfect location. The kitchen was well equipped and bedroom quite spacious. I really enjoyed staying here. Instructions from the owner for entry into the apartment were excellent. I definitely recommend!

Cluj Express 2023

The host contactedd us all the usefull info the day prior our arrival. The location is very close to all the main attractions,walk distance. The apartment is great for 1 adult and 2 kids,in my case,clean,cozy and welcoming.

I would suggest some big cups for tea 😁

hard to park your car around the city center and there is no dedicated car access, the fit and finish of the room was a bit worn out

Great spot and we’d happily stay again

Large and spacious and easy to access with the key box. Good location to walk anywhere in the city.

Slightly chilly in the downstairs area and the floors were really creaky if someone walked around in the night then you’d hear

A wonderful, cosy apartment right in the heart of the city. We wish we'd had time to stay longer.

This apartment was fantastic. The location is right in the centre of town, but has a high level of privacy. The apartment was very comfortable, contained all the appliances you could want, and was spotlessly clean.

Good place to stay if they sort out the really poor wifi

Excellent location less than 10 mins walk from the main square and Old Town. Lots of interesting sights close by and the odd good bar too (Old Sokol). Despite being on a main road, being set back the apartment is quiet and secure. Very comfortable bed, good controllable heating and a good shower. Nice extras like tea and coffee, toiletries etc

The wifi - it was dire. Hardly worked at all on the iPhone, better on the iPad but watching YouTube etc the buffering and loss of wifi was really bad. I ended up using a bar to access wifi as it was way better than at the apartment. In 2022 having such poor wifi is unacceptable and lowers the score of this property for me.

I liked the location and the quietness. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I was pleased to find some chocolate and drinks in the fridge- them were very welcomed.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Quick and helpful host ( forgot the plug adaptor and got details where i can get one quick ) Very clean ( everything was spotless) Great location ( right in the city center ) Great communication and quick answers from the host .
