Mooie plek voor een bezoek aan Arnhem met het centrum en park Sonsbeek om de hoek.

Prima bedden, schoon sanitair, goed ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen. Interessant pand voor wie van Art Nouveau/ Jugendstil houdt. Het hotel heeft een afspraak met de gemeente voor parkeren, kosten 20,-/dag. Maar op 5 minuten lopen kan ook kosteloos geparkeerd worden. In de hotel informatie wordt het al genoemd: geen lift, dus met een kamer op de 3e verdieping is het trappen lopen.

Prachtige kamer op een geweldige locatie voor niet veel geld. Ontbijt was ook prima prijs kwaliteit.

Heerlijk, het was top.

Alles was top, personeel vriendelijk, goed verzorgd, schoon en de locatie is super. Arnhem centrum is leuk maar park Sonsbeek is ook prachtig. Niet je google maps aanzetten om naar het centrum te gaan maar gewoon het hotel uit en naar rechts onder het treinspoor door dan sta je er direct. En neem comfortabele schoenen mee voor park Sonsbeek, echt een aanrader.

Ik vond persoonlijk de hoofdkussens erg hard en in de badkamer miste ik een kledinghaak. Daarbij vond ik de badkamer redelijk verouderd maar buiten dat super netjes en schoon en dat vind ik het belangrijkste, iets wat ik bij veel hotels tegen vind vallen.

Prachtige kamer, vriendelijk personeel en fijne sfeer. Locatie op 5 min lopen van winkelcentrum. Goed verzorgd ontbijt.

Badkamer kan wel een upgrade krijgen.

Erg prettig en zeer gastvrij!

Prachtige old school kamer, heerlijk bed en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooi herenhuis statig, bijna alsof je in een kamer hebt in Downton Abbey. Ontbijt is erg goed voor € 12,50 en lekker dichtbij het centrum en toch rustige ligging.

Badkamer is te simpel en past qua stijl niet bij de rest. Douche is prima maar te eenvoudig, kan wel een upgrade gebruiken.

Gezellig en knus en hele lieve mensen zowel in Arnhem als in het hotel. Rustig en gemoedelijk

Well placed, extremely comfortable hotel with exceptional staff and good food for breakfast.

The hotel is in an ideal location walking distance from the centre of Arnhem. The room was large and well furnished. The staff were brilliant, in fact the young man who checked us in noticed that our car was parked in the wrong place and telephoned me while I was walking round the city centre and advised me to come back and move it to avoid a ticket. This is real devotion to duty. This is the same young man who carried our two heavy suitcases up to the third floor and then I had to force him to take a tip to show my gratitude. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and everyone worked hard to make our stay extremely enjoyable.

'Can do,' staff made the stay at the hotel very pleasant.

Breakfast was one of the best. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. This old hotel is centrally located and is quite quirky, which was a wonderful surprise. For the price I can thoroughly recommend it.

The stairs are a little daunting and therefore the hotel woukd not be suitable for folk with mobility issues.

A great stay in a hotel full of character

A beautiful building in a great location near Arnhem Centraal station and the city centre close to a great selection of bars and restaurants. We loved the old-style decor and plush carpets. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy with nice pillows. We were out early every morning so we didn’t have breakfast but we saw a nice selection of fresh breads and pastries being delivered. We will definitely stay again if we return to Arnhem.

The hotel is located in a wonderful central position of Arnhem, great for a trip by train or car. A wonderful building and a very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is OK, but improvable (fresh roles would be great).

I love the atmosphere. It's like a sort of homecoming; you feel home right away. For me that was exactly what I needed.

Don't forget this is a hotel almost in the centre of Arnhem and nearby the trainstation. This is a plus for some, and for others it is not. Take this in consideration when you book your room.

The hotel is a truly beautiful old building. You have the railway station, central bus station, city center and the Sonsbeek park in walking distance.

Breakfast starts a 7:30 h, but I had to leave already at 6:45 h.

Staff were excellent; lady on reception dealt with COVID issues superbly at check in. Later on, the gentleman working the bar was really accommodating
