breakfast fruit are inadmissible for such a hotel
being charged for the swimming pool is ridiculous, being charged for flip flops and not be given a towel in the room is an hostel / 1 star hotel standard practices...
the breakfast only opens at the time the ski lifts

Location was perfect for two families to enjoy the resort. The staff were really helpful and attentive. The entertainment in the evening was brilliant. Ximo played some great dance tunes and the music and dancing was enjoyed by all.
Breakfast had something for everybody, was hot and very tasty.
Somewhere we would definitely return to.

Lovely pool and rooms with a bath - nice after ski
kids. pool was pretty small and tey want to go in the big pool

The location is excellent, and the breakfast was good (although very busy).
Very bad value for money. Euro 360 per night for a small tripple room, which was very old fashioned and badly appointed. There is an additional charge of Euro 25 for use of the spa and the same charge per day for parking. The hotel is also extremely noisy both in the communal areas but also the room walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbours and people passing along the corridor.

The hotel entrance, corridors, bar, spa and other areas are roomy and good looking/modern.
Hotel is on a good location towards the ski lifts, entrance to the plaza from the ski locker room is, reception entrance is good to the street and there is another entrance.
Food is good and the dinning room is big, hardly waiting time to be seated, even in this top week due to the school holidays.
Organisation to bring you to your table and serving drinks is good.
The spa is spacious and good / modern.
There was natural snow and the laguna area, right from the main skiing area, was open and increased the skiing area a lot. Skiing was good, hardly waiting times at the lifts.
There are about 100 people eating (buffet) at any time between 20:00 and 22:30 but only 2 cooks to make your stake, fish or wok. Waiting time/ queues is long.
We had a room on the 1st floor and could hear any normal conversations from the neighbors next and above us and the music from the bar area can be heard until they stop. The doors of the room cupboard could hardly be opened or closed.
35 euro for the 1.5hr spa is to much, a fam of 4 pays 140euro! Corners of the spa where water is not flowing hard and no people walk are slimy, indicating the spa is not 100% well cleaned.
2600euro for 5 night stay, half board for a 4 people room plus some drinks and 1 time spa visit brings you way above 3000 euro. Include the lunches, parking costs, ski passes, etc brings you to about 4500 euro for a 4 day skiing holiday. That’s a lot.

location was good, breakfast was vast
we were given a garret room with a sloping roof, I could not stand next to the windows due to the slopping ceiling and I am 1.9m.
toilet was leaking temporarily repaired, leaked again the next day.
Concierge service -booking a restaurant was poor, we were not informed about any booking and therefore missed the opportunity to dine at El Lodge
Car parking was very expensive 75 Euros - this was not made clear when we booked the hotel

Location
We entered the Hotel from the side entrance & it smelt so strongly of chlorine/swimming pool. Extra cost/charge per person to use the Spa/Sauna facilities.
I booked for 3 people and the photos shown looked like 3 beds and didn’t state would be twin beds and a small couch (not even pull out bed) for the third person in a small room. We had to phone to get bedding on it & thought we had the wrong room. Paid for 3.

the location was good & the room was nice
we were locked out of our room multiple times due to the key cards not working. also locked out in the smoking area for 20 minutes as the door wouldn’t let me back in. had to call receptionist to help me

If you can afford it "The Level" was excellent. We were not there to party, and the Level was excellent for a very relaxing Après-ski. Staff were superb, own concierge etc.
The Level is an upgrade with personalised services. Meliá’s VIP service for guests seeking only the best. From their website; The Level guests enjoy an enhanced experience thanks to the additional services and private areas that the Meliá Sol y Nieve offers them. From welcome courtesies and details in the room or suite, to the comforts of the most exclusive and private facilities. At The Level everything is more.
We added dinner (as it was inexpensive) and the offering was really good. we felt that everyone could choose something to their liking.
SKi locker room was close to the lifts.
Not much. The breakfast room was busy (to be expected). Most of the offering was very good. the Ski lockers could have more hooks etc, but this didn't detract from our enjoyment.

Next door guest had people over the whole night. They were making crazy amount of noise Myself and my 3 year old and one more person did not sleep through the night. I spoke to reception at least 6 timed during that night with the first phone called at around midnight. But the situation continued on and off through out the whole night. Needless to say that the next day we were all exhausted and was ruined.

Great location for skiing with parking and ski lockers. Plenty of lounges to relax.
Very helpful staff
didn’t like having to pay €35 extra for each person to use the pool and spa

Fantastic location, staff excellent, really great gym and spa. Buffet breakfast was full of options to suit everyone, tasty and fresh.
Our room was supposed to be a family room but we had the same room as our friends who had a double room for 2. We paid a lot more to have some bunk beds put in the room. There were only 2 mugs for tea and coffee and 2 glasses in the bathroom so I was disappointed with the room. I couldn’t unpack my case as there wasn’t any where to put my clothes and the rest of my families’ clothes.

breakfast was excellent but the evening meal was very poor. the salmon was huge but with hardly any accompaniment and was undercooked and when it returned was overcooked. the vegetable soup was served barely warm. Pity the rest was very good

Breakfast - my children loved the breakfast area and choices. Also the amusment area and pool table. Bar area was very relaxing and inviting when coming back from an evening out. Also access to a ski pass ticket machine in the hotel. Saves a lot of time queueing up outside in the cold.

Food was very good. Comfortable rooms. Location very good.
Staff at the SPA very rude. Use of the SPA is payed extra and in shifts, so if you're not informed you feel like you've been played. Cap and flip-flops not provided, you need to bring them or you'll have to pay extra as well.

location
ski pass machine inside hotel
we booked 2 rooms, 6 months in advance and asked if the rooms would be adjoining or at least on the same floor, we send a reminder for the same request, 1 month before arrival again
we didn’t get adjoining rooms or even on the same floor.
swimming pool extra and needed to be booked and 1 1/2 slots
spa opens from 1pm
no bathrobes in room
shower gel was empty upon arrival
red wine stain on bed sheets, despite none of us having consumed red wine in the room
we would think hard and long before staying here again
